Neeva and Sonia are amazing!

I can't say enough about Neeva and Sonia. From our first conversation, I could tell they were invested in making our wedding come to life. They were very responsive to all our requests and concerns and made us feel heard. I couldn't have imagined the planning process without them! They gave us their expert advice and used their experience and knowledge to help us find the right vendors for each part of the weekend. They also eased our families questions and concerns during our walk through at the hotel a month before the wedding - which was important to us.

I would say my husband and I both agree that Neeva and Sonia were instrumental in planning our wedding and we are so happy we had them!!

Detailed & Professional

Thank you so much to Neeva and her team for all of their expertise during our wedding planning process. I wish I hired them sooner! Our day was perfect, every detail that we had discussed was taken care of and more. Our crazy Indian wedding ran on schedule per our timeline and me, my now husband and families were completely at ease and stress free. We are so impressed by not only Neeva's professionalism but also her interest and calming personality. Thank you for ensuring our wedding day ran as perfectly as it did!

No words would be enough for what Neeva and Sonia did for us. From the very beginning in negotiating contracts to making sure all our guests were comfortable at our wedding, they never missed a beat. Oftentimes, it seemed to me that Neeva was more invested in the success of the events than I was!! She ensures no detail is missed. Neeva and Sonia also ensure all the vendors and their teams are well versed in your vision for the day making the day go seamlessly. I would definitely recommend them without a moments hesitation to any bride out there who is looking for a team who truly cares about you/your family and your events!

Amazing in every sense of the word; you don't know what you don't know and that is why having a wedding planner is so paramount. Neeva and Sonia helped us understand what needed to be done, when, how, why and how much. It was a process that Neeva and Sonia not only made entertaining but educational.They talked to our parents to ensure they were happy, planned everything from beginning to end and simply allowed us to enjoy our wedding day stress free. Worth every penny and 100 times more.

The ladies were extremely professional and accommodating. They were very easy to work with and answered all of our questions no matter how petty. Our wedding day ran on time (unheard of for an Indian wedding) and our guests raved about how incredibly kind and knowledgeable the team was! Neeva is a great wedding coordinator. We had a wonderful time working with her (and also her assistant) to make sure our wedding day was perfect. And guess what? It was wonderful!!! Memorable!!!! Our wedding party also loved her as much as we did. She is very professional, friendly, organized and have creative ideas to make your wedding day even more special. The Project Bride DC team were invaluable. As a resident it was difficult for us to plan our wedding and communicate with our vendor team. The Project Bride team handled everything from booking my superior vendor team, coordinating their needs and planning every last detail and of course coordinating our wedding. Our wedding day was stressfree, we along with our family and friends enjoyed every single second of it thanks to our professional planning team.
