I had a good experience with Personal Touch Limos. I met with the owner and he showed me their car selection. I booked a regular limo and a party bus. I had a lot of traveling between states for my wedding (1 hour or so drive two times) and they were on time for pick up and as quick as possible in a high traffic location. My limo driver went above and beyond in the church helping with my veil/train. I would recommend.

Joe's drivers where very nice and treated me and husband and my girls in the other limo and that driver were great to will use them again they were the best and the price was great to ..........................

The vintage car broke down on way to church and it had no AC. Bus was small.

Hired the company for a wedding. Owner is extremely rude but through a mutual friend/employee of the company I still went with them. Driver we had: Anthony. Moments before I am about to get married, my officiant asks me "whats wrong with your limo driver, hes not letting the bride out of the limo". I had no idea what to say.

Prior to this event, it was requested and agreed upon that the limo driver would make multiple trips to shuttle guests from the hotel to the venue. Anthony was provided with a detailed itinerary with all the details of the trips he would be making throughout the day. From the hotel to the venue, which should of been a 10 minute drive, was a 30 minute drive. While he was driving, it took Anthony 5 minutes just to get out of the parking lot. He kept hitting the curb at least 5 times and backing up constantly to maneuver the limo.

When we finally got to the venue late, I confirmed Anthony would be driving back to the hotel to pick up the remaining guests. Anthony then looked down at the ground and murmured in disappointment... then proceeded to walk inside and take a 15 minute bathroom break while my guests were waiting at the hotel. After his bathroom break, while I was standing in the reception taking wedding photos, Anthony wanted to settle the bill for the limo... The guests ended up Ubering to my reception which defeats the purpose of hiring this company.

The champagne was hot and the ice was in big blocks. I never write reviews but this was beyond unacceptable. Hire the company at your own risk.

My wedding was this past week and all I can say is beware! If you’re a bride the last thing you want is for things to go wrong and thanks to this company it did! Messed up the addresses of pick up drop offs after went over contracts several times! They were asking ME where to go! Got the church completely wrong! Then they split up my bridal party and when I asked them to fix it they completely blew me off and was so RUDE! Horrible! Ruined my time after the church.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We booked them for our wedding in July. They gave us a good deal for our limo and party bus. That is the only nice thing I can say! To any future bride and groom, my advice to you is not to choose Personal Touch! Saving money was not worth the stress and aggravation they put us through!! The were an HOUR LATE picking up the grooms men!!!!!! This is completely inexcusable! My husband called several times and the driver kept saying he was on his way, close to the exit, etc. but he was lying. We do not live far from the limo company and there wasn't any traffic at the time. As a result, we were ALL late to the church and my wedding ceremony was almost an hour late as well!
The limo drivers did not wear suits and instead of helping us line up in the church and holding the doors, they were outside on the phone and smoking cigarettes!!!
On the way to the reception hall, my husband had to stand near the front of the bus to make sure the driver didn't get lost because he didn't trust the driver after the earlier fiasco! So he didn't enjoy the party bus at all! It was 92 degrees that day and he didn't have the AC on for us when we got in the bus -my sister in law is 8 months pregnant! One of my bridesmaids called the company right from the bus and miraculously it was turned on. Really you don't know enough to turn on the AC yourself??!!
I missed most of my cocktail hour because we were busy taking pictures so I wasn't able to see how pretty everything looked at my hall or enjoy the food. I had about 10 minutes to get bustled and freshen up before we were announced in!!! I wouldn't say that my wedding day was ruined because everything else was so great but this company is AWFUL!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!
