We worked with Joyce and her team to find bridesmaid dresses for my wedding. I can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was. Joyce is incredibly kind and you can tell she genuinely cares. Even when the dresses were delayed in transit due to the pandemic she went above and beyond to make sure that we had them in time for the wedding. I can't say thank you enough!

I said yes to the dress today! We worked with Nerelyn and she was an absolute dream. This was my first time trying dresses and only tried about 6 dresses. I came into this process with so much anxiety. I don't have my mom to share this experience with and had my grandmother, aunts, sisters and best friend with me to help quell my anxiety. We probably looked like we were going to be an overwhelming party to work with. It was a lot of opinions and Nerelyn was so kind and checked in with me each and every time we went back in the dressing room. I never felt pressured to buy or anything. But she was also very honest with me about timing and ordering. She also was very accommodating to my budget and my concerns about it. Nerelyn was truly an angel for me on this day that I was anticipating being very sad. We had so much fun and would recommend Nerelyn 10X over.

We worked with Joyce and her team for our wedding and couldn't have had a more fantastic experience! Our wedding was delayed due to COVID-19 and we finally were able to celebrate in the way we had originally imagined! Joyce and her team went above and beyond to make us feel supported and wonderful! We had 2 grooms, 8 groomsmaids, 8 groomsmen, 3 father's of the grooms and 2 mother's of the grooms that all received attired from Precious Memories. Joyce and her team went above and beyond to make us look and feel special and fabulous! We cannot recommend Precious Memories enough to all future couples! You won't be disappointed.

A friend who had recently gotten married recommended Precious Memories to me and I am so glad she did! From the first appointment I knew I would end of getting my dress here. Sharon assisted me on both of my visits to try on dresses, and I never felt pressured to buy anything. She was very helpful, super nice, and always offered up options available for the different dresses. I was about to pass on what would eventually be my wedding dress until she told me I could remove the chiffon layer and it wouldn't be so poofy! I ended up getting the bridesmaid dresses and matching ties here as well. Unfortunately, due to COVID, there were some supply chain issues and supplier delays. The dresses came in about 5 weeks before the wedding but the ties didn't come in until 3 days before! When Joyce called me about 2 weeks before the wedding to tell me there was a chance the ties would not be in on time I was not panicking (yet) because she also had a back up plan in place. She said they had placed an order for rental ties that were very similar in color that I would be able to use if my ties did not come in. I really appreciated everyone being up front with me about the timeline, and not assuring me the ties would be in when there was a chance they wouldn't be, and also not calling me until they had a solution. Thankfully they came in on time, but we always had the backup option if they didn't. Joyce, Sharon, and everyone else at Precious Memories was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding dress or bridesmaid dress.

I had an absolutely wonderful wedding dress shopping experience with Kim! This was my first time shopping for a wedding dress and she totally set the bar high for any other shop. Kim was very thorough and knowledgeable without being pushy at all. I completely trusted her from the beginning and thought she had a great personality. She was very professional and made me feel so comfortable. I went to another preexisting appointment at a different shop after working with Kim, but the experience wasn’t at all the same and I ended up going back to Precious Memories to buy my wedding dress. No complaints at all, she is great and helped me say yes to my dream dress!

I can't say enough good things about Precious Memories! The staff are so nice, very accommodating, patient, and genuinely care about helping you find your dream dress. They helped me find my dress, which I love so much and is not anything I would have normally tried. To boot, my mother went back and found her dress through them, too. Lots of great options for Mother of the Bride. My now-husband got his tux and the groomsmen all got their tuxes through Precious Memories. Great styles. They helped us figure out some logistics and were really flexible about meeting us at certain times, etc. Awesome team and awesome clothing options. Highly recommend!!

I had a wonderful shopping experience at Precious Memories last weekend with my consultant, Sharon. After an underwhelming experience at another shop, I was unsure that I would find something that I truly loved, but I found a beautiful dress at Precious Memories!

I came across Precious Memories on the Pronovias store directory because I was looking to try on one specific dress. I called them, they had the dress (that even the new Pronovias store in Boston didn't have), and they put it aside for me for our appointment. When I arrived with multiple other dresses I had identified on their website to try, Kim was completely receptive to my desire to try on a bunch of dresses and tirelessly brought one after the next. She was helpful, accessible, and didn't rush me at all. I would highly recommend this store to other brides in the Boston area!
