Amazing food and staff!

Diamond catering did an excellent job for our wedding. We were so grateful for the kindness and professionalism of the staff throughout the night. They really took intentional care of us and all who attended. All of the food was excellent. I will hire again for any catering event I hold in the future.

Hire Them!! It will be your easiest and best decision of wedding planning

Very reasonably priced and they go above and beyond catering expectations. They take care of the entire bridal party from the moment they get there and throughout the night. We were brought drinks to bridal suites and waters delivered to the beach after ceremony and they even brought our cocktail appetizers plated for us on to the beach so we could eat and finish pictures. I could not have asked for any better company and you will not regret using them for any event.

Amazing!

I could not have asked for better catering! They were amazing throughout the entire process not only was the food delicious but there service was amazing the staff and bar tenders were great we had 120 guests and there was not a long at the bar all night because of how organized they were and how great the service was. Steve was so helpful with everything from food to vendor suggestions to timeline truly an amazing person to have and really cares about the couple and the guests! The prime rib was the best my husband and I have ever had the sides and apps were all wonderful! They truly made my day so much less stressful! I highly recommend them!

My wife and I were truly delighted with the outstanding service provided by Diamond Food Enterprise for our wedding, held in Wilmington, NC. Our experience with this company was nothing short of exceptional, and we could not have asked for a better partner to cater our special day.

What stood out the most was the personal attention we received from the owner. Amid the hustle and bustle of a wedding, it's all too easy for the bride and groom to get swept up in the proceedings and forget to take care of themselves. The owner, however, went above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of. He made a point to serve us food and water whenever he could, a gesture of thoughtfulness that we greatly appreciated. His attention to detail and dedication to service truly set Diamond Food Enterprise apart.

Amazing Experience with Diamond Food!

Steve and his team were the most amazing caterers one could ever ask for! We had tons of questions/food concerns, which they tentatively answered and were accommodating throughout the process. We met with the head chef for a food tasting and were astounded by the quality of the southern buffet meal we chose. During the reception, Steve and his team took great care of our guests, especially with my wife and I. We got many compliments of the food and the treatment from his team. We highly recommend Diamond Food Enterprises for any catering needs one might have! You can never go wrong with Steve and his team!

Beyond grateful for this company!!

Steve and his staff were absolutely phenomenal this weekend at our wedding. We had about 80 people and everyone mentioned how amazing the food tasted and how beautiful the presentation was. The staff never let us go without a drink or food. It was such a sweet gesture considering we barely had time to stop and think. We felt so bad for having the bartender exposed to the cold weather all night, but he never let it affect his mood or service. I even changed menu and details numerous times, and every single time Steve was so sweet, understanding, and accommodating. I couldn’t be more thankful that we found them to cater our event.

Excellent service & Delicious Food

We hired Diamond Catering for my niece's wedding that took place on 11/6/2021. We were familiar with the company, and they did NOT disappoint! The staff was fun, funny, professional, and good sports about working in less than ideal conditions. The food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend using Diamond Catering for all of your catering needs!! Thanks DC for making my niece's wedding day extra-perfect!

Delicious food, incredible staff!

Steve and his team are absolutely the best. The food was incredible, the staff was so professional and so kind, and everything went off without a hitch! People are still talking about how good the food was! Steve was so willing to work with us, even though our plan was a bit non-traditional and he knocked it out of the park! They even went out of their way to be sure my fiance and I had food. Such a kind touch! 100% will use them again if we ever have any catering needs and will recommend them to anyone who is interested. They made everything so easy, and that is the best compliment a bride can give on her wedding day! Thank you to Steve and his team! You will not be disappointed in the least if you go with Diamond!
