With three distinct event areas, Rosensteel Hall aims to accommodate weddings of varying sizes and budgets. The magnificent Columbian Ballroom features 3,975-square-feet of space for up to 300 of your friends and family. The room's elevated and substantial dance floor and vaulted ceilings complete with chandeliers creates an elegant and luxurious space to enjoy your celebration. Adjacent to the ballroom is the Maryknight Room which provides an additional 832-square-feet of space for seating and food service. For a more intimate event, The Emerald Room offers 1,890-square-feet for up to 100 of your loved ones. This area features a wooden dance floor and a built-in bar for entertainment. The venue contains a dedicated get-ready-room with complimentary champagne so that you and your wedding party can prepare for your big day with style and comfort.

A variety of event items are available to rent, including altars/arches, chairs, chair covers, tables, centerpieces, and drapery. The venue can provide audio and visual equipment and food and beverage services. The necessary dining items such as barware, china, flatware, glassware, and linens can be included.

Rosensteel Hall’s licensed caterers can create a customized menu for your big day. Their standard appetizers include classics like buffalo chicken wings, shrimp cocktail, port wine cheese and crackers, and puff pastries. The menu of entrees features hearty dishes like filet mignon, chicken cordon bleu, and slow cooked pork loin. You and your guests can enjoy your meal in a buffet, family, or plated-style arrangement. Knowledgeable bartenders are pleased to host an open, cash, or limited bar with beer, house liquors, and house wines.
