My daughter and her husband are foodies. When planning their wedding they wanted to be sure that the appetizers and dinner would be an outstanding and memorable experience for their guests. They choose Pine Valley Market and it was AMAZING!

From the moment the cocktail hour began and the appetizers were served our guests were raving about the food. The sit down dinner for approximately 170 people was served at the perfect temperature. Throughout the dinner everyone was talking about how delicious the food was. ( They are still talking about it!) Guest kept saying that this was not wedding food but like going to a first class dinner. We heard over and over about how the food was so fantastic and that they had never had food like this at a wedding.

Christi from Pine Valley Market is professional, accommodating, knowledgeable and an outstanding chef. She works with an amazing group of people who are team players. The food is fresh, cooked perfectly, priced fairly and presented beautifully!

I am so happy that my daughter and her husband choose Pine Valley Market for their special day. We all highly recommend Pine Valley Market and plan to use them for future events. They are PERFECTION!!!

If you haven’t had Pine Valley Market’s food in general - do yourself and friends a favor and stop by! They also have prepped meals to go that are a great gift idea. Christi catered my wedding and I could not be any happier with the delicious food AND service! Her attention to detail is unremarkable and her staff follows suit. I’m looking forward to my next event to hire Pine Valley to cater! You will NOT regret using Pine Valley for any event!

WOW, we wish we could have Pine Valley Market cater the rest of our lives haha. They have been the most incredibly kind, helpful, and TALENTED people to work with. Good catering was my husbands top priority for our wedding, and Pine Valley Market far exceeded any expectations we may have had for catering. We are so thankful for everything the PVM team did for us, and we can’t recommend them highly enough.

Pine Valley was a no brainer. We love their food. Renee and Christie are great to work with and provided wedding planning advice that was awesome that went beyond the catering aspect of the night. We had a family style dinner and got multiple compliments on the quality of the meal along the lines of "the food was amazing... not just wedding food good but really really good like you were out at a great restaurant." Just go ahead and book them. You will not be upset :)

Working with Pine Valley was one of the best decisions we made in wedding planning! Not only were Christy and Renee incredible to work with in the months and days leading up to our wedding, but they did not disappoint in the quality of both the food and service on our wedding night either! SO many of our guests complimented our wedding as having "the best food they've ever had." We loved the variety of their menu and how customizable everything was. And personally, I could eat their Mac n cheese every day for the rest of my life and not get tired of it. :) As a wedding photographer myself, I will be recommending Pine Valley to all of my future brides and grooms in the area! Thank y'all so much for making our day so amazing!

As we left our tasting at Pine Valley Market, it was easy for my (now) husband and I to make our wedding catering decision. It was love at first taste.
We had eaten breakfast before our tasting because we thought we were simply sampling food - we thought we would get a bite of this a bite of that, and then we would be on our merry way. As the two of us sat down at the table at PVM, we could quickly see what a mistake we had made in eating before we came. PVM spread out a wide assortment of their most popular dishes for us to sample - they were all delicious! The staff were warm, friendly, and open to all of our questions. It was apparent that they had a passion for the work that they do. We left PVM with a bag full of leftovers and the satisfaction of knowing we had secured a great caterer for our big day.
Flash forward to our wedding day -
PVM was courteous and professional, and served the best food. Our guests are STILL raving about the sweet tea brined chicken and that mac & cheese. A staff member brought cocktail hour food to Cody and I while we were getting our family photos taken, making sure we were able to experience every aspect of our wedding.
For dinner, Cody and I decided on the buffet style meal. PVM presented our meals to us at the head table, ensuring we were able to eat (a task easier said than done on your Big Day) and enjoy the fruits of our labor. They also delivered cake to our seats after we finished our cake cutting ceremony and were headed back to our seats.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience with PVM and would highly recommend them for your Big Day!

When we booked our venue, we were given options of several local caterers for our wedding, one being Pine Valley! Christi and the entire PVM team came highly recommended, and the option to do family style was exactly what I was looking for! The first time we met with Christi, my parents and I were absolutely blown away by her professionalism and knack for knowing exactly what guests want when they come to a wedding! Since our wedding was at the end of July, Christi was able to tailor our menu to fit the appetites of summer wedding guests! Additionally, we did our beer and wine through PVM, and were so happy we did. Along the way, Christi was able to give wonderful advice about the setup of our venue, and made sure that we were all set with what we would need for seamless service! Our guests RAVED about the food and service of our wedding! Four months later, and I still hear all the time how much everyone loved the food at our wedding! Christi and the entire PVM team are truly the best in the business, and if you are in the market for a wedding caterer, you won’t find anyone better! PS: If you’re considering doing the Carolina Sundae, I can safely say it can be done in a wedding dress LOL!

Not sure why you would go with any other caterer! Christie is awesome- you can tell she works hard and does an amazing job! I was very concerned about the food at our wedding until we went to our Pine Valley tasting – everything tasted amazing and was presented beautifully- exactly what I wanted for our wedding. Christie took the time to walk through the different options of serving: Buffet, Stations, Family Style, and Plated. While her thoughtful opinion we were able to lock down our menu almost immediately. Everyone at the wedding expressed their love of the appetizers, and meal- her team did an excellent job calling tables and making sure we were served and taken care of. All our compliments to Christie and the Pine Valley Market Team!

Christi and her team at Pine Valley Market were amazing! The food was incredible and my guests couldn't stop raving about it. From the minute we met Christi at the tasting, she made me and my family feel like we were her only client. Her and her team are simply the best!
