John and his team were a pleasure to work with. As a venue and one that operates its kitchen for our other business, its important vendors are flexible, prepared and respectful. As one we recommend, it is also important they deliver a quality product and a good price and have the Client’s best interest in mind. We found Roux Catering checked off all those boxes. Our staff worked in tandem to help ensure the guests and the couple of honor had the best experience! Highly recommend. -

From beginning to end Roux Catering put me at ease & made this a memorable and stress free process. They were very professional, caring, creative, and classy with everything. The owner put us completely at ease upon meeting. John, was great in taking our vision and helping us with ideas and event planning. Excellent Food
John catered an event for me and I was really happy with everything from start to finish. I felt comfortable giving him creative license and told him I was open to any ideas he had for the menu. He absolutely delivered! We snacked on bloody mary infused tomatoes, spicy turkey with coleslaw and wonderful smoked salmon crostinis. He also made cookies that went PERFECTLY with the theme - and they tasted amazing! John also provided plates, napkins, etc so we didn't have to worry about anything! He is great to work with and extremely creative with flavors. I will be using him for all my major events from now on. -
