We did the month of package (4/2024) and Belinda made our day move along seamlessly. She allowed us to enjoy our wedding and even though we were running late, she didn’t rush us and went with the flow of events, adapting where needed and being a calm presence. She was helpful in coordinating with venue/vendors before and during the wedding. Belinda was familiar with our vendors before and her great reputation with them definitely helped things go smoothly. As a bonus, she put together the cutest highlight video for us and sent it to us the day after. Would definitely recommend her for your wedding!

When planning a budget-conscious wedding the first thing you think you could do without is a wedding planner but my sole advice as a bride is to get yourself a good one. Belinda from Pocketbook Weddings should double her rates and add tax because she truly is worth every penny.

She took us through every single step of the process, from scheduling venue tours, down to literally the last few seconds of the wedding night as we said goodbye to our guests (who later on only had great things to say about her, by the way!). She guided us through every detail, always being super prompt in her responses with us and our vendors (all emails/inquiries were replied to within a 24-hour window) and even negotiating contracts.

She really took care of every aspect of not only planning but also coordinating the day of. Everything from helping us find vendors in the South Florida area (we’re from out of state) down to making sure we were fed, hydrated, and happy throughout the day.

Belinda was always professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and above all, so positive to work with. She always had a smile and a solution and she truly made us feel so special on our day. You can tell when someone loves what they do and when they’re good at it and our hiring Belinda and her team (Frida & Tati) was the smartest investment we made.

I never write reviews, but I did have to stop to make sure that all who are in need of wedding planning understand that this decision has to be one of the most important decisions when it comes to finding a vendor. And Belinda with Pocketbook Weddings is 100% the best decision I made. Had my budget allowed, I wish I would have hired Belinda as a wedding planner to avoid the overwhelming stress of wedding planning. I had Belinda as my day-of-coordinator since the hotel required one, but by the time I had Belinda beginning to coordinate on the month of the wedding, I completely understood why.

Not only was Belinda and her team professional, they were kind, knowledgeable, understanding, and patient. I'm a bride that tends to overthink and become anxious over anything. On my wedding, there were so many unplanned circumstances that were panic-inducing. I also had a lot of what-ifs that gave me anxiety. Belinda and her assistant were amazing in fixing all issues without needing my complete intervention. I was getting ready and also having fun at my wedding while they were hard at work making sure I was unaware of any problems.

Also, my mom is someone that is critical and hard to please, and every time she speaks about the wedding, she won't stop raving about how amazing Belinda was. She won't stop saying how Belinda is best vendor I acquired, the most efficient and the most amazing person that really saved both my mom and I from over-stressing. She allowed us to have space to enjoy the event, and it was truly magical all thanks to Belinda. I promise you will not regret hiring her as your wedding planner/day-of coordinator.

Belinda was a godsend for my wedding day, since the very first time I contacted her, she was always very responsive and sweet.
