Their knowledge of events, catering, design, floral, and coordination was invaluable - they provided us with so much advice and guidance through our entire planning process. They went above and beyond to make our vision feel like a priority, no idea was too crazy, and they were super fun to work with.

In the end, our wedding day went beyond our vision and exceeded expectations (something that rarely happens for a dreamer like me). The floral design they provided was stunning. They made the day flow seamlessly, provided a calm and supportive energy, and are just really great people all around.

I appreciated their availability and positive attitude they demonstrated through all of our last minute questions (coming from both me and my dad), and instead of feeling like I was pestering them, it felt like I was communicating with a friend who shared in the excitement of our day.

The Perfect Storm Moments team of Aaron and Amy made our wedding so easy and seamless. We went with their full planning package and floral design. We wanted some non-traditional elements in our wedding, and they were right there, giving us support and excitement for the day to be fully ours and reflective of us. They live up to their name and in my opinion, do kick-ass work for a kick-ass experience for bride, groom, and guests. Their communication was always timely, and all their venue and vendor recommendations were spot-on. To be honest, I have so few photos of the day because I was too busy enjoying the activities Aaron and Amy had helped set up. From the moment we met them, it felt like we were working with our friends to create a meaningful experience.

We were so happy to work with Amy and Aaron on our wedding day! They offered more than just service on the day of, and really helped us get all the final details in place in the weeks leading up so we could focus on being present with family and enjoying the wedding experience. I had absolutely no worries on my wedding day, even though it poured rain! I'm not even sure if there were any fires they were putting out on the day of, which to me is a sign they did an incredible job!

Aaron and Amy were excellent wedding planners. They thought of everything we needed, and had backup plans to their backup plans to make sure everything fell into place. Our wedding day was perfect and stress-free, in large part to their contribution.

Amy and Aaron were amazing to work with as our day-of coordinators. They're responsive and helpful, especially as they handled pretty much all final details and communications. Their recommendations, expertise, and history with other vendors helped to make our day incredibly special. Thank you!!

Amy and Aaron went above and beyond to make sure that I had a flawless day. They are a great team. I was so grateful that Amy could be in multiple places at once coordinating, including near by me when I needed her (she was right there with safety pins on hand when my husband accidentally stepped on my dress during the dancing and ripped it so no one even noticed) and Aaron was able to manage the set up to help keep things moving forward on time. Their expertise and connections with other vendors were also a blessing when due to the pandemic things with the venue went sideways multiple times. Ultimately, they were able to take my vision and recreate it perfectly how I imagined.

Perfect Storm Moments was jus that! PERFECT!!! in every way!!! From the very beginning, everything was smooth, since they were always there calm our nerves when choices were overwhelming. Our wedding day was Flawless, Only hiccup, was the weather and they were amazing when it came to decorating the inside on a blink's notice. It was Beautiful. I wish we were getting married again, because I would definitely recommend them a million times over!!!!!!

I just know that without them, Our wedding would've been a disaster as we had no idea where to start.
There was one meeting, at the venue, where their sweet girl, helped me with my dress options.

Aaron and Amy delivered our perfect wedding while navigating Covid and the birth of their youngest daughter and never missed a beat or a detail. They tactfully managed all our ideas, must haves, suggestions and somehow pulled it all together and kept it a fun experience for the family. While they are the epitome of teamwork and professionalism, more importantly they are truly the nicest people you could ever meet.

Amy & Aaron were invaluable in our wedding journey. Not only did they help us navigate a Covid wedding, they went above and beyond their duties in every step of the way. Our wedding went off without a hitch, and there is no way we could have done it without their constant help & guidance. Both Amy & Aaron are in another league when it comes to coordination, organization, vendor relationships, and overall professionalism. I will be recommending their services to anyone needing a coordinator.

We wanted a wedding day that was uniquely ours, a day that was fun and full of love, and a day that we would never forget. Amy and Aaron made that happen for us. Like many others, COVID-19 tremendously impacted our original wedding plans, leading us to reschedule four different wedding events. But with Amy and Aaron on our team, a very challenging experience was made a lot less stressful. Ultimately we landed on a destination wedding and they took care of absolutely everything; furniture rentals, decorations, communication with vendors, graphic design, RSVP management, timeline creation, navigating the ever-changing weather (and last minute tent installation), floral arrangements, and so much more. Most importantly, they made the entire experience and wedding day enjoyable and unforgettable for both my husband and myself as well as our family and friends.
