Started well, underwhelmed day of wedding

Communication throughout the planning process was amazing. They had resources and were helpful connecting me to last minute things. Check lists and emails to vendors were prompt. Day of the wedding however, it was like we didn’t have any meetings. I was constantly called and stressed by the team despite them asking for contacts for people to call to answer for me. I actually had to say stop calling me. When I got to the venue they did not seem to advocate for me. They let guest see me prior to the wedding despite me asking them not to, they were actually going to alter how I entered into the wedding despite us practicing it at rehearsal and discussing this thoroughly. They did not check the reception for table numbers and my guest/contact for the day has to reseat guests the way I had outlined. During reception the DJ did not have the music correct- they came out and blamed me for not sending the correct list. Although I have documented text with the correct info AND sent them the info. Lastly, and the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, they sent me a lengthy wrap up email blaming everyone for what did not go well. Told me what I needed to do BUT they left the venue before anything was completely cleared out so they had no idea what was done or wasn’t. They put personal encounters that I had no control over in this email. They did not ask for feedback/ they just placed blame. It was baffling because we had been working together for months and it was the most disgusting thing to read after the terrible job they did “coordinating” our day. I am disappointed with their lack of accountability and unfortunately will not use them in the future. They are very sweet women but when I needed someone to stand up for me they let me down. To cry on your day because multiple details are missed I would not want for any bride.

Charneice could have postponed the date as countless brides have had to do, but she decided against postponement. Charneice's 10 years of experience as a healthcare professional equipped her to navigate the constant guideline changes. With this experience combined with Charlene's, Charneice wedding turn out to be a huge success despite current Covid-19 limitations. Since the wedding, we both have received tons of compliments and requests to plan future events which gave us both the push we needed to create "Simply on Point Events, LLC."
