Poor Piggy's BBQ Food Trucks & Catering is a Wilmington, North Carolina-based wedding catering company. It was the first Food Truck in the region, providing catering services for weddings and other events. They now have three Food Trucks and specialize in smoked meats, which include barbeque, beef brisket, chicken, and dry-rubbed ribs, in addition to traditional southern sides. All meats are pit cooked at low temperatures over hickory for a true NC experience . In addition to the Food Trucks, Poor Piggy’s also provides Full Service Traditional Style catering services, delivery of Self Service Buffets (perfect for smaller parties) as well as catering with the Food Truck in and around the Wilmington region.
