I will never be able to thank Nicole enough. From the day I met her she has been so helpful and enthusiastic to help me create all my paper goods. She was very responsive to all my big and small questions and requests. She also provided a lot of expertise on some details I would have overlooked. She took so much off my plate and was so detailed oriented. One of my big signs that was very important to me was not ready in time for me to pick up with my crazy week of wedding schedule, so Nicole took it upon herself to drive over an hour to my wedding venue and hand deliver it. When she got to my venue she was instantly helpful. When she left she gave me the sweetest piece of advice that I will always hold onto. We grew into pals during the whole year of my engagement and I can not thank her enough for all her help and creating such beautiful pieces for my wedding day. She really is the most generous, amazing, helpful planner during this process. Like said below, she is EVERYTHING.

I LOVED planning my wedding! At the start of the process I knew I wanted to hire a “day of coordinator” to help execute the plans I worked so hard to put together. I instantly hit it off with Nicole, but boy, was I wrong about needing a “day of coordinator”. Nicole stepped in a few months out as our rockstar bulldog coordinator! She is so creative, has a wonderful eye, is organized and on top of every detail, and also got to know us as a couple in order to make things happen on our behalf. She communicated every detail with all of our vendors, friends and family, and made sure everything ran smoothly. We were able to relax and enjoy our wedding knowing Nicole has everything under control. She not only took care of us the entire night but our family and wedding party as well. She provided priceless insights and ideas during the planning process and some beautiful design elements for our wedding day. We could not have asked for a better person to run the show! Thank you Nicole !

We cannot recommend Nicole of Rabbit Rabbit Crew more highly. My husband and I had a very “DIY” yet formal wedding held outdoors at private family location, us being an artist and musician we had very specific ideas of what we wanted to do as far as decor, food etc. and Nicole provided us a wealth of insight, information and resources to make it all happen. She’s a real pro who’s experience helped us to navigate through the planning stages to the day-of. Additionally, she helped us take the invites we created from 80 to 110 percent and with other details like our favor/escort cards. We really appreciated Nicole’s attention to detail and ability to magically juggle a million things at once! Nicole is an extremely creative and talented lady who can just as easily plan any type of wedding from a traditional to more “alternative” one and make you feel comfortable and good through it all. She was always there to listen and help us work through our ideas and totally on top of resolving any spur of the moment issues that arose (because they always do!, in our case some day-of staff not showing up last minute and the threat of rain!) We felt very lucky to work with Nicole, no matter how laid back you plan to be through the process weddings can get stressful but she always made us feel at ease and most importantly always made us laugh too!

Nicole is a rock star. I would (almost) have another wedding just to work with her again. Rabbit Rabbit designed and printed all of the wedding paper products (from save-the-dates to invites to menus), coordinated the florals and design with the amazing florist that she screened and recommended, and served as our day-of coordinator. With the front-end design and planning work, she was fantastic: she was able to translate scattered thoughts on fonts into an amazing set of invitations (and beyond), and she and the florist worked together to make the wedding space feel happy and beautiful. But Nicole absolutely blew me away with her day-off work. She was a calming force, an authoritative presence, and a total bad ass. Because she was there, I was able to relax and ride the high of an amazing day. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I CANNOT speak more highly of my experience with Nicole of Rabbit Rabbit Crew. If you're planning a wedding, you need to stop what you're doing and call her now! Not only is she an AMAZING coordinator, but she's just a fun person to be around in general. Believe me, when you're at the back of the church getting ready to walk down the aisle, you don't want to have to worry about all of the small details - Nicole can do that, and she does it like a champ. She is a pro in the truest sense of the word. From invite designs and escort cards through day of planning and prep - she is as talented as she is thorough. I'm so happy I had Rabbit Rabbit Crew on my side - and believe me, you will be too!

Okay, I am about to gush... Nicole and her RRC team are everything. Nicole simultaneously makes the wedding process fun, engaging, non-stressful, productive and exciting. She is INSANELY detail oriented with a weirdly incredible memory for all things important to you and a phenomenal sense of style. I couldn't have had my dream day without her - not even close. If you are looking for a wedding planner, stop now. You've found her.

Nothing is too big or too small for her... she never makes you feel like you're bothering her or doesn't have time to chat something out. All of my vendors LOVED working with her - she made everything painfully simple for them, and everything EXTREMELY easy for me. Every vendor she recommended to me was exactly on point with what I wanted - she really "gets" her brides and what they want (even when you don't know what you want yet- she does!) I always knew Nicole was on top of everything - nothing, and I mean nothing, slips by this goddess woman. And to top it all off, she made this process FUN!

I love you, Nicole! You are the absolute greatest and am so happy we found each other. Thank you from the bottom of my heart <3 You are as incredible at your job as you are as a person. So proud to call you a friend.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nicole and her team. My husband and I chose Rabbit Rabbit Crew to design our wedding invitation suite. I was looking for something unique and elegant and Nicole delivered! (And put up with my indecisive antics)

From there, I realized I was calling Nicole every other day, asking her for wedding day advice, so we ended up adding on day-of coordination and paper goods (Menus and escort cards for our wedding day which turned out so incredibly beautiful).

Nicole means business! I’m not sure what I would have done without her. She took charge the day of our wedding and made sure everyone was where they needed to be, prepared and really made the day stress-free. We had a few difficult hiccups and she made sure they were taken care of, without me even knowing. I only wish I hired her from the very beginning to plan and manage everything. You can rest easy if you hire her for your planning or invite needs!

Nicole is one of the most creative people I've ever met. I told her the ideas I had and how I envisioned my wedding day and it took her no time at all to come to me with ideas that met exactly what I was looking for. She put together lists of vendors to work with and styles of invitations that were absolutely perfect. I can say honestly that my wedding day would not have been as perfect had I not had her help.
