My husband and I were on the fence about hiring a videographer, we're not a huge fan of the typical wedding videos you see online, but we wanted to have the memories to look back on. We were referred to Sharif by our amazing photographer, and instantly fell in love with his work. Every video we saw was unique but felt authentic to the couple. Sharif and his team are AMAZING!! They are discreet and go with the flow on the day of- we didn’t even realize they were there some of the time! I’m proud to have had Sharif film our combined Sikh-Catholic wedding. At every event (Mendhi, Jaggo, Bharat, Catholic Ceremony, and Reception), Sharif was very aware of culturally and religiously significant moments. Sharif made sure to celebrate these moments in our final video, which takes our collective breaths away every time we watch it. His cinematic and journalistic approach weaved numerous and varied Sikh and Catholic celebrations throughout our wedding week into a well put together story you want to watch over and over again. He anchored this story with the backdrop of how I met my wife in a spontaneous meeting in an elevator. As we watch our story, we can’t help but notice that Sharif has the perfect music and transitions to complement every moment. Unlike most cookie-cutter videographers, Sharif is a true artist. Sharif was amazing to work with and very responsive. We love our videos and our friends were also so impressed, that they hired him for their wedding a few months after and are equally as impressed with his work. Sharif is awesome. He's such a nice guy and has a great sense of humor. He shares your moment with you. While he is there to capture it, he is invested as much as you are. He really wants to do a good job and you feel that from him. He worked fantastically with my photographer. He was on time and professional. His wife helped shoot and it worked out perfectly as she was able to get shots of my husband getting ready while Sharif took video of me, the moms, and bridal party getting ready. He was detail oriented getting all those money-shots of the kiss, the invitations, rings, how the space was set up, etc. Prior to the 20-minute long video, we got our teaser and I absolutely could not stop smiling with how well Sharif captured my amazing day. I am so glad I opted for the video because as much as photos are awesome, seeing the day in real time, and being able to relive it gives me so much joy. Sharif again went above and beyond, even staying later than our initially agreed upon contract to get nighttime outdoor sky shots on our venue's terrace.
