Best Customer Service!!!

We worked with Joyce and her team to find bridesmaid dresses for my wedding. I can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was. Joyce is incredibly kind and you can tell she genuinely cares. Even when the dresses were delayed in transit due to the pandemic she went above and beyond to make sure that we had them in time for the wedding. I can't say thank you enough!

No anxiety necessary

I said yes to the dress today! We worked with Nerelyn and she was an absolute dream. This was my first time trying dresses and only tried about 6 dresses. I came into this process with so much anxiety. I don't have my mom to share this experience with and had my grandmother, aunts, sisters and best friend with me to help quell my anxiety. We probably looked like we were going to be an overwhelming party to work with. It was a lot of opinions and Nerelyn was so kind and checked in with me each and every time we went back in the dressing room. I never felt pressured to buy or anything. But she was also very honest with me about timing and ordering. She also was very accommodating to my budget and my concerns about it. Nerelyn was truly an angel for me on this day that I was anticipating being very sad. We had so much fun and would recommend Nerelyn 10X over.

Our Wedding Attire!

We worked with Joyce and her team for our wedding and couldn't have had a more fantastic experience! Our wedding was delayed due to COVID-19 and we finally were able to celebrate in the way we had originally imagined! Joyce and her team went above and beyond to make us feel supported and wonderful! We had 2 grooms, 8 groomsmaids, 8 groomsmen, 3 father's of the grooms and 2 mother's of the grooms that all received attired from Precious Memories. Joyce and her team went above and beyond to make us look and feel special and fabulous! We cannot recommend Precious Memories enough to all future couples! You won't be disappointed.

Outstanding Team at Precious Memories!

A friend who had recently gotten married recommended Precious Memories to me and I am so glad she did! From the first appointment I knew I would end of getting my dress here. Sharon assisted me on both of my visits to try on dresses, and I never felt pressured to buy anything. She was very helpful, super nice, and always offered up options available for the different dresses. I was about to pass on what would eventually be my wedding dress until she told me I could remove the chiffon layer and it wouldn't be so poofy! I ended up getting the bridesmaid dresses and matching ties here as well. Unfortunately, due to COVID, there were some supply chain issues and supplier delays. The dresses came in about 5 weeks before the wedding but the ties didn't come in until 3 days before! When Joyce called me about 2 weeks before the wedding to tell me there was a chance the ties would not be in on time I was not panicking (yet) because she also had a back up plan in place. She said they had placed an order for rental ties that were very similar in color that I would be able to use if my ties did not come in. I really appreciated everyone being up front with me about the timeline, and not assuring me the ties would be in when there was a chance they wouldn't be, and also not calling me until they had a solution. Thankfully they came in on time, but we always had the backup option if they didn't. Joyce, Sharon, and everyone else at Precious Memories was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding dress or bridesmaid dress.

Wonderful wedding dress shopping experience!

I had an absolutely wonderful wedding dress shopping experience with Kim! This was my first time shopping for a wedding dress and she totally set the bar high for any other shop. Kim was very thorough and knowledgeable without being pushy at all. I completely trusted her from the beginning and thought she had a great personality. She was very professional and made me feel so comfortable. I went to another preexisting appointment at a different shop after working with Kim, but the experience wasn’t at all the same and I ended up going back to Precious Memories to buy my wedding dress. No complaints at all, she is great and helped me say yes to my dream dress!

Beautiful dresses and amazing customer services

I can't say enough good things about Precious Memories! The staff are so nice, very accommodating, patient, and genuinely care about helping you find your dream dress. They helped me find my dress, which I love so much and is not anything I would have normally tried. To boot, my mother went back and found her dress through them, too. Lots of great options for Mother of the Bride. My now-husband got his tux and the groomsmen all got their tuxes through Precious Memories. Great styles. They helped us figure out some logistics and were really flexible about meeting us at certain times, etc. Awesome team and awesome clothing options. Highly recommend!!

Excellent wedding dress shopping experience!

I came across Precious Memories on the Pronovias store directory because I was looking to try on one specific dress. I called them, they had the dress (that even the new Pronovias store in Boston didn't have), and they put it aside for me for our appointment. When I arrived with multiple other dresses I had identified on their website to try, Kim was completely receptive to my desire to try on a bunch of dresses and tirelessly brought one after the next. She was helpful, accessible, and didn't rush me at all. I would highly recommend this store to other brides in the Boston area!

The best experience!!!!

I was very stressed and not looking forward to trying on wedding dresses. I am a plus size girl and have always hated trying on clothes. I worked with Joyce and Tam and they made me feel like the most gorgeous person ever. They picked dresses that were flattering to my figure and made me feel comfortable in my own skin. I can not say enough amazing things about this place. My sister purchased her gown many years ago and my mom has purchased her Mother of the Bride and then Groom dresses their and the experiences have always been far above excellent. If you are looking to feel amazing no matter your situation, please go there. They made my dressing searching experience a positive one and for that I am grateful!!!!

Great experience

I had the most seamless experience here! I showed my dress attendant what I was looking for and she pulled dresses that were in line with my vision. She also helped me try to hid my tattoo from my mom which was pretty funny, but also shows their dedication to their brides! Everything was ordered correctly and arrived on time. I also purchased a bridesmaids dress from here a few years ago and the experience was the same, so they’re also consistent.

Hands down the best place to find a wedding dress!

I cannot say enough about Precious Memories, I have worked with them multiple times for other weddings and knew that there was no other place to go for my wedding dress! I loved my experience at Precious Memories! We planned our wedding in 6 months and I only needed to try on five dresses until I found the one. Daria was my consultant and she knew exactly the type of dress that would look wonderful on my body type. She made me feel comfortable and special during my appointment. I wanted custom sleeves put on my dress - and the seamstress did an incredible job! It was everything I had envisioned it would be. The owner of Precious Memories was very kind and was always there to make sure everything went perfectly. After taking my dress out of the garment bag the day of my wedding, there was a little blue spot on it. After one call, she traveled into Boston to where I was getting ready and removed the blue spot on the dress. I can't thank her enough for ensuring that my dress was perfect for my wedding. I couldn't be happier and I would highly recommend Precious Memories to any bride-to-be! My mom also bought her dress at Precious Memories and it was absolutely beautiful! We couldn't have received more wonderful feedback about the dresses.

I received excellent service at Precious Memories in Malden when choosing my bridal dress, bridesmaid dresses, and mother of the bride dress. I found my dress on my first visit and the tailoring was down beautifully. The bridesmaid dresses were perfect and my bridesmaids looked amazing. My mother was ecstatic over her dress and again, the alterations to her dress were perfect. The ladies here were extremely helpful and accommodating as I had to travel from Florida for all necessary appointments. Thank you for the great service!!!

After a bunch of people recommending Precious Memories, I decided to set up an appointment and it did not disappoint. The building is very deceiving from the outside, once you walk in the door it is beautiful, roomy and well maintained. They have a nice selection of wedding and bridesmaid dresses that are very well kept.

My consultant,Sharon, was awesome! She was kind, patient and low pressure. We went over what I was looking for in a dress. She then started to pull some dresses based on my input and a few other styles just to get a feel for everything! She asked if I would like help getting in and out of the dresses, which I found very helpful. I ended up liking way more dresses than I thought, they were all so beautiful! With the help of Sharon, along with my mom and moh we narrowed it down to one. I wasn't quite ready to commit and say yes right then and there.

I ended up going to another bridal salon a few days later, and just didn't get the same warm, comfortable feeling like I had at Precious Memories.

A few weeks go by and I couldn't get that one dress out of my head! I knew I wanted to go back to Precious Memories to try it back on over the other salon and I wanted to ultimately end up buying my dress from there even if it wasn't that dress. I emailed Sharon to check which days she worked and made sure to book another appointment with her. When I arrived she had already pulled that one dress and then we went through the dresses together and pulled out a few more. I knew when I tried on that dress again, it was the one. I still loved everything about it, and had all the things I was looking for in a dress. Thanks to Sharon and her patience I found my perfect dress!

Next up will be looking for bridesmaids dresses! I will definitely be coming back to Precious Memories and to see Sharon for those in a few months!

This place is AMAZING! I had the opportunity to work with Gina from Precious Memories throughout my entire planning process, and she is so knowledgeable and incredible at what she does! During my first appointment, I looked through every gown and picked out everything I wanted to try on! Gina also picked out a few gowns that she thought I'd like, and I ended up buying a Maggie Sottero gown that she'd chosen for me! It was stunning and of amazing quality. I bought my veil from here, and had all of my alterations done here as well. Gina was so easy to work with to book appointments, and made sure that everything fit and felt perfect for me. She even took the time to sew buttons all the way down the back of my gown because I really wanted them added! We also got all of the bridesmaids dresses and mother of the bride/grandmother dresses here - and everyone looked so beautiful! Precious Memories is top notch! Don't forget to ask for Gina as your consultant!!

Precious Memories was the third store I went to and it was hands down the best experience. My consultant, Sharon, was amazing! She helped me pull dresses that I thought I liked and others that she thought I might like based on my own selections. I never felt rushed or any pressure to purchase. Sharon offered her opinion and advice when I asked for it and gave me all the time I needed to make a decision. Due to the fantastic experience I had and the fact that their price was more reasonable and they had a faster shipping time for the dress I ended up falling in love with, I decided to order my dress from Precious Memories. The best part was, my dress ended up arriving slightly earlier than expected, which gave me additional time for alterations. I would highly recommend Precious Memories!

My bridesmaids got their dresses here after it was suggested to me by my mother-in-law (who heard about it from a colleague). We found a dress that all five of my friends loved, despite very different body shapes and styles. It sounds like it was pretty easy for them to go and get alterations. All in all, it was a much easier process than I had been expecting! (It also helped that I didn't have any bridesmaidzillas to contend with.) They all looked beautiful at the wedding, and I could tell that they all felt really happy and comfortable with the dress. Would highly recommend Precious Memories!

I had such a fantastic experience with Precious Memories in Malden. I had such a wonderful experience with Precious Memories. It was the 3rd shop I had visited for my wedding dress, and Gina helped me find the absolute perfect dress. I had tried on several that I liked, but I had yet to try on a dress I loved. I described to Gina what I was looking for, and she pulled some gorgeous dresses! I finally found the one with her help. :)

I also can't say enough good things about the selection of bridesmaids dresses (all my maids purchased their dresses through Precious memories), and alterations. I came in with a very tight schedule - I needed to do my final fitting the Wednesday before my wedding because I was flying in from CA. They were very accommodating and got the alterations done beautifully. The dress fit like a glove on my wedding day. I couldn't be happier!

This place is SO great. I absolutely loved working with Precious Memories. I came here for my first ever appointment and the consultant put me in a dress that each had a different silhouette so that I could compare, and of course the one that looked best is not at all what I thought I wanted! I left the store that day without a dress, but with SO much knowledge about the gowns: how they fit, what to look for, what to ignore while it's hanging on the hanger, etc. I tried on lots and lots of dresses at other stores and ended up coming back to Precious Memories for another appointment because none of the other stores I went to gave me the level of attention and service I had gotten here. After describing what I was looking for Gina pulled a bunch of dresses for me and we found the one! It was a dress I NEVER would have pulled off the rack for myself and was even skeptical to try on, but once I got in front of that mirror I fell in love with it and so did my family. I would absolutely recommend Precious Memories to any brides searching for their gown.

Loved working with everyone at Precious Memories. I went to many shops around the Boston area but I felt most comfortable at Precious Memories because I didn't feel pressured or rushed. I also felt like I got very good advice from Joyce and Gina. Joyce was particularly supportive when I came back and really wanted to have additional alterations to make sure my strapless dress was perfectly in place. The dress probably would have been fine either way but in my moment of distress, it was awesome knowing that they were willing to go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.

The REALLY REALLY impressive job was by Josephine who did my alterations. At five feet, I had above six inches to take off the bottom of my lace dress and she was able to shorten it without losing all of the lace detail on the bottom. Exceptional job and I felt that she was a good family friend by the end! Highly, highly recommend!

The staff at Precious Memories helped me locate my dream wedding dress, and then try on a few others, just to make sure it was in fact "the one". I did alterations on-site, and the seamstress was excellent!! My mother found a beautiful gown here, and we also ordered the bridesmaid dresses here. Overall, I had a wonderful experience working with the staff at Precious Memories from start to finish. I can't say enough nice things about his place, my experience from beginning to end was incredible. The owner Joyce is so lovely and great at her job! I had a lot of reservations about the wedding gown I chose and her and her staff were willing to do whatever it took to make me fall back in love with my choice. I was able to find my dream wedding dress here. I worked with Gina who is one of the kindest and most patient people I know. I came to the shop a few times before deciding on my dress and each time she was extremely patient and wonderful to work with. Anytime I had questions she was extremely responsive and I absolutely love my dress! They did a wonderful job with the alterations as well and I could not have been happier! They made me feel like a princess and during every fitting I never wanted to take the dress off. They were wonderful and whenever I went in they made me feel like I was the only bride they had there. We also got my bridesmaids dresses here and they were gorgeous! I would definitely recommend Precious Memories to any brides looking for a dress for themselves, their bridesmaids, or their mother!

I can’t say enough about Precious Memories! I bought my wedding dress there and had it altered there. I also got my bridesmaid dresses there and my mother-in-law got her dress there, and my father-in-law rented his tuxedo there. Of all the places I went, Precious Memories had one of the best selections when it came to bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and mother-of-the-bride dresses. It was great to be able to get everything from one place. While the selection was great, so was the service, and to me that’s what is always most important. Everyone I worked with there, especially Joyce, and including Christine, Maritze, Sharon, Josephine and everyone else was wonderful! They even rushed to my aid and couldn’t be more helpful when I practically passed out during my first dress fitting- yes that unfortunately happened! They also suggested that I add a belt to my dress during my first fitting which was not something I had been considering---and it ended up being the piece that totally made the dress! They were also great with showing one of my bridesmaids how to do the corset and bustle so we didn’t have any issues on the day of. I didn’t have to spend a fortune on my dress but it was everything I could have ever imagined. I got so many compliments on my dress at the wedding and it was totally perfect. Precious Memories has an awesome selection at affordable prices and great service to cap it all off. If you live in the Boston area you’d be doing yourself a disservice if you don’t at least visit Precious Memories when searching for your wedding dress. I have incredibly high standards for service and they did not disappoint!!!!

I was hesitant about getting my dress at Precious. Not for any real reason except I grew up in the area and thought I should travel or something for my dress. What a mistake that would have been. Precious Memories is an incredible bridal boutique. I had an amazing experience! It started back in December and I went in on a Friday afternoon with two folks in my entourage. Please do not let these wedding shows convince you to bring more people than that! The best thing I ever did was keep my dress as much of a secret as possible. I had a large wedding party and only 3 people knew what my dress looked like. It was hard but made the day super special. I had a good idea of what I wanted and had pictures with me. I had been holding out for this amazing Pronovias Gown and thought it would be the one. i went in looking for an A Line v Neck gown. I knew I didn;t want lace or satin but otherwise was open... Then I met Gina, my bridal consultant! Gina was so welcoming and so helpful. She listened to what i wanted and pulled some dresses that matched including the Pronovias. when we got started she helped me in the dresses and make no mistake about it - this is super fun! trying on wedding dresses is a BLAST! The first dress was ok, the Pronovias was beautiful but seemed like an obvious choice for me. Gina asked me to step out of my comfort zone and try on a strapless fit n flare. She told me to not try to hide my curves but to highlight the hourglass. And with a magical corset back - it sure did that! This dress was PERFECT for me! I loved eveything about it. I went with a modern style and a very traditional cathedral length veil. We knew it was the one the minute I had it on and Gina still helped me in and out of 3 more styles! We found it. I also had custom work done to the dress as I wanted removable straps and they are exceptional with tailoring the dress to fit your needs. Seriously, she is a magician!My experience at Precious was AMAZING!

I found Precious memories on TheKnot.com and the reviews were all great.
I had no idea what I wanted and was new to the Boston area. I feared dress shopping alone would be daunting. After making an appointment I went to look at dresses. Gina was so helpful. I felt like I had a close friend with me the entire time. She took the time to get to know me. She asked me a series of questions while showing me several dresses to zone in on what I (subconsciously) wanted. AMAZING!
They made the process and pricing very transparent so there were no “surprises.” Communications and email confirmations were really helpful to keep me on track.
Everyone that I encountered from the sales specialist to the seamstress were incredibly professional, good at what they do and honestly happy to help me find, alter and take care of my dream dress.
The alterations included a second fitting which made sure that this dress fit PERFECTLY. They even pressed and stored my dress until just the wedding to make sure it was pristine.
I loved every moment of this experience and strongly recommend it to anyone getting married in the Boston area.

I have only wonderful things to say about the team at Precious Memories! Their collection is large and full of gorgeous quality gowns of several price points. I found my wedding gown with Sharon's help on my first visit there, and during my follow-up visits my mother and I were always greeted warmly. (Sharon and Christine are the BEST!) They are engaged but not pushy, which I truly appreciated. I always felt taken care of, and I felt as thought the ladies there were just as excited for my wedding day as I was! And if you're wondering whether to get your alterations done there or elsewhere, Josephine did amazing alterations on my multi-layer ballgown.

If you want the perfect dress with the perfect fit and feel like a princess during the while experience, go to Precious Memories. Their selection is the best in Boston. My consultant had an intuition about what my dress would be. It was not what I expected and was so amazing. If you are plus sized like me it was great to try on sample dresses that were my size and not the sample size. Joyce is the hardest working woman in Malden.

I recently got my dress at Precious Memories and enjoyed the entire experience. The location is warm and inviting with tons of space for your family and friends. I have know Marize since High School. I knew it that she worked in a bridal store. Precious Memories was the first store that I went to. But the wedding day was too far to buy my dress, so I decided to look more dress. At the end I came back to Precious Memories. Joyce and Marize are amazing! They helped me to find my wedding dress. Precious Memories was the first store I went to try on Wedding Gowns. I decided to go there because it was close to home and there was no way I'd find a dress the first store I went to. Well I couldn't have been more wrong!! Not only did I find my DREAM dress there but I also found the bridesmaids dresses and then rented the tuxes from there as well. Nearly 100 5 star reviews speak for themselves, but I had to add my own! The entire team at Precious Memories was such a huge help to me from the moment I walked through the door looking for my wedding gown, to the day I went back to pick it up the day before my wedding. Everyone there is so courteous and friendly that I ended up getting all my bridesmaid's gowns from there, and my mother got her gown from them as well. For this being one of the most important days of your life-picking out the wedding dress seems to be a lot of pressure! Precious Memories was the complete opposite. My mom and I went to the shop (prior to it moving sites to the updated show room) and Sharon assisted us with a few simple questions to guide our options. She gave us the freedom to browse through racks and was readily available for questions. There were about 6 options I found and after trying them on, had it narrowed down to 2 options—very opposite feel of one another. Without a doubt, I fell in love with one dress. I didn’t know it was that simple! Sharon assisted me throughout the ordering process and once the dress came in, Joyce helped get the fitting exact and perfect. After the wedding, they assisted in bridal gown preservation as well as repairing a necklace I purchased there—nice accessories options! I am so thankful for this stress free experience and can’t say enough how amazing the team is at Precious Memories. Cheers!

Precious Memories was the first and only bridal shop I went to. From my first appointment to try on dressing to my last fitting all of my experiences here were amazing! I bought a gorgeous mermaid lace fitted Allure dress. It was beyond HUGE on me when it arrived, and the seamstresses were so knowledgeable and talented! After only 3 dress fittings it fit like a glove and looked like a couture gown! The owner was amazing and was such a helpful part of the process, present for the fittings, and aiding to making the dress customized for me! I highly recommend this bridal shop! I never once felt rushed. The shop was always calm, quiet and pleasant to be in! Great customer service and expertise!

I highly recommend Precious Memories bridal salon in Malden, MA where I purchased, altered and preserved my lovely Maggie Sottero Cassidy wedding gown and accessories. All of the bridal consultants I dealt with were professional and in turn provided wonderful customer service. The seamstress Joyce did a great job with my dress alterations and I received so many compliments about the fit and beauty of my gown. She has a wonderful personality and offered great suggestions about accessories including a lovely fur wrap and earrings which looked fabulous for my November wedding. I will happily refer Precious Memories to our friends and family.

This place is perfect. They are attentive, knowledgeable... They help you make the dress look as perfect as can be when deciding. They're helpful but not annoying... Not pushy. The dresses are amazing. They actually take care of the ones in shop. They're in all different price ranges. The dresses are great for busty ladies because a lot of them are corseted. Presh Mems was totally a rock star when it came to dress shopping! Gina was my consultant and she immediately knew what I was going for. It only took two trips and some research to find my dream gown and everyone there was so awesome each step of the way. Even when there was a minor snafu in alterations they went above and beyond to make sure things got fixed and that everything was perfect for the big day. I also got my bridesmaids dresses there and once again the staff at Precious Memories showed us why they are the professionals! Super nice, easy to work with, reasonable price range and great selection. I wish Malden was a bit easier to get to from my home but that's just so I can go back and ogle the sparkles some more. They are a fantastic store and deserve all the good business they can get!

It was a pleasure working with Precious Memories during my wedding process. I got engaged and planned our wedding within three months. I bought a dress, but ultimately felt as though it wasnt "fancy" enough for my venue. So off to Precious Memories we went! They had a great selection and the sales reps and owner were super nice. Extremely understanding of budgets and not pushy at all. The biggest challenge was finding a dress off the rack since my wedding was only three months away. Well it was my lucky day because I was able to find the most gorgeous dress. I decided to do the alterations right there and they came out fantastic. I was extremely happy with my wedding dress and wish I could wear it everyday! I would recommend Precious Memories to any bride.

I think I was most nervous about finding the right dress because most of the shops around where I live had very negative reviews. So when I saw people raving about Precious Memories I made an appointment with them first, and I'm so glad I did! Marize was absolutely incredible. I told her what I had in mind and my crew and I hit the floor, but I couldn't get a good idea of what the dresses looked like on the hangers. Marize pulled 5 for me to start out with, and each one of them were amazing, my group and I kept changing our minds about which one we liked best. I ended up choosing Marize's first pick (which was also well within my budget). I used their seamstress as well and she did a great job! My dress was gorgeous and fit like a glove. The bustle was absolutely stunning. I had to go to my first two fitting by myself and the staff was so sweet about it, helping me make decisions and reassuring me. I've recommended them to everyone I know getting married. And their new location is beautiful!

I had a wonderful experience working with the ladies at the Precious Memories store for my wedding gown. I visited their previous location first, and followed them over to their current gorgeous location for my final fittings. The staff are incredibly supportive and helpful. I had no idea what shape to wear and we went through several different ideas - however it was the very first dress they chose for me that I decided to buy. I don't think I could have found it without them! I also bought my earrings/necklace, veil, and petticoat with them. Everything was suggested by the staff and I was so pleased with the final result! Everyone at the wedding commented that I looked like a princess :)

I really appreciated the seamstress at Precious Memories as well. She really knew her trade! My mom and I were impressed with the bustle idea she had for my gown. We received good instruction on how to bustle and the staff were also accommodating to my mother when she called again later to review the instructions.

A huge part of a wedding is the dress and the ladies at Precious Memories made it a painless process for which I am so thankful. I will miss going to the store and seeing all of the friendly ladies and trying on beautiful gowns. Thank you Precious Memories, you helped make this girl's wedding dreams into reality.

The ladies at Precious Memories were so helpful and attentive. There was zero attitude in this salon. The gown I bought wasn't the one I thought I would end up with when I walked in, but it was the one that made me cry! We also purchased the maids dresses there, and they were so incredible and tactful is fitting each of my maids. Everyone felt and looked beautiful. I did a custom fabric on their dress, and P.M. was great at helping me figure that out. I would suggest going on a weekday - as Saturday's are very busy.

LOVED my dress so much that I actually bought it at Precious Memories and had it shipped to Virginia where I was getting married. I enjoyed every single trip to the Salon. The girls were great to chat with, extremely helpful and you could really tell they were genuinely happy for you.

I went to Precious Memories when they were still on Ferry Street before they relocated to the new place in Malden. I met with Christine on a Monday. I had printed out some dresses I was interested in trying from the website, also gave her my price range, which she stuck to. I must have tried on 8 dresses while I was there and remember spending 3 hours with her. Not once did she rush me or pressure me to buy. She took pictures for me since I went alone, and I was able to email it to my friends and family. I met with Christine another two times and ended up buying a gorgeous dress that she picked out for me on that first day we met. She was very accomodating (I couldn't go there on the tax free Saturday, so she took my credit card information and assured me she was just going to ring it up that Saturday and call me when the order was finalized). I had such a good experience there I ended up getting my bridesmaids dresses there with a 10% discount (for purchasing my dress there).

Precious Memories was one of my favorite experiences during the wedding process. They were incredibly kind and helpful when helping me look for my dress. A hidden gem! I have to admit I was completely anxious about wedding dress shopping - I had a general idea of what I was looking for and it simply just did not exist. The staff at Precious Memories took that anxiety and washed it away completely. Once they understood my vision, they were able to accommodate me and make my wedding dress better than I could have imagined. Their incredibly talented staff took a couture gown and remade the bottom into an adorable, fashionable and fabulous knee-length, bubble hem, 50's-ish style dress that matched my husbands plaid sport coat perfectly. The seamstress did such an amazing job on it, the dress maker is even considering adding this in as a style option for the gown! And, the cost! Oh my gosh, Precious Memories has the most gorgeous gowns and such phenomenally affordable prices. Both my mom and I were shocked at how excellent a value we got by going with Precious Memories. When considering recommendations for a place to shop for wedding dress, I would say the only place you even need to consider is Precious Memories!

Very Very Nice Botique! The Owner and staff were awesome! They always greeted you by your name. This was my one and only stop because i have been to bridal stores in the past for my sister and didnt get the best of service. You don't know what indecisive is until you've meant me!!!! I am normally an indecisive person but since I was under a time constraint and I wanted to find the perfect dress, the characteristic worsened. Despite my inability to make-up my mind the girls at Precious Memories were incredibly patient!!!!!I went into the store about 5 times and would spend hours in the shop trying to make-up my mind. It got to the point where I would go into the store just to be there, yet Marize and the owner were so welcoming and so patient. They always gave me individualized attention and would help me try on the same dress 5 times in one day. It was incredible!! Marize was so attentive, honest and helpful! I went it a few times by myself and she would take pictures for me and I felt she gave me advice as a friend would and not someone who wanted to make the next sale! Even better they had great prices!! I got my dresses $400 cheaper at Precious Memories than at other bridal shops where my dress was also being sold in.

Months after buying my dress, I went to look at veils and the indecisive behavior continued. Despite the fact that I already bought my dress, the girls were just as helpful with my veil. I also appreciated the fact that they sent a really sweet card after I purchased my dress. This kind gesture goes a long way!!! I watched them with other brides and you can tell they strive to give everyone very individualized attention. They did one thing at a time and really were committed to the client that they were working with! What more can you ask for ! I am so happy both myself and my mom got our dresses from Precious Memories. And I super excited that they store is moving into a bigger location!! Keep up the good work!

I didn't buy my wedding dress here, but I wish I did. I went to a boutique that I really felt after I purchased my dress, didn't really care about what I wanted, but that's another story. I bought all of my bridal accessories and our bridesmaid dresses here. They are fantastic and so helpful. Josephine was our seamstress and does an amazing job! The jewelry and accessory selection was so varied, it went above and beyond what I could have wanted. They always accommodated our large party of 10 and I'll never forget how welcome they made me feel!!

Precious Memories was fantastic. I had never heard of them before I checked out bridal shop reviews when I started the search for my dress. To be honest I was dreading dress shopping a bit, because I'm in my mid thirties and was afraid that I'd have less options for my big day. When I walked in for my appt I met Marize, and she immediately put me at ease. When I explained my price range and that I didn't want a sleeveless dress, she listened intently and found a number of great options for me. She showed me some dresses and explained that even the sleeveless dresses could easily have sleeves added by the seamstress. The result was that I couldn't have been happier with my dress. It was within my budget and felt like it was completely designed for me. Their service was excellent and in the past I felt like sometimes shops can charge you more for the alterations when they know they have your business (my exp being a bridesmaid in 8 weddings) - but that wasn't the case here. The staff was so personable in the store that it felt like I was visiting with friends during my fittings (I know it sounds corny but its true). I couldn't recommend them higher and hope that every bride has as positive of an experience as I did at Precious Memories, as it made my day that much more special.

If every bride has as memorable an experience as I have had with Precious Memories they are well on their way to a happy and stress free wedding experience. The first time I went to Precious Memories I was greeted by my consultant Marize. Marize made me feel right at home. It didn't take long for me to know I had found the place I would purchase my dress. Everyone at Precious Memories was pleasant and professional. They were very understanding and accommodating. I enjoyed visiting the store for my trials. Each visit was like a trip to see long lost friends. I was impressed by the care and attention to detail when preparing my dress for final pick up. Thanks Precious memories for being apart of such a very special and precious experience.

I was nervous at first to go because I truly had no idea what I was looking for. They had me try on several dresses and I felt comfortable and had fun. My mom got to sit back and enjoy the process of me modeling. The staff was not high pressure and when I found the dress I wanted I felt it and knew it! The fitting process was easy and fun and the seamstress was easy to talk to and willing to work with me on what I wanted my dress to look like. I loved my dress and didn't want to take it off all night!

There are simply not enough good words to say about this perfect bridal shop. From the owner Joyce to all the bridal consultants this place is a hidden gem. My older sister got her gown here 4 years ago and since my family has sent all of our friends and family here. I also found my beautiful gown here at a perfect price. It was my first time trying on dresses and the first and only place I thought of going. The gown selection is skillfully chosen, and the intimate atmosphere makes you feel so special. "The dress" was only the 5th dress I tried on. The consultants are so in tuned with their inventory its like having your very own personal shopper. It was literally so easy, Sharon got a sense for my style within the first dress I put on and single handedly she found the dress of my dreams! No stress, just laughs and happy tears. I will never forget my experience with Joyce, Sharon and all the staff at this amazing shop and fabulous team! THANK YOU :)

I got all of the bridal party dresses from Precious Memories including both mother dresses. They were so nice and accommodating for my large party of 10. The alterations were done perfectly. I think the thing I enjoyed the most is that the staff remembered us every time we went in. They knew our names and remembered so many little details. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I worked with Murize and she was patient and helpful. I had an idea of what I wanted and the dress I had in my head existed, but they didnt have it for me to try on. She helped me to try on similar dresses and purchase the dress of my dreams without seeing it in person. I loved my dress and I'm so happy it worked out.

I also used Precious Memories for my alterations, although I didnt need a ton - Bra sewn in, belt sewn in and a few darts to keep the dress from falling (strapless) they were patient and never rushed us out. I had 8 people with me for my initial appointment and although the store wasnt huge they accomodated and made us feel comfortable. They also worked out a deal with me for a broach I used for my headpiece.

I've already reccomended them as well as their seamstress to many of my friends.

Precious Memories is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I simply would not go any where else! I had already purchased my wedding gown at a different bridal boutique in Colorado (where I am originally from – so my family Mom, Aunts, Gradmothers etc. could join) however, the deal was; if I purchased my gown in Colorado, my Mom had to get her dress in Boston! We ended up going to Precious Memories in Malden and worked with Joyce and her team of amazing women and couldn’t be happier! Not only did we get the Mother of the Bride dress at Precious Memories, but they were so wonderful in every aspect (professionalism, price, location) we also purchased all of my bridesmaids dresses, my rehearsal dinner dress, and my “welcome reception” dress there! They are even so wonderful, that they were willing to do alterations on my aunt’s dress (for my wedding – she wanted a bustle) when she had purchased her dress in Colorado!

So, unless you are looking for pushy sales people who could care less about what you want or how you feel and just want your money, then I would suggest going somewhere else, because Precious Memories is everything but. I couldn’t have wished for a better experience!

My wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses were from Precious Memories. They were so helpful and made the whole experience fun, even though it's overwhelming to find the dress! They had tons of options in the price range I was looking for which was great. They also were not pushy on going for the more expensive options, they were really just helping me find what I wanted. We didn't have an appointment to look at bridesmaids dresses, but they still let us look and were extremely helpful even though they were busy. I would highly recommend going to Precious Memories, it was great!

Joyce and her staff at Precious Memories are phenomenal. From the initial selection of my wedding dress through all the alterations and the many stages in between they were thoroughly professional and supportive. I purchased all of my accessories at Precious Memories as well. The selection of dresses is wonderful and the personal attention the staff gives is something that is hard to find. I would recommend Precious Memories to any bride looking for that most important of dresses!

I wasn't one of those girls that thought they'd find "The" dress. I thought I'd find a nice dress and be happy with it. This was the first bridal shop I visited and I found "The Dress" the first time I went there! They were super helpful, let you take pictures, and never once tried to pressure me into ANYTHING. I had only wanted to get a dress, but the moment I put "The Dress" on, the woman helping me (Christine--amazing!) picked out a veil, put it on, and instantly I felt like a bride for the first time. It was all perfect. The dress got a ridiculous amount of compliments at the wedding and people thought i had had the veil made because it matched so perfectly! I went to other bridal shops after this one just to make sure I had made the right choice and they were all terribly pushy! But Precious Memories was always fantastic and super accommodating. I highly, highly recommend them!

Precious memories is one of the reasons my wedding was pretty low stress. I had NO problems with this shop. I had heard horror stories on wedding blogs and other websites, and I'm happy to say I was able to avoid all of them. Precious memories really gives you personalized attention, and has a small town feel to it. They always remembered my name, and previous questions or concerns I had. When I first called them, and made an immediate appointment the consultant remembered my name and what I was looking for as soon as I wanted in the door. When my dress came in, they kept the store open late just for me (as I had been stuck in traffic), and they spent a ton of time helping me decide everything from jewelry to shoes to a jacket.

This store didn't even carry the dress I wanted, but I was liked the people there so much that I ordered it from here instead of the two other stores in the area that carried the sample of the dress. Also, their alteration prices are SUPER reasonable. I really love this store and couldn't recommend it enough!

I actually found my dress in another state but because I live in Boston and wanted to have alterations done here, I ordered it through them. They gave me the most competitive price as well as a discount towards other accessories which I was bound to get (ie veil, shoes). They were great with alterations and helped me pick out good comfortable shoes also. I was very happy with their service. Sharon helped me and was wonderful.

I love this shop! Marize was the best consultant that I could have asked for. She made me feel 100% comfortable with every dress that I was trying on and also had great suggestions for me. This was my first and last stop for my wedding gown. The alterations were done perfectly and flawlessly.
I had gotten a great deal on a Casablanca that I was able to customize to my wants! :) It was great and I got countless compliments on my dress - it's simply gorgeous!! Thank you ALL!

After reading reviews about this shop, I decided to check them out first for my wedding dress shopping. Needless to say, this is the only store I went to! I loved the Maggie Sottero dress I purchased, and received so many compliments on my wedding day! It was comfortable, pretty, and affordable and I couldn't have picked a better dress.

The staff is friendly and helpful and I never left the store dissapointed. My alterations came out beautifully (I only had one fitting, and never tried on again before wedding!), Joyce was amazing talking with my mom on how to make a veil and even ended up giving her a comb for making it.

They really deliver a positive and personal experience and I would recommend to anyone in the Boston area looking for a wedding dress.

I made an appt to come in on a Saturday in January. I had to reschedule twice because of my MOH & bridesmaid. They were kind and didn't make me feel badly about rescheduling.

When I came in, they let my friend and I look around to see what we liked. Many of the dresses were in the $750 - $1,000 range which I thought was reasonable for a wedding gown. We decided to try on 2 dresses. The first dress did not fit well so we tried the 2nd. The 2nd was a bit tight. The dress maker who was helping us asked me to hold on a moment while she got a different dress in a size up.

She came back and had me try on the dress. I thought for sure she was trying to up-sell me. I asked how much it was as I was trying it on..she said $300! It was another dress from the clearance rack. It was a Maggie Sottero Phuong dress that had been discontinued.

I tried it on and knew it was the one. I loved it. She also found a beautiful veil for me for only $40. I wasn't expecting to actually buy a dress that day and did not have the full amount on me. They let me put $100 down and pay the rest later.

I came back for alterations and they ended up costing me $225. Altogether my dress & alterations cost me $525.00, including the petticoat & bra I purchased plus $40 for the veil. I picked up my dress the day before the wedding and it was perfect.

I received many compliments and felt like a princess. The dress fit perfectly and I could not have been happier.

OMG Joyce and her Crew are AMAZING. I fell in love with a dress online, had been to 2 other dress shops previously.I didn't think i would find it but when U showed up to look at some dresses... There it was in the store. I found it my first trip here. A beautiful Casablanca dress. I love love love my dress. from the first time i tried on the sample to my last fitting Precious memories was fabulous. They are so accomadating, scheduling appointments around my work schedule and my bridesmaids schedules. They have great suggestions to add on to the dress, or accessories. I ended up getting my dress, Necklace, Veil, and head piece here as well as my bridesmaids dresses. It was one stop shopping :) Joyce is such a nice and kind person, truly willing to work with you and your budget :) I will definitely be recommending precious memories to all my family and friends.

I got my bridesmaids dresses and my alterations on my dress here. They are wonderful. The girls went in once by themselves and a few times with me. I changed my mind a few times and they were so nice there. We went on Saturday after calling that morning to get an appointment for the afternoon. We were able to just search through the dresses and the women that work there are not there to pressure you at all! They are there for questions, but other than that they let you do your own thing. The girls tried on tons of dresses and we found the perfect dress. The ordering process was painless and when they were in I got a call as well as the girls so that I also knew the dresses were ready. They were great!

Alterations: I had to have my dress taken in about 2 sizes due to David's bridal ordering the dress 2 sizes to big...and I had cap sleeves added to my dress. The dress was very elaborate with tons of beading. The woman did a fantastic job. It looked perfect. About a week before the wedding I went on a crazy steak (as most brides do) and freaked out thinking I had gained weight. They let me come in about 4 days before I was supposed to pick it up to try it on to make sure it was okay. They were so sweet and helpful! I wish that I had known about them before I purchased my wedding dress. It's a hidden gem!

Joyce and her team at Precious Memories were wonderful! I even loved Josphine the seamstress! They are a hidden gem in the heart of Malden. Maybe even the best kept secret for wedding dresses! They had it all too- not just my dress- I got my fur shawl, hairpiece, jewelery, shoes - all there. Saved me so much time and energy! Dont waste your time going to the hoity toity expensive boutiques. This place is real,and professional, and their pricing is more than fair. They turned a nervous, reluctant pessamist into a completely confident and beautiful bride!

PERFECT!!! This place is Awesome I found my wedding dress on my first visit there. They are extremely affordable and carry a wide variety of dresses. I went from not finding any dresses and being very discouraged to finding 4 I adored from Precious Memories. They spent so much time with me and helped me create a whole beautiful wedding from my gown and all the accessories, my bridesmaids, and both my mother and mother in law, not an easy task. They gave me lots of great advise for color schemes and it was the first time it all started feeling real. They knew me everytime I returned and were always sincerely happy to see me. They are the biggest part I miss about the planning process but know I will see them soon because I won't let my friends go anywhere else.

Precious Memories is fabulous! I got my wedding dress, shoes and all 8 bridesmaid dresses from here. The girls that work there are great and they are by far the best for alterations. I highly recommend them.

My dress is amazing. Still looks amazing even after the wedding.
My veil = breath taking. The people at the shoppe were amazing. They listened when I needed to complain about wedding stresses and gave me great ideas when I got into a bind. This was the second shoppe I had visited when I went dress shopping.. and I am so glad! I wish I needed another dress just so I could go back and receive their amazing service again!

The staff at Precious Memories were wonderful and helped me find "The dress". They actually listened to what I wanted in a dress, and listened to my mother and grandmother as well.

I wanted a dress that is simple but still stylish. I don't like a lot of "bling" on my dress and instead of bringing my spangled craziness like other bridal salons did, they focused right in and the 1st dress I tried on ended up being "the one".

When I found my dress the staff kept the store open late on a sunday night so I could be measured.

The service was so great that bought the my bridesmaids dresses there as well.

I am SO glad I got (one of my) wedding dresses here...[long story behind that sentence :D]! I arrived there one day JUST after they had closed, but someone very very kindly let me in to take a quick look around. I returned another day, and bought a beautiful bridesmaids' dress in ivory -- for an amazing price. I ended up wearing that dress for two of my receptions and being so glad for such a beautiful dress that was wrinkle-free, completely elegant, and ... less than $200. A STEAL!!
