Professional, responsive team ready to handle the big day!

Jackie and her team are fantastic. She helped us every step of the way through the planning process and was always available to help with any random questions we had. On wedding day, she and her team took care of every detail - allowing us to fully enjoy the day without having to handle any mishaps or logistics. I can't say enough about our great experience.

Thank you Jackie and PTE

Jackie was a joy to work with and an amazing coordinator. She helped us early and often to plan our wedding day and when the big day arrived she and her team then took it to another level to make it as stress-free as possible for the bride and groom. It is hard to describe how important she was to our wedding but one thing is for sure, without her our big day would not have been as complete and precious as it ended up being. Thank you Jackie and PTE!

super helpful

Jacqueline was so attentive and clearly very experienced with wedding coordination. We hired her as our day-of-coordinator, which included multiple zoom meetings leading up to the wedding to go over details, help with set-up and take down and of course coordination on the day of the wedding, and she also helped us out in ways I didn't expect - like printing out our wedding signage, and letting us borrow a card box, picture frames, and sign easels.
