Working with Kathy from Pink Lillie Planning was by far one of the best decisions I made on my wedding. Throughout my engagement she was in contact with me to keep me in line to ensure I made all the deadlines to complete certain tasks when I should. She was always easy to contact either by a phone call, email or a text. The month prior to the wedding she began coordinating with all of my vendors to ensure everything the day of the wedding went as smooth as possible. The week prior to my wedding we were hit hard by hurricane Matthew. She recontacted all vendors to make sure they would still be there and that our venue had power. She did an immense amount of work and assistance to us prior to and the day of our wedding. Kathy and her daughter were a complete joy to work with. Overall I would say this was money VERY well spent. I would recommend her to anyone looking a fantastic wedding planner.

When first starting the wedding planning process, the idea of needing a wedding coordinator seemed silly and something that I could easily "DIY". My fiance, however, was very set on having one and so I decided to contact Kathy of Pink Lillie Planning to see what it was all about. At the first consultation she asked me so many questions about our future Big Day that I had yet to even think of. Needless to say, we signed our contract right then and let Kathy begin to work her magic of the details while we focused on the "big" things. Of course we later found out that all of the details she orchestrated into place, were the backbone of all the "big" things we had planned.

The last month before the wedding was certainly the most stressful and chaotic time as a bride but Kathy quickly responded to all of my emails and texts to kick butt behind the scenes. She contacted all of the vendors to ensure contract details and finalized our day-of timeline. Then as the wedding day finally approached, we watched as Kathy and her assistant made our dream wedding come alive. She arrived early for both the rehearsal and the day of, carrying what seemed to be a Mary Poppins' emergency kit. Everything you could think of was in this kit, almost making me wish there was an emergency just so I could use it!

Of course there were plenty of hiccups that Kathy and her assistant came to the rescue for, and plenty more that I'm sure I didn't know about. As we celebrated throughout the reception, I would turn around and my wine glass would suddenly be refilled. She would quietly ask if we were ready for the cake-cutting, bouquet toss, etc. and if we weren't ready just yet, she could adjust the whole timeline at the snap of her fingers.

Moral of the story, Kathy of Pink Lillie Planning is a miracle worker and I would strongly recommend her to any bride, (especially if they are a detail-

Kathy and her team were wonderful to work with! I am so grateful I had her support for day-of event coordination. She was very thorough in reaching out to vendors, ensuring the timeline was in place, and coordinating the rehearsal the night before the wedding. She was easy to reach via email and phone, and very responsive to my questions and anxieties about the reception. I wasn't originally sold on the idea of hiring a day-of wedding coordinator but it was SO worth it - and I definitely recommend Pink Lillie planning!

Pink Lillie Planning was worth every penny! I was not one of those brides that wanted to obsess over every detail. We were going out of the country just prior to the reception so we needed someone hands on to take control. Kathy, with Pink Lillie Planning, far exceeded our expectations. She did so many things above and beyond what you would expect from a standard wedding planner. The event was beautiful and everything went smoothly! She had everything handled & kept me well informed. Very organized & had lists of to-do items to ensure nothing was missed. She brought an emergency bag of items just in case something went awry on the big day. On the day of the event all we had to do was show up and enjoy the day! (Believe me - You can't put a pricetag on what that does for your sanity). Kathy was always available and I never felt like I was a bother. If I had to do it all over again, I would certainly use them again! You won't be sorry that you did :)

After going through the wedding process, the advice I would give someone is that a wedding planner is a LIFE SAVER!!!!! Pink Lillie Planning was amazing! They were always there when I needed help and guidance. The reason I chose Pink Lillie Planning over the other three planners I interviewed was because they was more hands on and attentive than the other agents who just worked at a wedding planning agency. She responds extremely quickly and went above and beyond! We could not have done it without them!!!

Kathy was a life saver helping to plan our wedding and making sure everything went smoothly. She is wonderful to work with. Anything I needed help with, she was right there without any hesitation! I would recommend her to anyone looking for an event planner.

Where would I have been on my wedding day without these wonderful ladies?!? They not only fixed and organized my reception when I had only an hour left to get ready and be at the alter but they also came running when I called them for last minute oopsies! These two ladies have been outstanding, hardworking and VERY VERY patient! They had some of the best ideas and strategies when I had no clue where to start! My wedding day could not have been better!!

Kathy and her daughter make a great team. Hired them for day-of coordination. Kathy fielded all our questions, and those both sets of parents sent, and gave advice on a variety of things leading up to the wedding through e-mail, such as what a reasonable cost for the area would be for various services, and timing and wording advice on invitations and STDs. She provided checklists and made sure nothing was forgotten. She talked with the venue, making sure they had all the information they needed, and helped pace the reception so that we got to everything that should happen (speeches, bouquet tossing, etc) during a fairly short reception timeframe. She also arranged with the vendors of when to arrive, where to go, and made sure someone was there to meet them. Also oversaw to make sure everything got cleaned up at the end. As a bride, I didn't have to worry about anything logistical on the day of the wedding. Thanks for the wonderful help!

I never thought that a wedding planner would be worth it, but Kathy made me totally change my mind. So glad I had her there to keep me totally stress free day of! She helped with everything before-hand and then day of she took care of everything from setting up, to dealing with all the vendors and cleaning up afterwards. Well worth the cost!
