Mike ross and Rebecca Smart are phenomenal photographers that have been in the business for years! They seriously are the best in the business! My husband and I cannot say enough about them!! I can't speak highly enough about Ross and his wife, Becky. They are extremely professional, punctual and talented. They always remained calm when things got a little busy. The Ross' were absolutely amazing. From our first meeting to picking up our photos, they always were punctual and responsive. They worked within our budget and provided excellent service. They listened to us with true attentiveness and treated us with respect. We didn't think we wanted engagement photos but he explained it was a chance for us all to get to know each other and become comfortable and it really did just that. It was nice to have that time outside of the wedding to get to know how it would work, what we'd need to do, and generally who the Ross were. They even had tips for us about booking photo sites and rainy day backups, things we might not have thought of ourselves.
I had never thought about 2 photographers but I will now always recommend it. They kept the formal pictures moving along without long pauses and they were like ninjas at my reception and ceremony; I don't feel like I even saw them that much, and yet when I got my pictures, they had captured it all! Even my family mentioned how friendly the photographers were and how easy it was to get them to take family pictures or anything they requested.
Once I got my pictures I was thrilled. It was all there, ready and easy for me to access off of the CDs. The book and photos I got along with the CDs were beautiful and truly top quality. Everything was thoroughly edited but nothing was overworked. It all just looked so natural and beautiful.
I've heard horror stories about photographers ruining weddings, but my story is the opposite. Ross preserved one of the greatest days of my life in every little detail and moment and I will now have those memories to look back on with me forever.

We loved working with Michael Ross! He put us at ease and made us comfortable throughout the whole wedding day and process. When he showed up the day of the wedding he immediately started moving furniture, sweeping the floor and taking control. He made the best of our extremely windy day and spent lots of time editing our pictures so nothing looked too out of place!

Ross photography was great to work with. Our pictures on our wedding day are fantastic! My husband even enjoyed his photography style. Nothing is overly posed and he tries to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera. (Like trying to keep you out of the sun if it's hot out). Mike Ross has truly been a godsend. Not only did he agree to come to Maine to photograph our engagement shoot. He even met us out before sunrise and ended up be quite flexible with our location requests. He was patient and most importantly, worked with us in a way that felt natural to us as a couple. He also kept my fiance's smile genuine throughout the entire shoot because he's super hysterical. I cannot wait to see what he produces and am so honored to have Ross Weddings with us next June as well for our big day.
