One month before Katelyn and Michael's wedding, our photographer, Krystle Akin suggested we consider a "Day-of-Coordinator" due to the vastness of their wedding and recommended Deann Robertson. I emailed
her late that night and she promptly called me the next morning. As fate would serve us, I had worked with Deann's dad 30 years ago and knew her as a little girl. So needless to say, when we met the next day, it was a precious reunion. We contracted her to complete the coordination for the Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner for 120 guest, and the Church Wedding and DInner-Dance Reception for 600 guest. I can truly say that Deann's countenance, smile and laugh are infectious and her involvement literally changed my state of stress to one of sheer elation. She quickly envisioned all our plans and immediately began implementing each and every detail. Her sweet and calm spirit entwined with her experience, creativity, organizational skills and passion for her work are amazing. By all accounts, she has earned an excellent reputation in the world of wedding and events and has established a great rapport with vendors which proved to enhance our lives. Also, it should be noted that her fees are more than reasonable, but the value of her abilities are immeasurable. Start to Finish, she and her staff did an incredible job of what is often referred to by our circle of family and friends as an "OVER THE TOP" wedding. My one regret is that we did not hire her from the beginning.

Deann is absolutely wonderful!!! When I spoke with her on the phone I knew she was the planner for me! I had not originally planned to have a wedding coordinator, and I am so glad I did!
Deann was professional from start to finish. I had only 3 months to plan my wedding, and she was so patient with me through the entire process of originally planning to have a wedding at home and then changing it a month in to a venue. To say I was incredibly thankful to have Deann is an understatement! She went above and beyond in working with the vendors to make my wedding perfect!! I didn't lift a finger the day of my wedding. Deann and her crew worked hard to make everything beautifully perfect! Deann had a positive and professional demeanor toward my groom- who at the time did not understand why we needed a wedding coordinator. After our wedding, my groom raved on and on about how perfect everything was and after attending several weddings where there wasn't a coordinator- my groom remarked how unorganized and stressful it is not to have an incredible planner like Deann.

I never had to lift a finger, make a difficult decision, deal with contracts/payments or coordinate a single detail our wedding weekend. It actually poured on our wedding day and I honestly keep forgetting that our original plan was to be outside! I never once gave a thought to the weather! My husband and I were absolutely blown away the night of our wedding. I never in my wildest dreams thought that my wedding would be so picturesque.
