We had a wonderful experience with the catering service from Celebrations by Rupa Vira. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and appreciated by all our guests. Every dish was flavorful and prepared with great attention to detail. Highly recommend them for any special occasion!!!

From the tasting all the way through the event, her and her team went way above and beyond. We had our Son’s wedding past weekend, Rupa Vira restaurant has been our caterer second time for our celebration. They helped us nine years ago for our daughter’s wedding as well.
Chef Rupaben is an amazing person with God gifted ability to cook variety of dishes without using onion and garlic, where taste is never compromised.
Their management team of Priyank and Sheila is equally excellent and exceeded all levels of customer service. I had overlooked our event date during earlier email communication, which went unnoticed all the way until the day before event. Our reception was scheduled on Saturday but the email was for a reception to be on Sunday. When Sheila brought our guests dinner on Friday she was casually talking to Westin manager to go over the events, when she realized the mistake I had made, she came to me very calm and asked to open the email. When I looked at the email and realized the biggest mistake I had made, I was shocked. I looked at her and asked now what? The reception was next day, we had 200 guests for cocktail and dinner. She said is its all fine and we will take care of it. I was in shock and wasn’t sure, she held my hand and assured me few times over that they will take care of everything. They truly did! Everything that was on our contract was delivered a day early on a Saturday rather than Sunday. We are receiving messages everyday from our friends and family about how much they loved all varieties of food served by Rupa Vira.
We will ever be grateful for their professionalism, kindness, excellent customer service and above all amazing food quality.

My venue put in me a difficult position with many restrictions on outside catering. I ran into Sheila at the Dream Shaadi event and explained my situation to her. She was immediately on board and her and her team are amazing. We got so many compliments on the food from guests - from taste to food display and compliments from the venue as well how easy Rupa Catering's team and chef is to work with. They offer a huge variety of items, some I had never even heard of before and everything was fresh and tasty. Would recommend - they won't disappoint.

We loved everything about working with Rupa Vira for our wedding. All the food was delicious, and we were able to design a menu that had great variety, appealed to everyone, and was cost effective. The best part was hearing several people with dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten free, etc) go through the buffet line and say, "I can eat everything here!" Sheila was so great to work with throughout the entire process. Unlike other catering vendors that strictly control what they do for you, Sheila insisted that she and her staff were there to make our wedding easy and special. They set up tables and chairs, set places, served drinks, and made sure everything was perfect at our reception. I cannot recommend them enough!

They were very attentive to all of our requests and had great suggestions for the menu to help us stay within our budget. The guests at the event absolutely loved the food! Rupa Vira catering was an absolute hit at our wedding. Everyone raved about the food and they took the time and go the extra mile with amazing presentation. Staff on the day of were attentive and made sure food was available throughout. For a 500 person wedding, this type of service is impressive!

We catered our event from Celebration by Rupa Vira. Our experience with them was wonderful. Everything from the time we first contacted them till the end of the event was handled very professionally.

By mistake we landed up at the restaurant for the food tasting one week ahead of the scheduled date, but Sheila was very considerate and got the items we wanted to taste prepared for us, saving us a trip. She was helpful in suggesting food combinations which would complement each other, and her recommendations were spot on. We also met the Chef, Mr. Khan who was very impressive.

Communication about what would be included in the price and options was clear. We chose for them to include the crockery and flatware and also the beverages and mixers, we were happy we did that. It was a premium price, but the ease of working more than justified it.

A week before the event we went out again to taste the exact menu to suggest any fine tuning in any of the dishes. They took all the feedback and implemented every suggestion for the event.

On the day of the event, they arrived at the venue in time and did the set up. The event ran like clockwork. There was plenty of staff to do the appetizers pass arounds and clearing of used glasses etc. The food was well laid out and delicious. Many of the guests complemented the food and service quality. At the end of the event, they did the clean up and left the venue just as they had got it.

The review would not be complete without special mention of Sheila. She was our single point of contact throughout the process. She is wonderful to work with. She was flexible and accommodated every need that we put across to her. It was due to her attitude towards customer service that we were stress free throughout the event.

Overall, we were very pleased that we went with Celebration by Rupa Vira for our event.

We tasted several Indian vendors in the DMV who could do fusion dishes and Rupa Vira stood out above the others due to their incredible food quality/taste, their presentation, and professionalism. We ended up hiring them for 3 events on wedding weekend (1 of which were snack boxes), all of different cuisines, and they did an impeccable job. Food quantity was all correct, and variety was great.

We worked with Sheila and the rest of the Rupa Vira team to cater our fusion wedding. We were very pleased with the experience from start to finish. At our tasting, we truly enjoyed every dish we tried and were immediately sold on Rupa Vira. The pricing was very reasonable. The team was very flexible and worked with our venue staff, even providing on site staff to ensure that food was prepared and served at the correct temperature. They worked with us to pick dishes that worked well with our specific needs (ex, choosing appetizers that would work well as passed appetizers vs served buffet style). Sheila even drove an hour to attend our final walk through at the venue, which was so appreciated by us and our planning team. Most importantly, our guests loved the food and every dish was a hit. I highly recommend!!!
