PS Tailored was recommended to us by our wedding planners and their food is incredible.
We enjoyed working with Jamie and Pierre-- they are both very kind and professional. We were a little nervous about cocktails but they were all delicious and the guests raved about how well our specialty ones were made (old-fashioned and negroni). Not only that, we had multiple guests come up and compliment us on the staff at the wedding. They were all freakishly good looking and polite ;).
But the food was obviously the highlight: we went with the tenderloin, which got lots of compliments & the chicken piccata. The appetizers were delicious and the presentation far surpassed other vendor tastings. The only complaint was a little sticker shock when we realized rentals weren't included (and ended up being $10K more than the original quote) but that can be a lesson to everyone in the process of wedding planning in general! :) We would definitely recommend them.
