Impressive
Morgan was extremely helpful and offered wonderful suggestions. Even though she wants your event to be the way you want it- her ideas and creativity prove her experience. Hands down, I'd call Morgan in a heartbeat for the next event! -

When my husband and I decided to renew our vows after 27 yrs. we wanted everything to be a personal reflection of the type of people we are together. When we met beautiful Morgan there was an instinct connection. She was just as motivated to make our day special as we were. She put together a vision for us beyond what I ever imagined. In my mind I was thinking big flowers and big vases but she saw something that reflected our relationship after 27 yrs…beauty, elegance, classic, and timeless. In the journey to “we still do” Morgan was ALWAYS there for me to answer my questions, calm my nerves, give me advice and provide her witty sense of humor. Unfortunately on our vow renewal day Morgan was already committed to a wedding somewhere else. On the day before our renewal she come to our venue and she worked hard and fast to help us as much as she could before she had to get on the road for her other wedding. On April 20, 2024, I walked down the aisle to the man I’ve loved forever, surrounded by our family and friends. Even though Morgan was not able to be there with us her presence was at every beautiful guest table, our beautiful arch, our sweetheart table…everywhere. We are FOREVER blessed to have had the BEST when we hired Morgan Caldwell with Rae’s Heavenly Event Planning! -

I picked Morgan early on because she was from my hometown but I didn't know her personally, and I saw so many great reviews online so I figured I'd give it a shot! Morgan turned into a lifeline for us while planning our wedding. While we only chose the Day-of-coordination option, Morgan was available the entire time if I had any questions about anything. She was incredible patient with us, and our lack of knowledge with wedding planning. She kept it real with us when we needed it, and encouraged our out of pocket ideas and helped them come to life! She painstakingly re-assembled our Lego flower centerpieces day of the wedding that fell apart during travel, she helped our other vendors in any tasks that they needed, and she kept everything running so smoothly I didn't have to worry day of. Without her, we would've not had nearly the success we did. Our guests and family raved so highly of Morgan's skill and talents, and they couldn't stop talking about how beautiful our decorations was. We are so grateful for everything Morgan did for us! I highly recommend considering working with her whether it's on a smaller scale or full scale. She will certainly help you keep your head on throughout all the stresses of wedding planning! -

I didn’t think we needed a coordinator but we definitely did and Morgan expertly filled those shoes. Our venue required insurance from all vendors and Morgan both orchestrated and gathered them for us. She was consistently easy to contact.
The one thing that really stood out to me was her presence. Morgan was always near me during the wedding and was able to fix all my malfunctions. She also organized the clean up and finished early. I cannot recommend Morgan enough. -

When we decided to plan our own wedding, the one thing I wanted was to have a day of coordinator so I wouldn't constantly be fielding questions on the actual day. The costs were prohibitive, honestly - and then I found Morgan! She did such a phenomenal job. We hired her for day of coordination, but she honestly made so much time for me in the 12 month lead up to the wedding. We had so many check in calls, and whenever I texted her she responded so quickly. She helped me get my head straight, and brought up things I didn't even even think to ask about. She even drove way out of her way to meet us at the venue months in advance to check it out and help visualize everything. It was really hard on the day of to let go of preparations so I could go get ready, but everything went off without a hitch because Morgan was there. She got everyone down to the ceremony site and back up to the reception, helped direct parking, helped with set up, etc. She also stayed super late to help us break everything down. She did an amazing job, especially when you consider she has another job other than this! You won't regret hiring her - she'll make sure everything happens like it should, and won't be afraid to tell it to you straight! -

Decorator/Wedding Coordinator
AMAZING. Like the best. I did not have the first idea on anything weddings, and Morgan, she helped so many meltdowns. You could text her at 10pm with a breakdown and get a response. I had just met her when I started wedding planning last March, and by the wedding I felt like she was a longtime friend. She tells you like it is even if it isn’t what you want to hear, and it ends up being what you NEEDED to hear. She ran her butt off the entire day of my wedding to make sure it was perfect EVEN IN A HURRICANE! We had to completely rearrange our ceremony and she did everything. I never had a worry that day because of her. Everything decor and coordination, she is your girl, no doubt. We love Morgan!! -

The absolute best !!!!
Morgan Is super super friendly and very responsive even at late night hours when I had random ideas. She made my dream birthday party become reality, she saved me so much time and effort, and was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be working with her again and highly recommend her to others you will not be disappointed -

Personal touch from reliable, detailed professional
Morgan is the BEST of the BEST! She led us through a series of questions to understand us and our event. We never felt like just her clients, she made us feel like family! She steered us to vendors to stay within budget and push the vision exactly where it needed to go. She set up, she took down. All we had to worry about was interacting with our guests. What a huge blessing to have everything taken care of! Morgan went above and beyond at every step - even printing and framing pictures, creating activities to put on tables, and rearranging the room to creat the perfect flow. If you are looking to host an elegant event, Morgan is the one to bring your visions to life! -

Every bride needs a Morgan!
Morgan was awesome to work with and she made my dream wedding become an actual fairytale wedding day. She was a life saver in every single way. She had my back the entire time during planning. I had a lot of decisions to make throughout and without her experience and opinions, I could have never done it without her. Morgan goes above and beyond for you and I could never be anymore thankful to have had her by my side. My wedding day was stress free for me and my husband. Morgan was a great asset to our wedding day. She was prepared, early to all appointments, and my saving Grace when things went south. Her knowledge and background is spectacular. Her communication was awesome, as she responded immediately every time. She has a great personality, and can get a long with anybody. Morgan was the best of the best. I cannot recommend her enough. She is doing my cousins wedding next if that says anything about how much we adore her. We love Morgan!! -

Morgan is a life saver! From first meeting to the day after the wedding and ever day in between, she had my back and was always on the ball!!! Very well organized, thoughtful, she can handle it all! My wedding day and week would not have been the same without her! She made sure everything ran smoothly and that I did not have to stress a bit on my big day!!! Above and Beyond!
Morgan is amazing! She did everything she could to make the process of planning, designing, and printing our wedding invitations as painless as possible. Even when we ran into some issues with the printing company, she wouldn’t breathe until it had been resolved. She was there every step of the way, working through a holiday weekend to make sure everything was perfect. Morgan effortlessly brought a vision to life that I didn’t even have a clear picture of in the beginning of this process. Even after all of that, our total for invitations, detail cards, and RSVPs was far less than any online printing company! I recommend Rae’s Heavenly Event Planning 1000 times over! -

With less than two months before our daughter's wedding, we had some events that changed the whole plan. As I was scrolling through Facebook and praying a whole lot, Rae's Heavenly Event Planning popped up in my news feed.. It was like God was sending her to me. From our first messaging until a week after the wedding, we have been in constant contact. Morgan handled everything, but most importantly, she brought a sense of comfort and ease to my daughter and son in law that I haven't seen since they set their wedding date. Wedding planning is so overwhelming but in the last two months, there are so many details and Morgan took everything in stride and left us no worries. When I would ask what does she need from me, she simply said, "just show up that day and enjoy your daughter's wedding, just be the Mother of the Bride!" . Let me tell you, that is exactly what I did. The day was perfect!!!!
So, many will say that a wedding coordinator is a waste of money, but I will tell you that it was some of the best money we spent! Hands down! and we have made a lifelong connection with this aspiring young lady who puts her heart in soul into every detail. -

I can not imagine my wedding without her! Morgan has a large inventory of beautiful wedding decor. She facilitated all the details with my vendors. She put together the timeline for my wedding day and helped me stick to. She handled every detail to make the day perfect. I also enjoyed getting to know her and working with her. She is great, and after our first meeting, I knew she could see the vision I had for my wedding. If you are thinking about hiring her, DO IT! -

The perfect experience
I have known Morgan for several years so it was a no brained for me to choose her to help with my wedding. She was super responsive, so helpful in ringing things I wanted, and showed up on time. Our vision changed due to weather and Morgan stepped right in and helped with the change with no hesitation. Will definitely recommend and use in future!! -
