The Forum is not to be used for commercial, political, fundraising purposes or teen parties. The maximum capacity is 175. Renter agrees to hire HPD security and all functions must be over and the building cleaned and vacated by 12:00 midnight. Outside catering is required and all rental equipment shall be picked up after the event unless otherwise arranged with the building manager.

Beautiful venue in the heart of Houston
This was such a unique find! A beautiful outdoor space in the heart of Houston. It was the perfect setting for my best friend's 50 person wedding! So peaceful and tranquil while centrally located. I would highly recommend!!Sent on 12/04/2018

Perfect venue for our wedding!

The Garden Club is an absolutely beautiful venue in the heart of Houston! It is in an amazing location and is such a unique venue among the many cookie-cutter hotel ballrooms and all-inclusive venues in the Loop. We wanted to truly make our wedding our own, so this was definitely the spot for that! The Garden Club allows you to use one of their ten preferred caterers (which are all popular caterers in Houston) and the rest of the vendors are pretty much your choice, although they will provide some recommendations.Sent on 04/05/2016
The initial cost for booking the venue is very reasonable, however there are fees for using the venue whenever it is not technically open to the public that do add up ($100 for the first hour and $50 for every hour after that) - this means paying for your rehearsal and any engagement/bridal portrait sessions. There are also some fees for security (about $300) and getting a noise permit ($30). You will also want a day-of coordinator of some sort because the venue does not provide that.
Anne is the contact at the Garden Club and she is super responsive and very knowledgeable about the venue. They do a great job of making sure the Garden Club looks awesome even if there are renovations being done throughout the year.
