  Professional, responsive team ready to handle the big day!

  Jackie and her team are fantastic. She helped us every step of the way through the planning process and was always available to help with any random questions we had. On wedding day, she and her team took care of every detail - allowing us to fully enjoy the day without having to handle any mishaps or logistics. I can't say enough about our great experience.

  Jackie was a joy to work with and an amazing coordinator. She helped us early and often to plan our wedding day and when the big day arrived she and her team then took it to another level to make it as stress-free as possible for the bride and groom. It is hard to describe how important she was to our wedding but one thing is for sure, without her our big day would not have been as complete and precious as it ended up being.   Jacqueline was so attentive and clearly very experienced with wedding coordination. We hired her as our day-of-coordinator, which included multiple zoom meetings leading up to the wedding to go over details, help with set-up and take down and of course coordination on the day of the wedding, and she also helped us out in ways I didn't expect - like printing out our wedding signage, and letting us borrow a card box, picture frames, and sign easels.

  Jacqueline was so attentive and clearly very experienced with wedding coordination.   Prime Time Event Planning and Concierge (PTE) did an amazing job from beginning to end. The PTE team of Jacqueline, Brittany, and Shardenay made our wedding day flow so effortlessly. Jackie asked questions we never thought would be important and kept us on our toes closer to the wedding date. The team helped us with the planning services, vendor referrals, the creation of timelines, to-do lists, and day-of coordination. From our rehearsal dinner to our reception, this professional team strived to ensure that every aspect of our wedding dream came true.
  
  We did not worry on the day of our wedding because PTE had it covered. They were at the bride’s home to help with the setup of Breakfast, delivering gifts, and more. Also, they made sure all our decorations were transferred from my home to the venue and set up exactly as planned! In addition, Jackie stayed in contact with all our vendors and made sure they were at the venue on time. The team was helpful throughout the evening. When the reception was over, they packed up all our decorations and delivered them to our home. They went beyond their services to make our wedding beautiful and memorable.

  A great addition to our team!

  Jackie and her team were an amazing addition to our vendor list. We got them involved 3 months out and they were so detail oriented the entire time. Jackie even ironed our bridal pajamas the morning of the wedding! Her team was there when we needed them and a great part of our team.

  Truly like family

  Jackie and her team are truly dedicated in making your dream wedding come true. They are honest, loyal, and fun to work with! I was SO stressed to plan a wedding of 200 by myself so I hired Jackie and her team to help me for only the day off.
  
  Before finding Jackie, I called and talked to 5 other companies and NONE of them came CLOSE to what Jackie had offered and she was the BEST in price. Everyone else quoted me an “X” amount of hours they would stay for the day and was pretty cut throat in letting me know they don’t help clean or pack decorations.
  
  Jackie and her team stayed with me from the moment I was getting ready until all my guests left and she was there until the very end to help with packing my DIY decorations and etc to getting everything into the car. She made sure everything was taken care of and made sure all of us drunkies were good. Lol.
  
  PTE and Jackie have become like family and I’m so grateful and very happy to have chosen them to help me with the biggest day of my life. She was there months before and made sure everything would go smoothly and helped execute. She definitely made things happen!

  A top-tier company!

  If I could give a 10 out of five rating for this company, I would! As would all of my guests and all of my family and all of my friends and all of my wedding party and everyone who partook in my wedding festivities, which is still a weekend of my dreams.
  
  For context, I was put in a horrible situation where I had to fire my prior wedding planner after I found out that she had been lying about booking vendors. This happened two months before my wedding, and you can not imagine the extreme duress this put me under. I received Prime Time Events as a recommendation from another bride who would use them and highly recommended them. I reached out frantically to Brittany, who was my lead contact throughout my event. I explained to her my situation and she responded with such compassion and understanding and immediately started to craft a plan for how we would get my event back on track.
  
  From that initial phone call all the way through the successful conclusion of my event, PTE has thoroughly exceeded my expectations! Especially after such a traumatic experience with my dishonest prior planner, I did not know what was reasonable to ask of my planning team. Brittany and the rest of the PT team put me at ease every single day, with every request I made. I kid you not, I have never felt such peace as the way I felt throughout my wedding weekend because every time I had a moment of worry or panic, I remembered that Brittany and her team were on it.
  
  They were professional and kind and personable. And very importantly, they had insight into the things that I would need that I didn’t even think about. They anticipated my needs and conducted themselves with such top-tier expertise, that I truly want anyone planning an event to have the pleasure of working with Prime Time Events.   Our wedding could not have happened without Jackie and her team!! Both our families were so impressed with their organization and all the work they did to keep our wedding running smoothly. Prior to the week of, Jackie was in regular contact with my husband and myself and ensure that our planning was on track. She attended vendor meetings with us (virtually, as we live in Brooklyn) and even went as far as to attend a meeting on our behalf and FaceTime us into it so we could participate. Jackie herself gave amazing tips and was the one who recommended our incredible decorator. The month of, Jackie was checking in more frequently to see if there was anything we needed help with. When we asked if she could print our welcome sign and escort cards she was happy to do so! The week of, Jackie ran our wedding rehearsal and made sure to know all the aspects of the ceremony ahead of time. The day of our wedding, Jackie arrived bright and early with her team ready to keep us on track! I don’t even have words for how much she and her team did! They picked people up from the hotel for us, picked up our wedding cakes, and kept our wedding running even when we fell behind on time. They organized our bridal suite after the wedding party went through it like a tornado, and even packed things up into boxes with labels for us. Jackie herself kept track of our cards (we forgot the lock on our card box) and went out of her way to make sure we got back on schedule after an almost hour long delay. Beyond what Jackie and her team did for us, I would be entirely remiss to not mention the kindness and love that they worked with. Despite many missteps and mistakes that happened on the day of, they did everything with a smile and made us feel so comfortable. If you have any hesitancy in hiring PTE, I hope this ringing endorsement of their work leads you to hire them!

  The PTE team of Jacqueline, Brittany, Shardenay and Clarice made my epic wedding day flow so smoothly! Ms. Jackie promised me upon signing my contract that I would not have to lift a finger on my wedding day but just show up! Her and her team held true to their commitment. My husband and were at ease the entire day. They were extremely patient with all of our questions during the planning process and during the days just prior to our wedding. We honestly could not have asked for a better Team of professionals to make our day the most Magical day ever. We had a great experience and we absolutely recommend PTE! You all are incredible!!

PTE gave us great suggestions, was always an email or call away, and went above and beyond in making sure our special day went off without a hitch! Days before the wedding we were able to easily delegate last minute items that required a great deal of time and effort. PTE said they could do it confidently and managed to deliver beyond expected. They are truly professionals in their job and received many compliments from our guests.

PTE gave us great suggestions, was always an email or call away, and went above and beyond in making sure our special day went off without a hitch! Days before the wedding we were able to easily delegate last minute items that required a great deal of time and effort. PTE said they could do it confidently and managed to deliver beyond expected. They are truly professionals in their job and received many compliments from our guests.
  
  I would highly recommend PTE to anyone wanting to let go of the stressors of planning and paying attention to the fine detail! Thanks again for everything!

  I honestly don't know what I would have done if I didn't hire Prime Time Event Planning and Concierge for Our Wedding. The superb level of attentiveness, help and support not only the day of our wedding but throughout the entire 2yr planning process. Jackie and Brittany helped us plan every detail of our wedding, including putting together our Welcome bags, making table displays, and helping to create a timeline for the day. They kept in touch with all of our vendors to make sure the big day went smoothly. Our day ran perfectly and I highly recommend using Prime Time Events for your wedding or other special event!

  Johnsons Over Everything Wedding

  They were very organized, pay attention to details and wedid not have to worry about anything the leading up to the day of the wedding. I would do it all over again with PTE!
