Talented Chef

We've been using Roux Catering for our office luncheons (40-60 employees) for a year now. John caters for us 2x a month, sometimes more depending on our needs. All of his offerings are tasty and very diverse. He's great to work with and receptive of our wants, needs, and tastes. We are so grateful to have found him and his services.

Wedding Catering

John was absolutely amazing!!! He was so helpful throughout the entire process and such a joy to work with! Roux did a wonderful job at my wedding. Everyone loved the food! We didn't have any leftovers because people kept going back for more! Lol. They also went around cleaning up after everyone finished eating. I couldn't have picked a better caterer and I highly recommend using them!

Highly Recommend!!

Would absolutely hire again. The food was so delicious and John is such a nice guy. He is an excellent communicator and went above and beyond for my husband and I. His staff helped clear plates and cut and served the cake for us. We had 2 chicken options: BBQ chicken breast and sour cream, chives and bacon stuffed chicken breast. For sides we had asparagus and potatoes with a salad and roll. All was so delicious and my guests had nothing but good things to say about their meal. Definitely recommend.

Prepared, Flexible & Quality Caterer

John and his team were a pleasure to work with. As a venue and one that operates its kitchen for our other business, its important vendors are flexible, prepared and respectful. As one we recommend, it is also important they deliver a quality product and a good price and have the Client’s best interest in mind. We found Roux Catering checked off all those boxes. Our staff worked in tandem to help ensure the guests and the couple of honor had the best experience! Highly recommend.

Excellent!!

From beginning to end Roux Catering put me at ease & made this a memorable and stress free process. They were very professional, caring, creative, and classy with everything.
