Anna started her career in the culinary industry in 2002 and has been crafting beautifully-catered events ever since. Anna continues to use locally-sourced and organic products to curate colorful and festive wedding menus. Although she is a classically trained French Chef capable of a multitude of cuisines, Anna specializes in vegetarian and vegan dishes made with organic ingredients.

Prior to the wedding day, Anna works with her clients to create custom menus that are tailored to each couple's palate and themes. She offers a three-day wedding package, which includes a family- or buffet-style rehearsal dinner, custom hors d'oeuvres, a reception dinner, and a day-after brunch. Anna can provide delivery, setup, and cleanup services to ensure you and your partner remain as stress-free as possible on the day of your wedding. The catering company also offers a bar service, which includes a bartender, specialty wine, a signature drink, and a champagne toast.
