What a wonderful experience. I cannot say how happy we are with the overall experience, vision and outcome of our wedding photos. Sabrina was patient and took the time to establish a great relationship with my husband and myself. She gave us ideas on engagement photos and created a workable timeline for our wedding day. She felt like a friend and it felt absolutely natural to have her take our pictures. The outcome were beautiful, high quality pictures that we are so happy with.

When my now-wife and I found Sabrina during our search for a wedding photographer, we had no idea we were beginning a professional relationship that will hopefully last the rest of our lives. She made the several months leading up to the wedding day, as well as the day itself, a breeze.

We wanted a queer-identifying photographer to capture the community and joy of our queer, Jewish, interracial and interfaith wedding, and Sabrina was the perfect match. She’s friendly, accomodating, and creative in all the best ways. She insisted on providing us with an engagement shoot so we could get to know each other and to help us two awkward introverts get used to being on camera, and it was a delight. She went out of our way to let us shoot in the locations that meant the most to us, despite the significant commute it took on her end, and then thanked us for the opportunity as though WE were doing HER the favor!

Rain forced our wedding day a little off the rails, and she handled every schedule-change and delay with calm and professionalism. She was great at reading the room—when things were getting stressful and she could tell I needed rescue, she whisked me and my wife away for a private portrait session so we could center ourselves and take a moment to enjoy each other; when I told her other planned portraits had to be nixed because we’d run out of time, she put me at ease and made sure we got the shots we wanted most in other ways or at other times. She was attentive to all our guests, gamely taking doubles of photos on people’s cell phones when they asked so they could take home a souvenir.

Any time we ever need professional photos for any reason, Sabrina is going to be our first call.

I've had the pleasure of having Sabrina as my second photographer at weddings. She always does an incredible job creating the most memorable photos with beautiful compositions and use of color. Her editing is always spot-on as well...it's so tough to get skin tones right, especially when surrounded by greenery, but she always nails it.

After working together for a few months, I decided to reach out about having my own photos taken for branding purposes. I've never hired another photographer for portraits before, because I'm incredibly anxious and insecure, but I felt safe around a fellow queer, Autistic person. Sabrina affirmed me the entire time and allowed me to select a location that felt comfortable, while also suggesting other nearby spots that mixed it up perfectly. She was able to work with my silliness and sometimes serious poses organically. I was nervous going into our session, but left laughing and feeling grateful for our friendship.

When she delivered teasers (incredibly quickly), I couldn't wait to share them and update my profiles with photos that finally felt like me. I recently got a haircut to be more gender affirming, so I was really happy to have my social media photos reflect my gender expression and how I've felt inside. Sabrina is truly magic to work with and a gem of a human. Especially for folks who are in any way marginalized. Sabrina will hold space for you and create art while doing so.

You cannot get better than Sabrina! We worked with Sabrina to capture our engagement and wedding photography. From the start, she made us feel comfortable with simple directions and encouragement. She slayed our wedding day! Sabrina captured stunning moments of us as a couple and tons of events we missed during the busy day. We cannot wait to work with Sabrina again for the next big life memory!

I wish I could give Sabrina 500 stars (but seriously)!! My fiance and I traveled to Philadelphia (we are from Upstate NY) for a long weekend and I thought it would be a good idea to find a photographer to take our engagement photos - a little something out of the ordinary as there aren't many different landscapes for photographs near us, and I am in love with "old" Philly. I emailed a few different photographers and we instantly hit it off with Sabrina. She was SO accommodating and didn't mind we had a small window for photos. She sent me a few different photos to determine the type of background that was our style and she truly was invested in us and the photos we wanted. I have to admit that we were a little nervous, not meeting Sabrina in person before booking her, but her photos were gorgeous, so we were hopeful. I am beyond happy that we took a little risk and decided to book Sabrina. She was super great at getting us out of our comfort zone as we are both very timid when taking photos. She knew exactly where to go for the perfect backdrops around the city and she even walked miles and miles (she was even pregnant) to get the perfect photo. Every single one of our photos came out beautiful and I wish we could have booked her for our wedding, only if we weren't so far away. She is absolutely amazing!!!

After already working with her and seeing the high quality of her work from secret proposal pictures, we knew there was no one else we would hire to take pictures of our wedding. Sabrina’s package included an engagement session, and I’ll never forget how committed she was to getting the best possible shot. Unlike the other photographers around us (we shot photos at a popular park), Sabrina wasn’t afraid to kneel down in the cold, wet grass to get the perfect shot. She is that passionate about what she does.

As for the wedding itself, Sabrina was an excellent planner and communicator. Even though we planned our wedding from states away, we had no stress about how the day would play out. Sabrina helped us meticulously plan how and where we would take our staged photography (first looks and family portraits), and what shots to get at each point of our wedding and reception. She was great at directing our families during group shots and kept my wife and I relaxed throughout the day. Sabrina was us with for the entire night and managed to capture the best moments of a day we will never forget.

What impressed us most about Sabrina is the warmth and intimacy she finds in each captured moment. The portraits and candid pictures she took perfectly encapsulate the love and joy we felt on our wedding day. Her photography and photo editing expertise highlight all the special little moments from that day, which makes the photos even more personal and significant.

My experience with SGW Photography was phenomenal. Photography services were very affordable. The company have several packages to pick from. I booked SGW Photography for my August 20, 2016, wedding and was very pleased with the service. I booked Sabrina, who is the owner for a few hours, but my wedding started late and she was very understanding and professional. Moreover, she stayed at my wedding until it was over. FYI, I can't wait to have another event, so that I can book her.
