Phenomenal!!

We were referred to Fluttering Flowers by a family friend, and we’re so glad we were! Debbie, the owner, was absolutely wonderful to work with — friendly, professional, and incredibly talented. She brought our vision to life and made our wedding look absolutely beautiful. Every arrangement was stunning and thoughtfully designed. Perfect flowers for a perfect day!

I am so thankful to Debbie and Fluttering Flowers for crafting gorgeous bouquets, boutonnières, and flower arrangements for our wedding. Debbie is such an artist; she captured perfectly everything I hoped for and more. I also appreciated her very reasonable prices compared to other florists in the Norfolk and Virginia Beach areas. After the wedding, I couldn’t part with my bouquet, so I decided to get it professionally pressed and framed. It will be a beautiful and meaningful piece of art for our house forever.

Amazing florals!

Fluttering Flowers was so amazing and made the most gorgeous centerpieces and bouquets for my wedding. Debra captured everything I wanted in my arrangements and was super helpful and professional along the way. Everyone commented how gorgeous the flowers were at my wedding!

Debbie and Chief are fantastic!!

Debbie and Chief were beyond amazing to work with for our wedding in September 2023. Fluttering Flowers came highly recommended to us by multiple people who had worked with them in the past. When I began my wedding floral journey, I felt that florals were not the top of my priority and not something I wanted to break the bank on. Fluttering flowers was VERY reasonably priced for the outstanding florals and displays they provided. Chief even showed up on my wedding day in a tropical storm free of charge to set everything up, and before he left he made sure there was anything I wanted to change or add! Debbie was very flexible in incorporating dried florals and vases that I had purchased separately and they even delivered them to the venue for me. I would 100% recommend Fluttering Flowers to anyone and everyone looking for a stress-free and beautiful floral experience with a fantastic couple to work with!

Wonderful and creative!

We chose Fluttering Flowers for our wedding in July and I’m so glad we did! Debbie and her husband were wonderful to work with! While I love looking at flowers, I am not knowledgeable at all when it comes to flowers. They took my very vague description of what I was looking for and made an absolute masterpiece!! Each piece they put together was gorgeous and we received so many compliments. I would absolutely recommend Fluttering Flowers! You will not be disappointed!

Great experience!

We hired Debbie for our October wedding and could not have made a better choice! She looked at all of my inspiration pictures and listened to my ideas, coming up with a great layout for our day. Even when we ended up having to change our table arrangement due to guest count, she made it so easy to come up with a new plan. All of the arrangements were beautiful and my bouquet was exactly what I wanted. I left out a few decorations I had picked up on my own, and she worked them into the table designs perfectly. Fluttering Flowers was wonderful to work with and I highly recommend Debbie for any event!

Perfect! Beyond our expectations!

We could not have asked for more beautiful flowers or superior service from Fluttering Flowers! Everyone complimented on the table arrangements and stunning bridal bouquet and focal arrangements! Everything was beyond our hopes and expectations. Debbie, her husband and daughter provided personal expertise that made everything go smoothly and memorably. They even provided a lovely background drape for our ceremony and stayed to ensure that all went well. Even down to the family attendants and corsages..nothing was overlooked! We can recommend Fluttering Flowers to anyone seeking a perfect floral occasion!
