Based out of Ferndale, Michigan, PS I Love You Ceremonies is a wedding officiating service. Ordained wedding officiant Pamela Swider is dedicated to crafting memorable, heartfelt ceremonies customized to the needs and personal values of her clients. She works with to-be-weds throughout the greater metropolitan area of Detroit and beyond. Pam has over 10 years of experience and has worked with over 400 couples! We have recently added an assistant, Bridgette Wolf who has years of experience in the catering world and is now helping both with officiating and coordination.

Services Offered

Flexible to your needs, PS I Love You Ceremonies serves intimate gatherings as well as larger wedding events. Pamela Swider is equally comfortable performing secular, religious, and spiritual ceremonies. She is happy to advise regarding the inclusion and coordination of special readings and spiritual traditions and provides two in-person consultations in her standard wedding package. PS I Love You Ceremonies can also provide a microphone and sound equipment as needed for no additional cost. Pamela’s husband and ordained officiant, Tom, is available as a backup officiant in case of emergency.

Pam and Bridgette also provide Day-of-Coordination to help manage your special day. Please inquire for more information!

Officiant / Day of coordinator

Working with Pam is great. Spoke to her mainly via email and zoom meetings. She helped me put together the vows and incorportated my idea to do a special family vow with kids. The ceremony is short, centimental, and simple. I am also thankful that Pam is able to flex as a day of coordinator to help me with minor details that needed to be done before guest arrives. helped me out tremendously on the day of and help me tie up loose ends to bring it all together. Thanks for being apart of my dream team.

Recommended for any kind of wedding!

We were so happy with our decision to book with Pam to officiate our wedding. Pam was super available and insightful throughout the planning, and ultimately made our ceremony so much more intimate and meaningful. We also really loved how happily open and flexible she was with our non-traditional ceremony plans, while helping us work through a lot of the little logistics. We absolutely recommend Pam’s services for any kind of wedding!

The Best Officiant!

The best officiant! Pamela is very professional, friendly, and accomadating. She created a beautiful custom ceremony for us that had our guests in (happy) tears. She answered all our questions, filed our marriage license for us, and was overall a pleasure to work with. We could not recommend her enough!

Elopement Wedding

We used PS I Love You Ceremonies for ur elopement wedding and loved it. We had a small ceremony and Pam helped plan every last detail with me and helped with what we need to do after the wedding. Emails were answered fast and efficiently!

Not a dry eye in the house!

Highly recommend! Pam was so accommodating as we ended up making edits up to two days before the ceremony! She was very kind and I loved how our ceremony went, it was the perfect blend of faith and customization. The custom vows helped but there wasn’t a dry eye in the house during our ceremony!

Personable and Professional!

Pam was terrific to work with from start to finish! She was so professional, organized, experience, and attentive.

We had an initial Zoom call and a meeting in person to make sure she knew what we wanted in our ceremony. We didn't have much of an idea of how to craft our ceremony, but Pam provided helpful guidance while still giving us room to make the ceremony unique and our own.

Pam also has a wonderful attention to detail and clearly has so much experience that helped make our wedding day run smoothly. Pam was punctual, communicative, and professional. Not to mention, Pam is also a super kind and friendly person, so it was great to work with her. I would highly recommend PS I Love You Ceremonies for your wedding!

Easy to Work With

We booked Pam (PS I love you ceremonies) for our wedding at the Roostertail on 9/23/2023. She was wonderful and so easy to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process. She makes everything really simple and straightforward by providing a bunch of examples on how you can put together your ceremony and make it unique. She is always available and prompt to respond to any questions you have. I received some compliments from our guests about our ceremony with Pam. After the ceremony, she even returns your marriage license paperwork for you. I highly recommend her for an officiant!
