My daughter was married at Aristide in Colleyville and the wedding was magical! Exceeded our expectations. The entire process from the planning to the day of was pleasant and smooth. The experience was everything my daughter hoped for. The staff was professional and extremely helpful. The wedding venue was absolutely gorgeous, DJ was so. much fun and the food was fantastic. All of our guest had great time. Totally recommend this venue!

Whitney was an incredible help throughout the planning process and on my wedding day! She ensured everything ran smoothly and went out of her way to accommodate our families. She was very responsive and kind to work with and incredibly patient to answer any and all questions from me and my mom during planning meetings or via texts and emails. On the day of, Whitney even helped glued bows back onto our seating chart that had fallen off during transportation. She coordinated all vendors and ensured everything that was supposed to go home with our families made it back with them after our send-off. Whitney was awesome to make sure we stayed on track but did not overwhelm us with a strict schedule to enjoy the flow of the day. She also made sure we were given dinner and samples of the passed apps as well as drinks. Overall, I loved working with Whitney, and the Aristide venue was beautiful! However, DO NOT USE DESIGNHAUS FLORIST through Walters Wedding Estates. I delayed writing this review hoping time would settle some of the negativity from my experience with DesignHaus as my wedding florist, but they disappointed so badly that I feel I need to warn future Walters brides. The planning experience was very difficult with DesignHaus. They were uncommunicative at several points, and I felt passed around between contacts. When I received my original proposal, I thought I accidentally received another client's proposal by mistake. It was bright pink and green after we had discussed dark pinky reds, corals, peach, orange, and blush accents. We said no white, no greenery, and wanted only warm tones to complement the moody gold accents, black satin ribbons, and candles. Also, since they brought it up, I said no to fuchsia and no to dusty rose. Once I was assigned to Becky Neal, I thought things were going in a better direction. She was very patient to walk through reworking the inaccurate proposal I had been sent the first few times over a Google meet with shared screen. We exchanged several emails to verify we were on the same page about my vision. I even asked to meet in person and drove up to the Design Center to have my final meeting with Becky in person. We clarified repeatedly in emails, meetings, and in person that there should be no fuchsia. I do not like fuchsia and did not understand why it was brought up multiple times. On wedding day, when I walked into the reception, my table floral arrangements were mostly fuchsia with giant hydrangeas sprayed fuchsia. The spray was a very sloppy job that was clearly sprayed and not natural. The signature flower was supposed to be a coral or pinkish red dahlia. There were dusty rose sprayed dahlias in the flowers on my wedding day. The main table arrangements were so bad that multiple people asked me who my florist was and everyone who asked it was in a negative way. I was told by more than one person how surprised they were at the florals because they were so bizarre and not at all my vision. I am so disappointed in how DesignHaus handled my wedding flowers. Beyond the complete disregard for my color scheme, DesignHaus also was disappointing in delivering the flowers to the ceremony venue. We paid an extra fee for the florist to deliver the corsages, bouquets, and boutonnieres to our off-site ceremony venue. When we arrived at the church, the corsages and bouquets were sitting on a table randomly that we found. The boutonnieres were also left not given to the groomsmen, so all the groomsmen pictures are without the flowers we paid for. My husband told me that they later found them and put them on themselves right before the ceremony. They were a mess and some sideways. My bridal bouquet had fuchsia and dusty rose and other random colors we did not discuss or if we did, we specifically said to exclude. I am very sad in how the DesignHaus handled my wedding florals and strongly advise against using them.

The Aristide made our wedding planning easy! We used all their recommended/in house vendors which made our lives so much easier! We were able to remain stress free during wedding planning. Our appointed wedding planner ensured everything was seamless and organized. She helped us choose our wedding cake/desserts, food, bar options! We were able to remain in budget while still having the wedding we wanted! The whole team was kind and our planner was always responsive to our questions.

We had such a great experience with Whitney at Aristide Colleyville! She clearly loves her job and goes above and beyond to make every detail perfect! As the mother of the bride; I was at ease knowing that Whitney was always on top of making sure the wedding day ran smoothly and on time! She ran the rehearsal quickly and efficiently. She had the wedding party’s full attention and made sure everyone was clear on their roles. As ceremony time approached - she knew exactly how many guests had shown up and much longer we all had until “Go time!” You can not go wrong with this venue- I hope you are lucky enough to get Whitney as your coordinator!!🩷 We miss her already!!
