Couples can accommodate up to 350 guests at this hotel located only minutes from downtown Boston. Their Grand Ballroom features floor-to-ceiling windows, teardrop chandeliers, tall ceilings and a gorgeously draped bay window. For smaller affairs, they offer their Cabot Junior Ballroom or the Soleil. If you prefer an outdoor celebration, they also offer their beautiful Courtyard with a romantic gazebo.

Wedding Officiant and Aunt of the Bride

Yesterday I officiated at my niece’s wedding held at The Sheraton Needham.
It was a fabulous celebration.
I can’t say enough good things about the all staff at the Sheraton Needham. (front desk, hospitality, management, maintenance, housekeeping etc.) Everyone was so helpful and accommodating.
The outside courtyard was power washed and swept. The food was delicious and abundant. Everything went on as planned.
My niece was sooooo happy.

Words can't express how awesome Rosa and Nadine were at the Sheraton Needham. Rosa especially went above and beyond in helping make my night very special. They covered every avenue that I myself didn't even consider. They were so accommodating, professional and just down to earth. I don't think I would have pulled my wedding night off without them. I highly recommend Sheraton Needham and working with Rosa because she makes things happen.

When we found out that, due to construction, we couldn't host our son's bar mitzvah at our synagogue, my husband and I called the Sheraton Needham. I'm so glad we did. From the first call with Ashley, we felt like we were taken care of. Our family is complex and large, with lots of food allergies. We had tons of vendors... Ashley managed the process smoothly and professionally. The food was fantastic as well, and all our family's allergies were accommodated in the most convenient and sensitive way. Ashley and the amazing staff also handed a last minute DJ change with ease. I would definitely host another event with them!

We had our reception in the ballroom at the Needham Sheraton. Closet to 200 people, a Saturday night party. Ashley Patterson, our banquet manager, was completely awesome, from initial planning all the way to the night of the event, making sure that every detail was in place. All of our guests commented that the food was awesome. The room looked great (we used Sheraton linen and Sheraton glowbar). Very strong recommendation for the Needham Sheraton.

Ashley was absolutely amazing! She was very professional and had awesome recommendations when I was lost. When reviewing menu options, she was very open to my concerns (my wife is super picky) and allowed me to make a menu that worked perfect for our needs. Ashley was super friendly and very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Sheraton Needham to anyone looking to have an event. I can say with confidence that they will have an easy time planning their event with Ashley and the staff will do a great job carrying out your wishes.

I just hosted our 2nd family event at this hotel (receptions for Bat Mitzvahs). I could not have been happier. Food and service were great. The planning process was wonderful. The catering personnel were excellent, and the chef was attentive to our needs and had great advice. Our out of town family and friends enjoyed staying at the hotel. I would recommend this venue without any reservations at all.

Couldn't have asked for a better venue or group of people to work with! Everything was handled in such a timely and professional manner! Every single one of my questions was answered right away! I would definitely have another event here! Ashley Patterson could not have been better to work with!

I had the pleasure of working with Ashley while planning my step daughter's wedding. We had looked at numerous venues in the area and chose the Sheraton mostly because of the genuine care and enthusiasm we received from Ashley. From the very start she was warm, welcoming and professional. She answered all our questions, helped us with finding outside vendors and was very quick to respond to any emails or phone calls. We also had a few family members with some serious food allergies and she worked very closely with the chef to insure that all our needs were met. On the day of the event she was there from start to finish making sure that the whole day was perfect. The food, even the special order food (which according to the person who has to eat it is usually bland) was delicious and more importantly served promptly and hot.
We had a lot of guests coming in from out of town and Nancy, on reservations, was also great to work with.
The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was professional, friendly and very welcoming. The banquet staff made the day seem effortless and everything went perfectly.
I would not hesitate to recommend the Sheraton in Needham, and especially Ashley for anyone looking to plan any social event.

The little cafe area was staffed by a great group who were smiling, engaging and made great suggestions as to what we might like.
