So pleased with Chef Michael Catering. At our first meeting we just clicked, her passion for food and great discussion about my vision I just had a great feeling she was going to be fabulous. Over the course of 10 months planning we changed our mind a few times, and Judy accommodated. Days for the wedding Judy was hunting for the perfect linens and for the best price. Her passion to get this right was contagious and I became more excited for my big day. Our tasting blew us away, our choice of Chicken Marsala wasn't either of our first choice and we actually only severed Chicken Marsala. Almost 2 months later family and friends are still raving about the or'derv's and dinner. But the extra touch is what stands out in my mind. On our wedding day, Judy was on time, and feedback from friends was that Judy was working hard to get things right. Then after the ceremony Judy met us outside rwith cold waters, and a warm smile congratulating us. Service and professionalism was on point. Judy checked on us to make sure the food was good. I think she may have served my husband and I? One of my best wedding vendor decisions. I highly recommend Chef Michael's Catering.

Chef Michael is AMAZING. His food exceeded all of our expectations, and he was able to accommodate all of our unique requests which included catering a completely gluten free event with a southern twist. The food was perfectly cooked, and had amazing flavor. I highly recommend Chef Michael to all of my friends.

I was so blessed in being able to secure a Chef Michael booking at the last minute due to a cancellation. Wow - so lucky! I had been praying for an even better caterer than we had previously secured, and we really hit the lottery. In particular, working with Judy's warmth and infinite flexibility was a true gift. They were able to design for us a fun, creative menu that was also gluten-free and dairy-free for a heavy hors d'oeuvres wedding party. I hail from a catering family myself, and I deeply appreciate paying for exceptional quality and service. Our guests are STILL (months later) raving about the food experience.
