Pam went above our expectations with her food for our wedding. In our planning stage, she gave us a variety of sample menus and options for dinner. We were on a tight budget and she did a great job of providing us with amazing options and still staying within our budget. Our guests raved about the food and still do when we talk about the wedding! I highly recommend mini tomato pies and the grouper bites for appetizers and for dinner, the crab cakes were amazing! Pam and her staff were a pleasure to work with and have at our wedding. We wanted our wedding food to be one of the highlights of our day and she did just that!

Pam is awesome to work with! We had to postpone our small April wedding until June due to the pandemic, and she stuck with us through finding a new venue and date. She has extensive experience in the industry, often providing suggestions or guidance when we weren't sure how to address some of the challenges that arose with postponing a wedding. We originally were just going to have the reception catered, but Pam worked with us to provide the rehearsal dinner and a brunch the morning after the wedding. This was a perfect solution given a lot of restaurants were still closed and took a lot of stress/worry away about meals for our guests.
She is also very responsive and communicates well - any questions I had she quickly answered. She is quite reachable; we often texted/emailed about decisions or chatted on the phone if it was more in depth.
Our guests commented on how tasty the food was several times. We would definitely use Pam again in the future!

Pam is kind, professional, fair, and put up with a lot of nonsense from my church coordinator at the time, with grace and a maturity. She did exactly what she said she would do, and everything was just beautiful, and tasted wonderful!

From day one of speaking with Pam she kind of had an attitude. Up until this point every vendor I was in touch with was kind and sweet and tried to help. There was a miscommunication about the payment being made by my husband and she sent me 2 emails, one actually on the 12th, stating that if we didn't pay by 5pm on the 12th that there would be a 20 % increase on our items. Not until the afternoon of the 13th did she actually call me. As soon as I answered my phone the mean unprofessional speech started. At one point she asked if she just needed to speak with my now husband. So once I handed him the phone she started in on him. At one point with him actually having to tell her what she was saying was uncalled for and that she just needed to calm down and it would be handled. I hadn't realized that it hadn't been paid until that phone call. Then I went back and checked my email. If you want someone with a surly attitude then by all means go with her. If not go with someone else. I was ok with the beginning attitude but the way she handled herself towards the end was awful. Oh and do not order the chicken marsala. It was awful and tasted nothing like any marshland I've ever had. The crab cakes and pasta were good though and the tea that was on the list never made it either. Marianne from Neuse Breeze actually made some and brought it out. **update** After the response to my review I want to make it clear that at one point I actually had to call Pam and ask about how to pay because I was getting automated replies. The number she called me on has been my cell number since 2009 as well as my husbands and has not changed. I apologize for not knowing about a death in the family that caused a terrible attitude. I was in the process of getting out of the military and going through medical and the VA with Fibromialgia and migraines and was still cordial and nice even when spoken to like a child. I understand being stressed out....

Did not pay me the amount agreed upon. Is unresponsive because she knew she was wrong.
