Shaved Ice Island is an Austin-based business that serves gourmet shaved ice recipes as well as standard time-tested flavors that everybody loves.

We do creative, fun flavors such as the Mango Lassi (shaved ice with mango fruit and vanilla ice cream), the Moscow Mule (with lime juice and fresh cut ginger root) and the Creamy Cold Brew (made with ice cream and Austin's Chameleon Cold Brew coffee).

We do delicious Hispanic-style shaved ice such as our Picadilly (dill pickle juice, chopped pickles, chamoy, chili spice!), Mangonada, Cucumber Lime, and Arroz con Leche.

We are home to the Freezing Fire challenge, a spicy cinnamon-ghost pepper shaved ice challenge that can land you a certificate of honor!
