You just can’t go wrong with Mama Ricottas! Delicious pasta, bread, and appetizers, bountiful plate sizes, and brownies that were to die for. Their team was extremely professional for our wedding day, and were also kind and fun!Accommodating to our gluten free family members was also extremely meaningful to us. If you cater with the Plate Perfect team, you’ll definitely get your fill!

We had Plate Perfect provide wonderful midwood smokehouse bbq for our rehearsal dinner at Griffith Hall at Lenny Boy. The team was super responsive and easy to work with forming a menu and the right setup. Everything was delicious and the process was amazing start to finish

We worked with Johanna at Plate Perfect Catering for our wedding reception. Johanna not only helped us craft our menu but also handled our rentals for our venue. She was so easy to work with. The staff was fantastic. We had Midwood Smokehouse and the food was so delicious. The BBQ was some of the best I've ever had and our guests are still talking about how good it was. The presentation was great! I highly recommend them.

So impressed with the quality of the food as well as the appetizers!! The staff was so attentive and helped us get food despite the business of the day! The appetizers were brought to us after the ceremony so we didn’t have to miss out. Everything was delicious!!

We used Plate perfect for catering our midwood smokehouse menu for our rehearsal dinner at Sugar Creek Brewing Company. They were great! They helped me with quantities of each item for a large group (50 people) and also helped me to understand what on the menu our gluten free guests could eat. They showed up on time, were friendly, and did a great job cleaning everything up. They also took care of the china plate, flatware, and tablecloth rentals for me as well. Would use them again for any event!

Plate Perfect was on the list of required vendors for the venue I selected. When I spoke with the operations manager, Beth Moore, I thought it was too good to be true! I'm all for great food and this is the vendor to go with! They contract with four local restaurants in the Charlotte, NC area. Phenomenal bbq, burger, Italian, and Mexican restaurants to choose from. We could mix and match different food items from the four restaurants. I am so happy that we are getting food from restaurants I've eaten at before. I dislike bland, plated food. With my selections, my food with be flavorful and people will be going back for seconds and thirds! Beth has been an absolute joy to work with, and email/phone correspondence has been superb.

The food was amazing. We chose to have 4 different stations; pasta, taco, sliders, and mediterranean. All were delicious. Could not have been more pleased with the quality and service.
