We did the month of package (4/2024) and Belinda made our day move along seamlessly. She allowed us to enjoy our wedding and even though we were running late, she didn’t rush us and went with the flow of events, adapting where needed and being a calm presence. She was helpful in coordinating with venue/vendors before and during the wedding. Belinda was familiar with our vendors before and her great reputation with them definitely helped things go smoothly. As a bonus, she put together the cutest highlight video for us and sent it to us the day after. Would definitely recommend her for your wedding! -

Pocketbook Weddings is amazing! Belinda was professional, attentive, and kind from the very beginning. Her years of experience in the field shone through when we experienced vendor hiccups; she kept our event on track! Our night was an absolute success and we credit a large part of that to Belinda & her team. Leading up to and during our wedding event, she was friendly, accessible, and accommodating. When planning a budget-conscious wedding the first thing you think you could do without is a wedding planner but my sole advice as a bride is to get yourself a good one. Belinda from Pocketbook Weddings should double her rates and add tax because she truly is worth every penny.
She took us through every single step of the process, from scheduling venue tours, down to literally the last few seconds of the wedding night as we said goodbye to our guests (who later on only had great things to say about her, by the way!). She guided us through every detail, always being super prompt in her responses with us and our vendors (all emails/inquiries were replied to within a 24-hour window) and even negotiating contracts.
She really took care of every aspect of not only planning but also coordinating the day of. Everything from helping us find vendors in the South Florida area (we’re from out of state) down to making sure we were fed, hydrated, and happy throughout the day.
Belinda was always professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and above all, so positive to work with. She always had a smile and a solution and she truly made us feel so special on our day. You can tell when someone loves what they do and when they’re good at it and our hiring Belinda and her team (Frida & Tati) was the smartest investment we made. -

I got married two weeks ago and I’ve taken the time to soak in my big day and how Belinda made the day flawless for me! I remember feeling so much anxiety before she and Tatiana arrived and once she got there I knew the day would flow as expected. Belinda was attentive, flexibility, understanding and very responsive throughout the entire process and very detail oriented. I remember on my walkthrough at my venue every question I was about to ask Belinda asked before I had a chance to! And that gave me so much confirmation that she was the person for the job. I’m not sure if she knows this but I was sooo overwhelmed my wedding day- I remember holding my wedding dress in my hand so ready to get into it and all my bridesmaids were scrambling around the room and my stress was climbing. She calmly came over and asked was I ready to get in it and she actually helped me get dressed! She didn’t even realize how that little moment gave me so much peace and calmed me down. My experience with Belinda as our wedding coordinator was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we met her, she went above and beyond to ensure our special day was seamless and stress-free. Belinda's attention to detail and proactive approach set her apart from the rest.
Belinda's ability to anticipate needs truly impressed us. She taught us how to properly cut our wedding cake, offered us a mint before our first look (lol), and she was on top of every little detail. I'll never forget the moment she pulled out a fan from her fanny pack and gently blew it in our faces before we even realized it was getting hot outside. Belinda also saw that not everyone had used up the film in the disposable cameras and she made sure to go around taking pictures of everyone to use up all of the film.. INCREDIBLE! These small gestures reflected her commitment to ensuring our comfort and enjoyment throughout the entire day and it did not go unnoticed. It's those thoughtful touches that make Belinda stand out as an exceptional wedding coordinator.
What sets Belinda apart is her incredible foresight and problem-solving skills. She tackled every challenge (for example, the windy weather) with grace and efficiency, ensuring that any hiccup was resolved before it could impact our celebration. Belinda's calm and collected demeanor (which is important to me) reassured us and allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding day without worrying about the details.

Honestly Belinda is UNMATCHED. The trust you instantly feel that she will take care of everything and at the same time ask you along the way your wants and needs. She was the biggest blessing for our wedding. She was with us every step of the way. The kindness and knowledge she brought to the table was incredible. I could not say enough good things about Belinda and Pocket Book Weddings! She had the most beautiful energy the ENTIRE time during our wedding and throughout the whole planning process. She is kind, organized, and she makes sure that you feel special and taken care of. My bouquet came from my florist and wasn’t what I wanted and Belinda immediately started cutting the flowers I didn’t like out and rearranged it with some fake flowers I had in the right color. It was perfect! I have a wild family that stresses me out quite a bit and she made sure everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be there. I could not have done this without Pocket Book Weddings. Do your self a favor and hire them right now. Seriously! If you are on a budget, cut out the flowers or dessert and book Belinda! Belinda and Tati were amazing!
You hired Belinda 3 months before my wedding and hired her for 2 months assistance, which they usually don’t do (but she was flexible on making a special fee for me and my needs) From the get go, I loved all the questions she brought to the table to all the little details. Belinda is lovely! She is kind and easy to work with, just the person you need leading to the biggest day of your life. The wedding weekend was perfect, rehearsal was great, our wedding party loved her, she gave me so much confidence that everything was gonna be great. On the wedding day, Tatiana and Belinda were on time, so calmly and kicking ass running the show. I wasn’t able to see everything until I was ready to walk down the aisle, it was all perfection. The way everything was decorated and the coordination. Belinda made sure we had drinks in our hands right after the ceremony, we were well fed (this is huge!) and be able to run through the wedding timeline just fine. I’m happy and fortunate for have found them! Thank you Belinda! -

I can't recommend Belinda enough. You can trust me when I say: your search is over and you've found the best wedding coordinator. But, just in case you need to read a testimony before making the decision, here is mine.
It was quickly apparent that we had chosen the perfect wedding coordinators in Belinda and Pocketbook Weddings. From the beginning, Belinda's experience, professionalism, and passion for her work were evident.
Pocketbook Weddings offers three packages: planning the entire wedding from the beginning, helping plan and coordinate the wedding from a month before, and helping coordinate on the day of. We ended up choosing the 30-day planning and coordination package as the bride is an event planner herself.
Months before the wedding, Belinda met with us and helped lay the foundation for her work. When the 30-day mark came, we were ready to go. Belinda came prepared with many questions, some of which we had never thought of. This was comforting as it showed that this wasn't Belinda's first rodeo.
During the year we spent planning the wedding, we had collected a good amount of contracts with vendors that we were going to work with. When Belinda came into the picture, she took over the contracts and the stress that came with them. We expressed our idea of what the timeline would be like and she soon came up with a tighter and more refined version of it. From here on out, any communication we had to have with a vendor went through Belinda and she always executed and followed up. During routine conversations she would fill us in on how activities would go during the wedding day. These updates would reveal fine details to us which we wouldn't have been able to work out ourselves.
One characteristic of Belinda and Pocketbook Weddings which stood out time and time again was that they were present exactly when we needed them. For the rehearsal, Belinda made everyone feel comfortable and organized. We knew exactly what to do and when to do it.
During the wedding day, Belinda and her team made it all come together. I can't speak highly enough of how the team helped make the wedding day be as perfect as it was. There were so many qualities of Belinda's which made us appreciate her so much more.
First, her scheduling was perfect. She kept us informed and on time. She added breaks, shuffled events, and kept vendors on time. We felt like we were always exactly where we needed to be. Second, Belinda and the team were there every single moment we needed them. At no point were they overbearing or too involved. It was the opposite. It was as if life was scripted, we were the protagonists, and any time we needed help, someone would magically appear to make life easier. It was a wonderful experience. Lastly, her and her team's warm and comforting nature was an x-factor which made their service all the better. Planning and being part of a wedding is stressful. While you may have a wedding coordinator who is good with scheduling or coming up with ideas (which Belinda also is), her warmth and comforting nature made every situation smoother. She easily got along with the vendors, family members, and anyone else she had to come in contact with. She and her team are masters at handling situations.
We are so grateful to Belinda and Pocketbook Weddings for helping us plan and execute our dream wedding. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator who is experienced, professional, and passionate about their work. I am extremely confident in saying that you can stop your search for a wedding coordinator as you've finally found the right one. Stop stressing over who to choose and start working toward your perfect wedding with Belinda and Pocketbook weddings immediately. -

Belinda SAVED OUR CEREMONY from a disaster!
As the bride was walking out for the ceremony (one of the most important moments on wedding day), the veil fell off! LUCKILY, Belinda quickly (and very smoothly) scooped it up and none of the guests noticed, and it didn't even show up in the video footage.
Belinda was the sweetest, most perfect wedding coordinator any couple could ask. The Pocketbook team was nothing but exceptional, and they truly made the entire experience stress free, smooth, and seamless.
Belinda is extremely detail oriented and organized, but also incredibly patient and kind. She also maintains great relationships with the vendors, specifically the venue hosts.
On our wedding day, she really truly was our saviour and guiding light. She thought of all the little things (bringing appetizers, drinks, planned breaks) as well as guiding us through each event of the night. And again, she was such a sweetheart about everything, even though I'm sure there may have been some stressful events.
OH, and not to mention, she did all this and then gave birth to her baby girl TWO weeks after our wedding!
Belinda you are a true professional, and just a wonderful human being. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for everything you and your team did for us, and congratulations on your baby girl!

Where do I start? Words cannot describe how much we appreciate Belinda. She was very patient very kind and just overall loving she really does make you feel so special on this magical day. Belinda and her team were beyond what you expect. I was in contact with her through out the entire planning. She was actually apart of my venues cost for a month of coordinator and day or coordinator. Thank god for that. On my wedding day Jessica and Frida, the coordinators I was assigned too, completely cater to you the entire day and makes sure bride and groom are well taken care of. If you have certain things you want they make sure they can do everything to make that happen. I chose to use a photographer and florist familiar with their venue and who they work with closely and I must say it was perfect. They all worked very well together. Jessica was like my shadow for the day without me even being aware of it. If I needed something I would turn around and she was there. I can’t say one bad thing about them. They were amazing and I’m so grateful I did my research for the venue that was perfect for me. -

I honestly don’t know if I have the right words to share about Belinda and her Pocketbook Weddings team. From day 1, I knew that we were in great hands with Belinda – she kept me calm and informed throughout the wedding process, and once it was time to officially jump in as our “month of coordinator” she hit the ground full steam ahead. She seamlessly took our vision for our wedding and executed it perfectly. When our party bus transportation didn’t show up, she worked with us to make sure the bridal party got there on time. Belinda is TRULY a woman for all seasons! I will tell you, I was a very frugal bride, not wanting to spend a ton of money and thinking I could do everything myself, with a million DIY projects, and add to that being pretty picky about the little things... and when I say that nothing about the incredible wedding day I had would've been possible without the impeccable organization, expertise, attention to detail, and warmth that Belinda and her team graced us with, I really mean it! Not only is she a blast to work with and fully qualified to take on whatever your vision is, she also respects your plan for your wedding day while still giving you the kind of practical advice you need to hear when you start getting carried away. Pocketbook wedding was the best choice for my perfect day, Belinda and her team were amazing Jessica was the best angel that I could have had for my wedding day she helped in every aspect of the day from fixing my dress to decorating my cake when I forgot to bring the flowers to decorate it. She made everything smooth and was able to that with a beautiful friendly smile the whole day . All I can say is WOW!! Belinda and her team are absolutely fantastic!! Her warm pleasant personality is just what any bride needs and wants. Belinda is the owner of pocketbook weddings and her services as Day of Coordinator was included with my venue so my interaction with her really began about a month before my wedding. She was super helpful and was quick to respond to any questions I had. She and her assistant Bea were awesome and made our actual wedding day run so smoothly. They were on top of everything and really paid attention to details. My one regret was not reaching out to hire Belinda as my full wedding planner. The absolute best
The team at pocketbook weddings was exactly what we were looking for when we started to plan our wedding. They were amazing, kind, professional, attentive, on point when answering back to emails, calls, changes, and concerns. Belinda was super patient with all our concerns during the planning process and the days just before our wedding. On the day of, both Belinda and Bea went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assure that everything ran as smoothly as possible. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team. I can not thank them both enough for making my wedding beautiful and doing everything possible to exceed my expectations! -

Having Belinda throughout my wedding planning process was the best decision I ever made - worth every penny! She is the kindest and most patient person you will ever meet. As the bride , there will be moments where you will feel stressed - I remember calling her one day because I just needed to vent and she listened to me, gave me the best advice and helped walk me through my frustration. I will forever be grateful to a Belinda and her team! My wedding was stress - free due to Belinda. She made sure that we were taken care of throughout the entire day/night. And if there were any hiccups - I still have not been made aware of because that’s how good she is! -

Caring, professional, patient, and with experience
Having Belinda as our wedding planner provided peace of mind on the day of our wedding and prior to our weeding. To us this was very important; my only regret was not finding Belinda sooner, but even then, she delivered, understood our vision, and was truly and angel since we started working together until a few days after the wedding. Yes! She checks on you and on everything you have to do after the wedding takes place. Their experience, professionalism, and peaceful flow provided my husband and I to be completely and totally relaxed on our day. Without hesitation, I recommend her. Belinda became a great listener and a supporter when I felt a bit lost prior to our wedding. I don't think our wedding would have run as smooth as it did if it wasn't for her and Bertha. Pocketbook Weddings & Events was hands down one of the best investments we made! -

Where do we even begin! Belinda and Bertha are God sent! Bertha was so awesome and made sure we had everything we needed, even if we didn’t know we did lol! Trust me as a bride little things will get on your dress and she will be there to make you look good as new lol! Bertha thank you for keeping everything fun and light! As far as Belinda goes you are by far one of the sweetest people we have ever met! You are so professional and know all the right questions to ask! Belinda was so attentive and truly cared about getting you those quality moments with your spouse on your big day and we have to say it’s made such a difference! If I had to do anything over I would have booked you for my entire wedding and not just a day of event coordinator! We can never thank you enough for what you did for us! Without commenting on how BEAUTIFUL Belinda is on the outside, she was amazing at her job. Her and her team really helped me. I’m used to coordinating things myself and on my wedding day all I had to do was bring my supplies and she set it up and broke it down. She told me what to expect and when and also assured me everything was going to be great. She made sure me and jonathan had a moment to ourselves and had everything we needed. Even the rest of the guests. I recommend PB EVENTS to anyone. Whether you want to have someone coordinate everything or just a little bit. Super sweet, helpful and organized. Thank you so much ! -

Hiring Belinda was seriously the smartest choice we made at the start of our wedding planning journey! Working with her was an absolute pleasure. She is super professional, but has a wonderful "family" touch to everything she does. She is patient, kind, and will give you her absolute honest opinion along the way. I can't stress enough what a blessing it was to have her as a sounding board planning a wedding during Covid-19 times. We went from planning a large outdoor Miami garden wedding with 150 guests (reduced to 75 people due to restrictions), then planning a completely separate micro-wedding for 30 of at a beach resort in Fort Lauderdale. Throughout the process Belinda was patient and willing to go above and beyond as the liaison between us and our vendors given all the planning challenges. She made sure we were on track calendar-wise and even helped us negotiate some rates (and even refunds) due to the pandemic. On the day of our wedding she ensured things occurred without a hitch! While the weather didn't cooperate with us that day, Belinda was a ray of sunshine making sure everyone was where they needed to be and doing what they needed to do. It was like having a friend looking out for us on one of the biggest days of our lives. We regret having cancelled our "Sequel" wedding/1-year anniversary party at our original venue, would love to work with her again... Highly recommend! -

From handling vendor logistics, creating a smooth wedding timeline, AND keeping the bride and groom well taken care of, they made our day such a breeze. I knew going into it that all logistics would be handled since our first conversation at the site walk-through. She provided a clear checklist, timeline, and was ready to answer any questions and manage last-minute changes.
Looking back at our big day, my husband and I were both so peaceful. If we needed anything, we knew Belinda and her team had the answers or would take care of it. Honestly, our day was perfect! AND everything was on-time!!!! Hahaha.

Belinda and her team were amazing! I hired them for Day of Coordination only and Belinda was very responsive since the beginning. She took over all the planning a month before the wedding and that really eased my mind. Jessica was my Day of Coordinator and she was sooo amazing. Frida was there helping her that day and every single detail was taken care of. Weddings are never perfect, something always comes up, but our wedding was perfect in our eyes thanks to Jessica and Frida and the coordination Belinda did the month leading to the wedding. You definitely need a Day of Coordinator at the very least and the Pocketbook team is amazing at what they do! -

Jessica was a literal super star at my wedding! She did an amazing job I would recommend her for anyone who needs a day of coordinator or a full wedding planner! Belinda & Jessica did an amazing job coordinating our Vow Renewal!! They were always right there when we needed it, reassuring us that everything was going to go perfectly. They set up all the decor I had personally bought for the night & even improvised beautiful flower centerpieces after I had thought it was something we paid for with the floral team. It was also raining all morning & day of our vow renewal so I was getting really stressed. Belinda assured me that her and the rest of the team were intensely watching the weather to ensure that I could have the ceremony I had envisioned. & they were right! At the very last minute the weather cleared up & the sun came out!! There were some hiccups (as expected with any big event) but Belinda made sure to keep the night going smoothly. These girls are amazing! Belinda was very responsive every time I had a question about anything. And Jessica was an absolute saint on my wedding day. She made sure we were able to eat and stay hydrated in between photos and was so good with checking in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly. There was an 80% chance of rain on my wedding day and my ceremony was outside. Everyone was adamant about moving the ceremony to the indoor location early in the day (who wants to get married at the "plan B" spot??) but Jessica stayed on top of monitoring the weather and made sure they waited to the very last minute to make that call, which I am soooo grateful for! We were able to get married outside and, though it sprinkled a little bit during the ceremony, the weather held up for us and everything was perfect. There were a couple of photos we had requested and would have totally forgot about if Jessica hadn't reminded us. These girls are on top of it! Thank you, thank you, thank you for making our day so so special! -
