Jackie was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She helped us with both pre-planning and day-of coordination, and I honestly cannot imagine our wedding without her. From vendor communication and timeline management to handling last-minute issues with our caterer, she took care of everything seamlessly.

On the wedding day, Jackie made me feel so supported and truly special. I was able to relax and enjoy every moment knowing she had everything under control. At the end of the night, she even cleaned everything up and packed it all for us — we didn’t have to lift a finger, which meant so much after such a long and emotional day.

Beyond being amazing at her job, Jackie has the best personality. She fit right in with our friends and family and felt like she was meant to be there with us. Everyone loved her. I would recommend Jackie to absolutely anyone looking for a planner who is organized, proactive, kind, and genuinely cares. She is truly one of a kind.

Jackie is an incredible wedding planner - thoughtful, warm, and organized. She had an especially difficult task managing a Hindu/Jewish mixed ceremony and wedding, but was able to seamlessly plan the event and manage it day of so that we could focus on our auspicious day. Highly recommend!

Jackie was a joy to work with and an amazing coordinator. She helped us early and often to plan our wedding day and when the big day arrived she and her team then took it to another level to make it as stress-free as possible for the bride and groom. It is hard to describe how important she was to our wedding but one thing is for sure, without her our big day would not have been as complete and precious as it ended up being. Jackie and her team are fantastic. She helped us every step of the way through the planning process and was always available to help with any random questions we had. On wedding day, she and her team took care of every detail - allowing us to fully enjoy the day without having to handle any mishaps or logistics. I can't say enough about our great experience.

Jacqueline was so attentive and clearly very experienced with wedding coordination. We hired her as our day-of-coordinator, which included multiple zoom meetings leading up to the wedding to go over details, help with set-up and take down and of course coordination on the day of the wedding, and she also helped us out in ways I didn't expect - like printing out our wedding signage, and letting us borrow a card box, picture frames, and sign easels.

Jackie and her team are truly dedicated in making your dream wedding come true. They are honest, loyal, and fun to work with! I was SO stressed to plan a wedding of 200 by myself so I hired Jackie and her team to help me for only the day off.

Before finding Jackie, I called and talked to 5 other companies and NONE of them came CLOSE to what Jackie had offered and she was the BEST in price. Everyone else quoted me an “X” amount of hours they would stay for the day and was pretty cut throat in letting me know they don’t help clean or pack decorations.

Jackie and her team stayed with me from the moment I was getting ready until all my guests left and she was there until the very end to help with packing my DIY decorations and etc to getting everything into the car. She made sure everything was taken care of and made sure all of us drunkies were good. Lol.

PTE and Jackie have become like family and I’m so grateful and very happy to have chosen them to help me with the biggest day of my life. She was there months before and made sure everything would go smoothly and helped execute. She definitely made things happen!

I honestly can’t imagine what my day would’ve been like if it wasn’t for Jackie and team. It’s honestly so scary to even think about. lol!!

The day of my wedding went so smoothly because of them. PTE knew how to direct my bridal party and make sure that we all had the best of times. I would highly recommend their services!

Jackie and her daughter were fantastic. Jackie immediately clicked with my mom, and I knew that she was going to be the perfect fit. She’s incredibly approachable and extremely helpful. As a law student, I was a bit nervous about planning a wedding. I knew I didn’t have a lot of time to devote to planning a wedding. Jackie was continuously helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure that I wasn’t stressed or overwhelmed. She kept us organized during planning and on the day of the wedding. She’s like a fairy godmother who made all of my wedding dreams come true. I greatly appreciate her dedication, organization, and commitment to creating a beautiful wedding.

Jackie and her team were an amazing addition to our vendor list. We got them involved 3 months out and they were so detail oriented the entire time. Jackie even ironed our bridal pajamas the morning of the wedding! Her team was there when we needed them and a great part of our team.

Prime Time Event Planning and Concierge (PTE) did an amazing job from beginning to end. The PTE team of Jacqueline, Brittany, and Shardenay made our wedding day flow so effortlessly. Jackie asked questions we never thought would be important and kept us on our toes closer to the wedding date. The team helped us with the planning services, vendor referrals, the creation of timelines, to-do lists, and day-of coordination. From our rehearsal dinner to our reception, this professional team strived to ensure that every aspect of our wedding dream came true.

We did not worry on the day of our wedding because PTE had it covered. They were at the bride’s home to help with the setup of Breakfast, delivering gifts, and more. Also, they made sure all our decorations were transferred from my home to the venue and set up exactly as planned! In addition, Jackie stayed in contact with all our vendors and made sure they were at the venue on time. The team was helpful throughout the evening. When the reception was over, they packed up all our decorations and delivered them to our home. They went beyond their services to make our wedding beautiful and memorable.

We are so happy that we chose PTE because all that you need to do is tell them about your ideal event and they will work their magic. Also, they have great personalities, timely, and professional.
