Morgan went above and beyond for us and I will forever be grateful to have her as my coordinator.

Morgan was a joy to work with. We hired her as a day of coordinator for our recent wedding. She was very responsive to messages, and had great suggestions on how to keep the day running smoothly. On the day of, she kept a level head and took care of issues without missing a beat. She stepped in and helped with any task that she could. Hiring her was a great decision!

When my husband and I decided to renew our vows after 27 yrs. we wanted everything to be a personal reflection of the type of people we are together. When we met beautiful Morgan there was an instinct connection. She was just as motivated to make our day special as we were. She put together a vision for us beyond what I ever imagined. In my mind I was thinking big flowers and big vases but she saw something that reflected our relationship after 27 yrs…beauty, elegance, classic, and timeless. In the journey to “we still do” Morgan was ALWAYS there for me to answer my questions, calm my nerves, give me advice and provide her witty sense of humor. Unfortunately on our vow renewal day Morgan was already committed to a wedding somewhere else. On the day before our renewal she come to our venue and she worked hard and fast to help us as much as she could before she had to get on the road for her other wedding. On April 20, 2024, I walked down the aisle to the man I’ve loved forever, surrounded by our family and friends. Even though Morgan was not able to be there with us her presence was at every beautiful guest table, our beautiful arch, our sweetheart table…everywhere. We are FOREVER blessed to have had the BEST when we hired Morgan Caldwell with Rae’s Heavenly Event Planning!

I picked Morgan early on because she was from my hometown but I didn't know her personally, and I saw so many great reviews online so I figured I'd give it a shot! Morgan turned into a lifeline for us while planning our wedding. While we only chose the Day-of-coordination option, Morgan was available the entire time if I had any questions about anything. She was incredible patient with us, and our lack of knowledge with wedding planning. She kept it real with us when we needed it, and encouraged our out of pocket ideas and helped them come to life! She painstakingly re-assembled our Lego flower centerpieces day of the wedding that fell apart during travel, she helped our other vendors in any tasks that they needed, and she kept everything running so smoothly I didn't have to worry day of. Without her, we would've not had nearly the success we did. Our guests and family raved so highly of Morgan's skill and talents, and they couldn't stop talking about how beautiful our decorations was. We are so grateful for everything Morgan did for us! I highly recommend considering working with her whether it's on a smaller scale or full scale. She will certainly help you keep your head on throughout all the stresses of wedding planning!

I didn’t think we needed a coordinator but we definitely did and Morgan expertly filled those shoes. Our venue required insurance from all vendors and Morgan both orchestrated and gathered them for us. She was consistently easy to contact.

The one thing that really stood out to me was her presence. Morgan was always near me during the wedding and was able to fix all my malfunctions. She also organized the clean up and finished early. I cannot recommend Morgan enough.

When we decided to plan our own wedding, the one thing I wanted was to have a day of coordinator so I wouldn't constantly be fielding questions on the actual day. The costs were prohibitive, honestly - and then I found Morgan! She did such a phenomenal job. We hired her for day of coordination, but she honestly made so much time for me in the 12 month lead up to the wedding. We had so many check in calls, and whenever I texted her she responded so quickly. She helped me get my head straight, and brought up things I didn't even even think to ask about. She even drove way out of her way to meet us at the venue months in advance to check it out and help visualize everything. It was really hard on the day of to let go of preparations so I could go get ready, but everything went off without a hitch because Morgan was there. She got everyone down to the ceremony site and back up to the reception, helped direct parking, helped with set up, etc. She also stayed super late to help us break everything down. She did an amazing job, especially when you consider she has another job other than this! You won't regret hiring her - she'll make sure everything happens like it should, and won't be afraid to tell it to you straight!

I cannot say enough on how wonderful working with Morgan was. She and her husband made my daughter's wedding wonderful. She will do as much or as little as you'd like, and was so easy to work with. She made the venue beautiful and was so responsive to the details my daughter and I wanted. I honestly couldn't have managed without her!

Morgan was amazing! She went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly throughout the entire wedding weekend. I was able to relax and enjoy the wedding day knowing she was right there to answer any questions and direct the bridal party, parents and vendors to the right location. My ceremony and reception were in the same location and Morgan made sure the transition went seamlessly. I couldn’t have asked for a better day! Highly recommend!

Morgan Is super super friendly and very responsive even at late night hours when I had random ideas. She made my dream birthday party become reality, she saved me so much time and effort, and was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be working with her again and highly recommend her to others you will not be disappointed

AMAZING. Like the best. I did not have the first idea on anything weddings, and Morgan, she helped so many meltdowns. You could text her at 10pm with a breakdown and get a response. I had just met her when I started wedding planning last March, and by the wedding I felt like she was a longtime friend. She tells you like it is even if it isn’t what you want to hear, and it ends up being what you NEEDED to hear. She ran her butt off the entire day of my wedding to make sure it was perfect EVEN IN A HURRICANE! We had to completely rearrange our ceremony and she did everything. I never had a worry that day because of her. Everything decor and coordination, she is your girl, no doubt. We love Morgan!!
