    My family loves Celebration! When we found out they cater we knew we needed them and they did not disappoint! The food was amazing and the presentation was gorgeous! Everyone loved the food! They were also very reasonable and worked with your budget.

    Delicious catering experience

    RupaVira did a wonderful job to make our daughter's wedding a grand success on the Labor Day 2023 weekend. Invitees marveled at the visual display, taste, and organization with which RupaVira catered all wedding events. Sheila Desai's and the RupaVira team's very professional, insightful, and smooth co-ordination with the wedding venue and our Event Manager certainly made our life a lot easier and the wedding very enjoyable for us and for everyone else. Here is wishing RupaVira the best to achieve even higher levels of success in the future.

    Sister's Baby Shower Events

    We had the wonderful opportunity to work with Rupa Vira once again for my sister's baby shower events. We previously worked with Sheila and her wonderful team for my sister's wedding two years ago, and chose them once again for her baby shower. We couldn't have imagined a better experience when it came to food quality, attention to detail, setup, delivery, and professionalism. Sheila, Priyank, and the entire team know how to make a client feel special and taken care of. We have never been denied anything we desired! I sincerely appreciate the love and care that they continue to put into our events, treating us just like family.     Best Wedding Food Ever

    The above title is a direct quote from several guests at my wedding. We had a fusion Indian/Jewish wedding, and Rupa Vira is a restaurant we like a lot. Their presentation of everything is beautiful and photographs well and it somehow tastes even better than it looks. The staff is super flexible and creative if you have dietary stuff/special requests, and their menu has stuff that will please guests who flew in from India as well as your friends from the midwest who have never tried Indian food before.

    Great food!

    Food was extremely good

    This caterer is so good. They do Indian food but with a twist. Our guests were amazed. Many commented it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. Service was impeccable. Every detail was thought of. Thank you to your team!

    Prompt and excellent service with a very high quality of food items

    Prompt and excellent service by Rupa Vira Catering staff as well as exceptional quality of food. We were able to select any item that we want even if it is not in the menu item list and we selected a few Gujarati delicacies and Rupa Vira's quality was outstanding. Prompt on-time setup, services and clean up by efficient staff and management. Would highly recommend Rupa Vira Catering services for any event.

    Best Quality and Service!!

    Rupa Vira’s Catering services were absolutely amazing - right from the beginning - food tastings to The wedding day. We had catered from Rupa vira’s for our pre - wedding events for 4 days prior to our wedding. Each event was done flawlessly by them. Mr. Sharad Vira helped us in menu selection making sure none of the food items were repeated. They are great with Indian and Non- Indian food varieties. The wedding day went by perfectly with their awesome team led by Priyank and Sheila. They showed professionalism with being there on time completely prepared. They didnt need anything from us on the day of, which takes out any stresses for the organizing parties. The guests were very impressed and people from NJ/ MA/ CT were all interested in knowing if they will cater to other states. Overall, a GREAT EXPERIENCE!! You cannot go wrong with them. We can truly say that out of other vendors, Rupa Vira’s were the best in terms of service, quality and cost.

    Half Indian food half BBQ wedding

    We hired Rupa Vira along with a barbecue caterer for a small intimate wedding and they knocked it out of the park! The aam palak chaat (appetizer) was a huge winner, as was the gobi manchurian (main). We did buffet style and all of the dishes were excellent. The catering manager Sheila was excellent and very flexible on our needs, picking the food was the most fun part of planning our wedding! We paid about $28 per head, which was fantastic for us. I would definitely recommend Rupa Vira for anyone looking for Indian catering.

    Delightful and Delicious

    Rupa Vira Catering catered our recent wedding and they did not disappoint! They served a pre-ceremony drink and appetizer, appetizers for cocktail hour, and dinner during our event. We love that they offer great menu options and were particularly delighted about the Gujarati items. Our contact, Sheila Desai, was very easy to work with during the entire planning process. All of their food was absolutely delicious and we received numerous compliments from guests.

    Highly recommend the catering services for any occasion. We catered food for a mehendi event for wedding guests. The menu was primarily chaat items and a huge hit with everyone. Some guests said that the food was more authentic than any Indian caterer or restaurant in NJ. The service and professionalism was excellent.

    Rupa Vira Catering did an excellent job for our daughter's wedding in Washington DC. Their professionalism, attention to detail, responsiveness and most importantly, the focus on "quality guest experience" is unmatched. Sharad Bhai has a knack for understanding what will please the guests. His advice and assistance throughout the planning process was invaluable. Rupa Vira provided catering for 11 of our events. Sharad Bhai made excellent suggestions for food and drink items which were a hit with the guests; and still remembered .
    Priyank and Sheila provided excellent execution and on-site oversight. It is clear that the entire Rupa Vira staff is very knowledgeable, experienced and proficient in catering for large events.
    Of particular note was the authenticity of the food items. There were about 25 family members from India who attended. There was unequivocal and unanimous appreciation for the quality and authenticity of all of the food which ranged from street food/chaat, Mexican, Italian, South Indian, Gujarati, Sindhi, Indo-Chinese, Rajasthani and standard North-Indian fare.
    The Jain food preparation and quality was also greatly appreciated by those with respective diet restrictions. The attention to fulfilling the somewhat daunting needs of strict Jain guests was specifically noteworthy and was a godsend. Shard Bhai also made sure that other allergens (e.g. nuts) were specifically identified and displayed during food presentation. It was evident that the Rupa Vira staff was intelligent and cautious in meeting the specific needs of all the guests.
    Above all. we found Rupa Vira Catering (especially Sharad Bhai and Priyank) to be more of an active partner and a helping hand to us and not just a quality food vendor.
    We will be very sure to use them again for such events in the future. It was indeed a pleasure to work with their team.

    Inventive & Delicious Vegetarian Food

    We have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Rupa Vira. We did tastings with a couple different South Asian caterers in the DMV, and Rupa Vira was the clear winner. The food was not only delicious, it was INVENTIVE. Everyone there is delightful to work with and goes out of their way. They truly care about your event.

    We had an inter-faith Jain-Hindu wedding with many events and guests ranging from strict Jains to hardcore non-veg Punjabis. Everyone raved about the food :)

    I wish I could go back in time and eat all those items again!

    Sharad Uncle, Rupa Aunty and their entire family & team was so nice to work with! They are amazing at being able to accommodate strict dietary restrictions while still making tasty food (i.e. Jain or other onion/garlic- free food). We had a few guests with allergies that they even brought special platters to ensure no cross contamination with other allergens. Sharad uncle met with us personally to decide the menu and even had samples of food made up when we were not sure if that would work for our event or not. This team catered 7 of our events and we were pleased with each and every meal. Not only did they provide catering, they also provided favor boxes that we wanted to give out to our guests. This was especially helpful because it meant one less thing we would have to be responsible for. Overall, their team is responsive, prompt and very well organized. They have worked with many other vendors and hotel venues in the area and we trusted their team whole-heartedly. The food was ALWAYS ready to go on time and was always served hot - which was appreciated by many!

    High quality caterer!

    Rupa Vira catered our wedding day a few weeks ago for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and I'm STILL hearing about how much our guests enjoyed the food. We had a great variety that differed from typical Indian fare. The service was also excellent starting from the initial tasting all the way through the day-after breakfast when they promptly picked up the phone for a minor issue at 9am. Highly recommend!

    Great wedding catering service

    We really enjoyed working with Sheila and the Rupa Vira team for our wedding. They were incredibly flexible when creating the menu and helped us identify the best combination of dishes. Presentation on the day was great, and guests loved the food!
