Best bang for the buck! We had plated dinners for our wedding with two meal choices, the salmon and the petite beef tender. To this day, our guest have been raving about the beef tender. My husband and I even enjoy a plate of leftovers a few days after the wedding and it was STILL juicy and flavorful. The Thyme Savor team was very helpful through the whole planning process and made the catering part a breeze. We highly recommend them!

No one was disappointed at the wedding on how our cocktail or dinner hour went! Food was amazing and staff was extremely accommodating!

My daughter and her husband are foodies. When planning their wedding they wanted to be sure that the appetizers and dinner would be an outstanding and memorable experience for their guests. They choose Pine Valley Market and it was AMAZING! From the moment the cocktail hour began and the appetizers were served our guests were raving about the food. The sit down dinner for approximately 170 people was served at the perfect temperature. Throughout the dinner everyone was talking about how delicious the food was. ( They are still talking about it!) Guest kept saying that this was not wedding food but like going to a first class dinner. We heard over and over about how the food was so fantastic and that they had never had food like this at a wedding. Christi from Pine Valley Market is professional, accommodating, knowledgeable and an outstanding chef. She works with an amazing group of people who are team players. The food is fresh, cooked perfectly, priced fairly and presented beautifully! I am so happy that my daughter and her husband choose Pine Valley Market for their special day. We all highly recommend Pine Valley Market and plan to use them for future events. They are PERFECTION!!!

We had Jerry's cater the rehearsal dinner. It was great! The food was excellent and the servers were fantastic! They always made sure everyone had a full drink, they send plenty of appetizers around, and there was a ton a food. They were very professional!

Yanni and the staff at Paella Fusion are absolutely wonderful! They delivered exceptional catering service at my wedding during the cocktail hour and dinner to around 150 people. Their food is beyond delicious! Mini Quesabirrias, 3 different types of street tacos, along with rice, beans, and chips and salsa were served! The food was a hit for all the guests! Yanni was so thoughtful and easy to work with throughout the whole planning process. She did everything to make catering at my wedding absolutely perfect! I highly recommend Paella Fusion for any catering event! Thank you Yanni!!!

My wife and I used Spoonfed to cater our wedding and we were so impressed with them throughout the entire process. Susan and her team created a custom menu to match our food preferences and dietary preferences and everything was spectacular - when we had our tasting we had no notes for them! I really appreciate their creativity, reliability, and skill. Also, I thought it was great they incorporated seasonal ingredients into the menu. We were so complimented on the food at our wedding (seriously, all our guests have mentioned how great the food was COUNTLESS times), and leading up to the big day I had no doubts that the catering team would do an amazing job. Excellent service and friendly staff, thanks again Spoonfed!!

Anna made our elopement reception such a wonderful event. She took the time to listen to us discuss the foods we love, the intolerances we have and crafted a menu to remember. I highly recommend her if you want an intentional meal for a special occasion. And the leftovers were just as delightful!

We hired Sprinkles for our wedding in Southport at the Community Building. Wes was responsive and helpful leading up to the wedding day. Our guests loved the ice cream truck, and we got some fun pictures with it.

SUCH good food! And excellent service! We wanted non-traditional wedding food (aka low quality flavor that no one likes) and Casey's really delivered with great, Southern style cooking!

We cannot recommend Shannon with In Good Spirits Events highly enough! From start to finish, she exceeded every expectation we had for a wedding planner. As we were new to the Wilmington area, we relied heavily on her vendor recommendations, and every single one was exceptional. On our wedding day, Shannon ensured everything ran seamlessly. When rain threatened to move our entire event indoors, she handled the situation with total professionalism and calm — and somehow worked absolute magic to keep everything beautiful and on track. Because of her, I was able to be fully present and truly enjoy every moment of our day. My bridesmaids even commented on how relaxed I was while getting ready, and that’s entirely because I knew Shannon had everything under control. If you are looking for a wedding planner who is organized, responsive, and genuinely cares about making your day perfect, Shannon is the best decision you will make. Our wedding would not have been the same without her!
