  Fluttering Flowers is great

  Debbie and the Fluttering Flowers team helped make my wedding a day that I will never forget. All the florals were incredibly beautiful!! Debbie is extremely professional and made the entire process stress-free. I would highly recommend Fluttering Flowers to all brides in the area!

  Great experience!

  We hired Debbie for our October wedding and could not have made a better choice! She looked at all of my inspiration pictures and listened to my ideas, coming up with a great layout for our day. Even when we ended up having to change our table arrangement due to guest count, she made it so easy to come up with a new plan. All of the arrangements were beautiful and my bouquet was exactly what I wanted. I left out a few decorations I had picked up on my own, and she worked them into the table designs perfectly. Fluttering Flowers was wonderful to work with and I highly recommend Debbie for any event!

  Debbie and Chief are fantastic!!

  Debbie and Chief were beyond amazing to work with for our wedding in September 2023. Fluttering Flowers came highly recommended to us by multiple people who had worked with them in the past. When I began my wedding floral journey, I felt that florals were not the top of my priority and not something I wanted to break the bank on. Fluttering flowers was VERY reasonably priced for the outstanding florals and displays they provided. Chief even showed up on my wedding day in a tropical storm free of charge to set everything up, and before he left he made sure there was anything I wanted to change or add! Debbie was very flexible in incorporating dried florals and vases that I had purchased separately and they even delivered them to the venue for me. I would 100% recommend Fluttering Flowers to anyone and everyone looking for a stress-free and beautiful floral experience with a fantastic couple to work with!

  Wonderful and creative!

  We chose Fluttering Flowers for our wedding in July and I’m so glad we did! Debbie and her husband were wonderful to work with! While I love looking at flowers, I am not knowledgeable at all when it comes to flowers. They took my very vague description of what I was looking for and made an absolute masterpiece!! Debbie lives up to this challenge and is kind, collaborative, creative, and compassionate - everything a bride needs! I spoke with a multitude of floral vendors for my wedding at The Cavalier prior to moving forward with Debbie, and I chose her because our personalities clicked and her work was in line with what I was looking for. Not to mention, her pricing is incredibly fair. I couldn't be happier with the florals we had for our wedding, and would recommend Debbie and the Fluttering Flowers team to any bride in the Hampton Roads area.

  Flowers were so fresh that they lasted almost 2 weeks!

  Debbie made the entire process so easy. I was beyond grateful with the exceptional full service she provided. She had a wide variety of tabletop decor to choose from that I was able to use. Everything was beyond our hopes and expectations. Debbie, her husband and daughter provided personal expertise that made everything go smoothly and memorably. They even provided a lovely background drape for our ceremony and stayed to ensure that all went well. Even down to the family attendants and corsages..nothing was overlooked!   Debbie and her husband are so down to earth! They had such a great eye for bringing my vision to life. I loved how easy they were to work with. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed! I was so obsessed with my arrangements that I repurposed and passed them out to guests the next morning at our post wedding brunch. My bridal bouquet was everything I wanted and more. I loved it so much that I took it with us on our honeymoon!

  The bridal bouquet was absolutely perfect and extremely beautiful. It was exactly what I wanted! Additionally all the bridesmaids bouquets, boutonnieres, and table arrangements were expertly arranged. All the flowers selected went with our Tangled Theme perfectly! I honestly can't express how happy I was with all the arrangements. Debbie really did do an amazing job and I highly recommend hiring her for your wedding!!!!

  Absolutely stunning

  Fluttering Flowers was absolutely amazing to work with during our wedding planning process and made our wedding day more beautiful than we could ever have hoped. We had a venue and date change due to COVID, but Debbie stuck by us, helped us decide the look we wanted, and made all of our wedding day dreams come true.
  
  The flowers were stunning, the table decorations were exactly perfect, and we rented the arch from her, which was exquisitely beautiful.

  Fluttering Flowers has left me speechless! I emailed with Debra and met with her once to show her what type of flowers I was looking for for my wedding. She was so so sweet and on the day of the wedding when the flowers arrived I was literally left speechless. I was in awe! They were above and beyond any expectations I had!   Debbie is amazing!!

  I had a wedding in September, and let me start by saying I was blown away by Debbie’s beautiful creations! I will say I didn’t even really give Debbie a whole lot to go off of for what look I was trying to achieve, but man did she nail it right on the head. I couldn’t have asked for more beautiful flowers, it turned out so much more beautiful than I anticipated! And of course she was so wonderful to works with, very sweet! I will definitely be recommending her!

  Beautiful Flowers!

  Fluttering flowers did such a wonderful job! The bridesmaid bouquets and the groomsmen boutonnières were perfect. I absolutely loved my bouquet, it was exactly what I pictured for my big day! I would highly recommend!
