Red Hawk Ridge Events is a new wedding venue, situated on the foothills of Viejas Mountain in Alpine, CA. Surrounded by 27 acres of hills, mountain views, huge boulders, and greenery including rare red manzanitas and oak trees, your loved ones can escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The property is just 40 minutes from downtown San Diego, making it easy for out-of-town guests to attend. Offering 2 stunning ceremony site options, an outdoor reception space for up to 250 guests, luxury log cabin accommodations for up to 34, and endless romantic backdrops, it is the perfect place for unique and memorable events.
CEREMONY SITE OPTIONS: The first is an expansive lawn that can sit up to 250 guests. Small ceremonies of up to 50 guests can be held inside the Manzanita lodge that opens up to the spacious wrap around deck. Both outdoor ceremony sites have breathtaking mountain views.
THE VENUE: Just below the Manzanita Lodge is the outdoor reception veranda. This 5600+ square feet space accommodates up to 250 guests and includes multiple, covered areas for formal or casual dining. The separated spaces allow any party size to feel cozy and intimate. The space also includes an outdoor bar/cocktail area with a dance floor. Sparkling lights adorn the surrounding trees and illuminate the sweeping landscape.
THE LUXURY LOG CABINS: The Japatul House is a bride’s dream. It has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 16, but feels cozy, romantic, and chic. The upper level includes a bridal suite filled with full length mirrors, natural lighting, and a large bathroom for getting ready. From the home's wrap around deck you can enjoy the mountain views while overlooking the private heated pool and hot tub.
The Manzanita Lodge has 5 bedrooms, and can sleep 18. The upstairs floor is a gentleman’s lounge that includes a cowboy bar with a pool table and cigar patio. The main floor has an open floor plan from the kitchen, to the large living area that opens up to a 2000 square foot wrap around deck. The A-frame structure is filled with a massive stone fireplace.
