There are not enough stars to give to this venue. They were incredible from the time we toured the place until the event. They were communicative, professional, helpful, and made me feel like they were just as excited for my event as I was. Everything was executed perfectly - I never had one question the day of my event. My guests were in awe of how beautiful the facility was. Lisa was amazing!

Absolutely stunning venue!! I knew the moment I saw it that I NEEDED to get married here! It was the most perfect backdrop for our special day! The owners were professional and communicated promptly on every occasion. They were super organized, which really helped to relieve some stress! I am so thankful to have gotten the opportunity to host my wedding here! I would definitely recommend to anyone if your budget allows it! Stayed here as a weekend getaway when we got married and really enjoyed it. The cabin was very nice and well maintained. There's a lot of activities available as well. The only issue I have is that it's right off the highway so we could hear all the cars passing by and occasionally some sirens. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and we're already making plans to go back!

Choosing The Hillside Estate was one of the easiest decisions we made during wedding planning. The venue is breathtaking, and every interaction we’ve had with the staff has been exceptional—they’ve made the entire process feel so easy and enjoyable. We can’t wait to say “I do” there this November and know it’s going to be the perfect place to celebrate!

Our daughter got married here on 3/14/25 and we were overall very pleased, we opted for a smaller more intimate atmosphere and was concerned about the size of the room, but it turned out beautifully. (there were a few things that could have been prevented with the bar, dinner & lighting, in which I brought to their attention afterwards for future events & learning purposes). But let me tell you Newshaw was attentive, and AMAZING to work with along with the DJ Daniel and Photographer Alecia. I can't say enough about them and their professionalism. We LOVED them. The venue itself is beautiful and we were very pleased with our choices of Floral & Décor. Highly recommend Hidden Pines in Highland Village. Deb Burr

We got married at the chapel and it was everything we dreamed of and more. The space is so charming and peaceful—simple, beautiful, and just the right amount of cozy. It felt special the moment we walked in, and even more magical on our wedding day. What really made the experience amazing, though, was the owner. Lana is seriously the best—so kind, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. From answering our million questions to making sure the day ran perfectly, they were there for us every step of the way. If you’re looking for a wedding spot that feels warm, intimate, and totally stress-free, we honestly can’t recommend River Road Venue enough. It was perfect.

I had the pleasure of attending a close friend's wedding at this gorgeous venue. Everyone was incredibly accommodating and made everything run smoothly, ensuring every detail was taken care of. (shout out to Kaitlin B. who was a delight!) I couldn’t have imagined a better experience for my friend and I will definitely keep them in mind for myself in the (hopefully!) near future.

My wife and I had our wedding here two weeks ago (6/27/26), and honestly, it was one of the best experiences we've ever had! We were put in a really tough situation when our original venue was destroyed by a tornado just two months before our wedding. At that point, we thought there was no way we'd find a place that was just as beautiful and big enough for all of our guests. Thankfully, my now-wife found The Reserve, and we immediately scheduled a meeting with Lindsay. From the moment we met her, we could tell she genuinely cared about us and understood what we were going through. She gave us a tour, answered all of our questions, and made us feel confident that everything would work out. We also got to meet the rest of the staff, and they were incredibly accommodating. Since we had already booked all of our vendors, they were willing to work with us and help make the transition as smooth as possible. On top of that, the venue itself is absolutely beautiful. It has everything you could want, a great cocktail patio, an elegant ballroom and foyer, and a gorgeous chapel. We weren't able to use the chapel for our ceremony because of church requirements, but we still took a ton of pictures there! The biggest highlight, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and focused on making sure everything ran smoothly. They took great care of us and our guests, and it really showed throughout the entire day. We always joked that after everything we went through, we'd never want to plan another wedding again. But if we ever had to do it all over, we'd choose The Reserve without hesitation. Their services were great. The venue is breathtaking.

We had the honor of having our wedding reception at Park City Club. It couldn't have been more perfect! Hala is an exceptional lady. Not only is she kind, knowledgable, and professional, she is an absolute joy to know! She listened so attentively, and made sure we had everything we desired - to the littlest details. On the night our reception, not only was the view gorgeous, but the room was aglow with absolute beauty!! I was amazed at how Hala and the club had it decorated to absolute perfection. The night went so smoothly, and as bride and groom, we got to relax, have FUN, and enjoy every single second! Guests commented at how beautiful and perfect everything was. And I must mention - the food. Oh, the delicious food... If you like mashed potatoes, have the mashed potato bar! And if you're a chocolate lover, the chocolate fountain is oh so decadent. Park City Club is in a class of its own, and it makes for a stunning (and dreamy) place to have a wedding reception. :)
