We hired Season’s Downeast to do the flowers for our wedding at the Samoset, and they absolutely delivered an end result that exceeded anything I could have imagined. We met a few times with Anna and Mary during the process, and they were very receptive to the color and flower ideas I had in mind going into the wedding. Day-of, Anna made a great addition of shepherds’ hooks for holding flowers in the aisle to uplift the original plan of hanging flowers from the chairs - it was a great pivot, and it really showed that we were working with design experts. My bridal bouquet was one of the most talked-about pieces at the wedding, and for good reason! Season’s Downeast also put together the most beautiful arbor flowers that were the perfect addition to the ceremony look. The flowers were a perfect component of a beautiful day, and we couldn’t be happier to have chosen Season’s Downeast!

One word - AMAZING! My husband and I worked with Seasons Downeast to create florals for our wedding and we were so incredibly impressed from start to finish! When we first started planning, Anna, who is the owner, generously offered to host us in her shop on the weekend so that we could have a planning session and pick our wedding florals. It’s worth noting that Anna has impeccable taste and is great at offering recommendations based on what will be in season during your wedding month. We had provided imagery for inspiration and she provided a bucket of florals for us to go through in person and chat through what we liked and didn’t like. Our wedding florals turned out absolutely amazing - more beautiful that we could have ever even imagined. Most who have planned a wedding know how stressful it can be. I didn't have to stress over anything with our wedding florals. We were so happy that we now go to Seasons Downeast for all of our floral needs - birthdays, anniversaries, etc. They are truly the best in the entire Midcoast!

Anna was amazing to work with for my wedding at the Samoset Resort in Rockport! My husband and I had no idea about flowers and she was so welcoming and helpful when we first met at the shop. She understood our vision and was super accommodating with me changing things here and there before the wedding. She also made helpful suggestions on how to repurpose flowers so that we could stay within our budget. Growing up in the midcoast area, I have seen the work of Seasons Downeast Designs frequently over the years and every time, they do not disappoint. They are known by all of the locals to be the absolute best of the best. I have always had a love for gardening and flowers in general so choosing the right florist was important to me. I’ve known Anna for a long time and since I was an adolescent, I had always hoped she would do my wedding flowers someday. When the time came to choose a florist for our wedding, I didn't have to think twice. Her team went above and beyond in every aspect and made my wedding look a fairy tale. Anna was prompt with her communication, flexible, as well as always cautious and creative with my budget. She made choosing my flowers so fun! She listened to exactly what I wanted and didn’t want and somehow created flower arrangements I couldn’t imagine possible! I can’t thank Seasons Downeast Designs enough for truly transforming my wedding into a dream come true. I wish I could replay my wedding day over and over again to see the flowers they put together! (And my husband, haha) I even sent my bouquet away to be pressed and framed professionally. Season's Downeast is the best, for sure. The crew is so very patient and kind to work with. My daughter asked me to be her wedding planner so I visited them several times to make sure everything was clearly understood and how important it was for me to create the wedding of her dreams. Besides being wonderfully nice people, they are truly artists as well. We wanted a lot of flowers and that doesn't mean the same to everyone. We really wanted a lot of flowers! The arbor was loaded with willow branches and gorgeous flowers, the aisle was covered in fresh rose petals, urns filled with ferns, two fireplace mantels fully decorated with garland, candles and wreaths, the head tables had garland, mercury glass candles, and more flowers. Each centerpiece was gorgeous with more mercury glass and candles. My daughter's bouquet was everything she wanted and she is almost as particular as her mom. There were even more flowers like for cocktail hour, at the bar, in the bathrooms, etc. I wish I could post pictures for you to see it. After the wedding, family and friends took the flowers home and I was expecting them to last maybe a couple of days, but they lasted over a week! Yes, all of this cost a lot but I'm so happy that I did this for my daughter. Season's Downeast brought beautiful to the wedding...except for my daughter, of course.

Working with Anna Remson was a wonderful experience. Her designs are fantastic and her work with the texture of flowers, succulents and native greens makes her arrangement truly works of art. Having used florists in New York, Chicago and Washington, DC...I can say that Seasonsdowneast is the best.

Seasons Downeast did an amazing job on the flowers for our wedding at the Samoset Resort! They looked gorgeous and I couldn’t have been more pleased! I was planning a destination wedding in Maine (from NYC) and researched about 3 florists before deciding to go with Seasons Downeast. Flowers are expensive and I wanted to make sure I was getting a fair and accurate price and working with someone that could interpret my vision for the day! In the end it was Anna’s positive attitude and creativity that made me ultimately make the decision! She was friendly, kind, professional, and optimistic – even when we thought it was going to rain on our wedding day! Luckily it didn’t, and they were able to decorate the arbor better than I could have imagined! I was worried when they told me there was an additional Design fee for multiple meetings/phone calls etc., but I never needed this. Throughout the process I worked with Anna & Alyssa…I had provided a very detailed plan for the flowers and they executed it beautifully! I was looking for a very classic and preppy style which used mostly peonies in coral and white and the blooms were just perfect! Everyone talked about how beautiful the flowers were, I wished I could have taken them on our honeymoon!
