Facilities and Capacity

This venue is located within a renovated building that features both antique and contemporary charms. The registered landmark was constructed in 1903 and with its sparkling chandeliers and original skylight, transports guests to another time. The main space is the 2,400 square-foot showroom. Row 24 Events and Productions also has an 800 square-foot mezzanine overlooking the main area which can be used for celebrations. The venue can accommodate up to 280 people for a cocktail reception or 200 loved ones for a seated dinner. Couples can also avail of the private suite and there are comfortable restrooms for the attendees’ convenience. There is also a catering prep kitchen onsite.
