Sight and Sound Events was so amazing during our whole planning process and for our wedding. We had a situation in which we needed to change our venue probably about a month and a half away from the actual event date. Jodi and her team stepped in and stepped up in such a professional way that we felt that we had nothing to worry about on our actual day. Because our wedding was tiki-themed, the person who ran the photo booth wore an Aloha shirt to the event, and brought all manner of beach and tropical-themed props for our guests to take pictures with. I also had a dream of playing the movie "Gidget" on the wall of the banquet room with no sound as another decoration/to add to the theme and ambiance of the wedding. I had quotes in the thousands to try to make this happen. Jodi and her crew gave me an incredibly reasonable price to do this (just a few hundred dollars), and they even made sure we stopped by their office before the event to test the DVD I wanted to play in their whole setup. My husband and I are so happy and grateful that Sight and Sound Events were available for our wedding, and that they really stepped up and stepped in at the last minute!

Wow, just wow!!! From the first point of contact to the end of our event, Jodi & Heather were always on point. They made the planning process and event execution so seamless and efficient. They were always available to answer all of our questions and concerns along the way. We live in CA so we were cautious of who to trust to handle our wedding in Vegas as we couldn't meet many vendors in person due to time constraints and travel budget. Nonetheless, Jodi and Heather made us feel assured they would do a fabulous job and they really did. We were able to openly communicate with both Jodi and Heather regarding our expectations, requests and preferences and they were very flexible and accommodating. Additionally, because we purchased almost all entertainment and coordination services solely through Sight & Sound Events, we were able to get a very affordable package deal.

Jodi was amazing to work with. She was incredibly responsive and her vision helped bring our reception room to life. Our DJ Kevin played every song we requested and knew when to mix in other songs to keep the dance floor full the entire night. I can’t thank or recommend them enough.

Loved our music choices, everyone was dancing. Everyone had a great time. Our DJ Kevin was awesome he even found a special request song from our old job. I would use them again and enjoyed working with them.

Jodi and her team were great to work with. Jodi was so friendly and professional throughout the whole booking and wedding day process. She was very quick and responsive with all the pre-planning work. Jodi was not only our DJ, but our day of event coordinator as well. She was in contact with all elements that needed to be coordinated that day. She ensured that the wedding from start to finish ran smoothly. She was great as an MC. She made sure that the party was going and everyone was having a good time. She was a great listener and captured the vibe that we were looking for. We told her that we wanted to make sure that we had a big dance party at our wedding and her and her team ensured that happened. We had people of all ages on the dance floor until the place closed at 11:30pm. Everyone was having a great time and that was all because of her and her team. We booked Sight & Sound because they were highly recommended by Maggiano’s, where our reception was going to be. I can’t say enough good things about this company and how professional they are. DJ Kevin was AWESOME! He kept us dancing the entire time and really had a good feel for the types of music that all of our guests enjoyed. Our guests could not stop asking about our DJ/emcee and expressing how much fun they had. On top of that, Kevin did a fantastic job keeping us on schedule with the our reception (bouquet toss, first dance, etc.) and made sure all were done before our photographers needed to leave. We are so happy that we made the right choice in choosing Sight & Sound for our special day!!
