I was a MOH during a wedding last year when I met Salon SBS and absolutely loved them! I was beginning to plan for my wedding and they were one of the first vendors I booked. Both sisters are so fun to be around, which makes waking up at the crack of dawn worth it. Each are talented in their own ways and make you feel so special as a bride. Swati and Reeti are so adorable people. Without any trial and any discussion on my look they did a wonderful job and help me look the best of myself. Swati and Reeti are amazing! I booked them 8-10 months in advance for my wedding event, which included 3 big events. I wasnt able to meet them for a trial but they were so flexible and understanding! I emailed and texted them pictures and ideas of what look I wanted for each. They both did an amazing job! I am still getting compliments on my makeup/hair when people see my pictures! What can I say… Swati and Reeti are the best sister make-up artist duos that a girl can have on her wedding day. Both soon become the bride’s gal pals who help the bride feel at ease before her events. The entire process starts months in advance with a consultation where you know instantly that these are the girls you want as you get ready for the biggest events in your life. Their attention to detail and focus ensure that every hairpin to the perfect cat eye stay in place for hours. I danced and laughed for hours during my events and my hair and make-up and the outfit pinning stayed untouched. For me, they were the ones to distract me from planning and have me relax. Reeti and Swati are like fire and ice with their constant sisterly banter. Their relationship and their jokes make you laugh the entire time you are getting ready. I spent hours trying to find the right artist for me before I found them. The best part is that you have two people who work so well together to get you ready. I never knew that I could look the way I did before they did my hair and make-up. It was exactly the look I wanted.. natural while being bridal. They are the ones I would go back to for other events in the future. I remember the first time I looked in the mirror for my first event and I couldn’t believe my eyes. Swati and Reeti are the sweetest and most talented MUA and hair artists in the DMV area! They were both very accommodating and expert professionals. I am usually very picky with my makeup, but they were very attentive to my needs and requests and they made me feel like a princess on my wedding day. I was beyond happy with my look. They also helped get my sister and mother ready, both of whom were also very satisfied with their looks. They are always continuing their education and skills in the industry and it shows! Starting with the makeup trial, Swati listened carefully to the kind of look I envisioned and showed me her amazing talent especially in bridal hair and dupatta setting. Swati and Reeti did my makeup, my sister in law's makeup, and my mother in law's makeup for my engagement party in April 2017. All three of us received compliments all night long! I also got my hair done in a cute updo, and it stayed up perfectly for eight hours. Great job ladies!
