How we found Rosanna & Co is a little untraditional—Rosanna was my sister and brother-in-laws high school English teacher, in the class where they met! My sister hired Rosanna for her wedding in November 2019, and when my fiancé and I got engaged, we followed suit.

Rosanna and Amanda were amazing from the first time we started meeting with them and they came in CLUTCH on our wedding day. There’s nothing like having an amazing duo that can execute on your dream wedding to every last detail and pivot when you need pivoting. From setting up (and packing up!!) personal items to shepherding and coaching the flower girl and ring bearer, and keeping the schedule and vendors in tip-top shape, Rosanna and Co are an amazing addition to any wedding vendor team.

Like many brides on and before their wedding day (and in life in general), I have anxiety and had a panic attack as soon as we sat down to dinner and realized all those 👀 were on us! However, our guests would never know thanks to the clutch work by Rosanna and Amanda.

They flawlessly altered the timeline and make sure both my husband and I were as comfortable as possible and so we were able to enjoy the rest of the evening. I'm so glad we hired Rosanna & Co. for our wedding! It was an absolute joy to work with Amanda leading up to and on our wedding weekend. She was the MVP of the day and the vendor I am most happy was at our wedding. At the beginning of the wedding planning process, we got a ton of useful recommendations from Rosanna & Co. for other vendors and we used their recommendations to book a great florist and DJ! In my 6 week out meeting with Amanda, she helped me get organized and feel really on top of all of the little details leading up to the big day. At the rehearsal and wedding day, Amanda took care of everything. I don't even know how she managed to do as much as she did (putting the boutonnieres on all of the men, managing the other vendors, etc.) because it also felt like she was always there for me when I needed her - holding my coat during pictures, taking photos and videos for us, bustling my dress for me and making sure I was doing well. Amanda was professional and personal and helped me achieve my biggest goal for my wedding day - to be fully present without thinking about any details or issues - because she handled it all! I would highly recommend Rosanna & Co. for day of wedding coordination services!! They are reasonably priced and the best investment we made for our wedding day.

If you are thinking about getting a day of coordinator, don’t think twice—and make sure you hire Rosanna and her team! I cannot put into words how amazing Rosanna was from the moment I contacted her. She met with me multiple times before the wedding to go over final details, preview the area for our first looks and pictures, and look at the church for layout confirmation. Rosanna coordinated with all my vendors and even pointed out important details that I missed during planning. For the rehearsal, she sent one of her assistants, who was wonderful. Her assistant made sure the rehearsal ran smoothly and every detail was covered.
As for my wedding day, I don’t even know where to start. Rosanna and Amanda put my mind at ease the entire day. Rosanna made sure that we were on time all day and took care of EVERY detail so my family/friends, my husband, and I could all enjoy the day. We had a lot going on with 2 sites getting ready (the guys at the hotel and the girls at my parent’s house), a location for the first look/pictures, the ceremony at the church, and then the reception at the banquet hall. They made sure that everybody was exactly where they were supposed to be including my photographers, videographer, and party bus drivers. Rosanna and Amanda were prepared for ANYTHING! They even had TUMS when I had an upset stomach. They kept my ring bearers focused and entertained. They even took pictures and videos for us to look back on. I could go on and on! I will definitely be referring them to all of my friends and family!
