Words cannot express our gratitude to Morgan Mai and the incredible Northgate Staff!!!! THANK YOU so much for a MAGICAL DAY!! June 1st was one of the best days of our lives!! Morgan and the staff were exceptional, my guests cannot stop talking about how elegant and sophisticated the wedding was on that day. From cocktail hour to the end everyone had a wonderful time. Even though Northgate hadn't worked with most of my vendors before, the day went off without any hitches. THANK YOU to Morgan and the wonderful Northgate staff for bringing our vision to life!! For all those brides in search of a classic venue NORTHGATE COUNTRY CLUB is the venue for you!!! Special THANKS as well to Ariel(bridal attendant) she was wonderful!

We had our wedding in March 2017 and everything from the booking, to the food tasting, to the rehearsal and last but not least, the event itself, was truly a wonderful experience. The pine forest was flexible with our needs and demands (and there were many) however they remained understanding with the vision of our big day. The venue is beautiful and needs little to no decoration and the food was delicious! Our guests gave us many compliments on the photogenic scenery that the pine forest offers. I can only say that I am a happy bride and my husband agrees that this was one of the best decisions we made throughout the wedding planning process.

Ok guys if you want a venue that has it all you have to come to the country club for your wedding. We all got ready down in the ladies locker room and had a full time attendant provide us champagne, food, and any items that we may have needed like extension cords, towels, tissues. The venue itself is gorgeous and on top of that they had seriously the best service. Allyson personally was my saving grace as she made sure everything ran smoothly and I was able to trust her with my parents at the end of the night when I was totally out of my mind!!! LOL She is an EXCELLENT event planner and a really nice person. If you're considering having your wedding here, please do because it was absolutely magical for us. We had a blast. Thank you ROCC AND ALLYSON!!

Kristin was wonderful to work with as was everyone with Wildcat. Kristin’s professionalism ensured the reception was expertly executed and flawless. We could not have expected more as the venue, food, everything was first class.

Bay Oaks Country Club was the best choice for our ceremony and reception. Ashley is the Private Events Director and she is phenomenal! Ultimately, we decided on this venue because of her. She ran the ceremony made sure the event stayed on time. She's very responsive to emails and answered every question my mom and I had at every step of the way. The ceremony location is beautiful underneath the large trees out by the pond. All of my guests commented on how lovely the ceremony was and we lucked out that the weather was perfect. The food was delicious thanks to their talented chef. Everything was just perfect! You won't regret choosing Bay Oaks as your venue.

Martina was the best to work while planning for our reception and the day of the event. The Downtown Club was very accommodating with each of our requests and the food was amazing. Everything ran very smooth and was a perfect night.

Recently visited venue to consider it for our event. Their coordinator Laura Hendrick was wonderful showing us the venue and reviewing the wedding packages with us. She quickly worked up an estimate which was very affordable. The bride's changing room is huge! We have not contracted with a vendor yet but do recommend Hearthstone for any couple! p.s. They recently renovated : )

My husband and I held our reception at HRC in September and we were in awe of how professional HRC is and could not have done it without Karla! The team was extremely responsive and accommodating to our wants and needs. All our guests commented on how amazing the food was and how beautiful the space was. Thanks again HRC for making our dreams come true!
