We were so happy to work with Amy and Aaron on our wedding day! They offered more than just service on the day of, and really helped us get all the final details in place in the weeks leading up so we could focus on being present with family and enjoying the wedding experience. I had absolutely no worries on my wedding day, even though it poured rain! I'm not even sure if there were any fires they were putting out on the day of, which to me is a sign they did an incredible job! -

Aaron and Amy were excellent wedding planners. They thought of everything we needed, and had backup plans to their backup plans to make sure everything fell into place. Our wedding day was perfect and stress-free, in large part to their contribution. -

Amy and Aaron went above and beyond to make sure that I had a flawless day. They are a great team. I was so grateful that Amy could be in multiple places at once coordinating, including near by me when I needed her (she was right there with safety pins on hand when my husband accidentally stepped on my dress during the dancing and ripped it so no one even noticed) and Aaron was able to manage the set up to help keep things moving forward on time. Their expertise and connections with other vendors were also a blessing when due to the pandemic things with the venue went sideways multiple times. Ultimately, they were able to take my vision and recreate it perfectly how I imagined. -

Perfect Storm Moments was jus that! PERFECT!!! in every way!!! From the very beginning, everything was smooth, since they were always there calm our nerves when choices were overwhelming. Our wedding day was Flawless, Only hiccup, was the weather and they were amazing when it came to decorating the inside on a blink's notice. It was Beautiful. I wish we were getting married again, because I would definitely recommend them a million times over!!!!!!
I just know that without them, Our wedding would've been a disaster as we had no idea where to start.
There was one meeting, at the venue, where their sweet girl, helped me with my dress options. -

When you start planning your wedding, Amy and Aaron of Perfect Storm Moments should be the first people you call - they are hands down the best wedding vendors you could book!
We wanted a wedding day that was uniquely ours, a day that was fun and full of love, and a day that we would never forget. Amy and Aaron made that happen for us. Like many others, COVID-19 tremendously impacted our original wedding plans, leading us to reschedule four different wedding events. But with Amy and Aaron on our team, a very challenging experience was made a lot less stressful. Ultimately we landed on a destination wedding and they took care of absolutely everything; furniture rentals, decorations, communication with vendors, graphic design, RSVP management, timeline creation, navigating the ever-changing weather (and last minute tent installation), floral arrangements, and so much more. Most importantly, they made the entire experience and wedding day enjoyable and unforgettable for both my husband and myself as well as our family and friends.
Words cannot describe our gratitude and appreciation for these two and the level of event expertise, support, and creativity that they provided. Not only are Amy and Aaron great event professionals, they are great friends too! -

My wish for every bride and groom-to-be is that they could work with Amy and Aaron at Perfect Storm Moments!
Their knowledge of events, catering, design, floral, and coordination was invaluable - they provided us with so much advice and guidance through our entire planning process. They went above and beyond to make our vision feel like a priority, no idea was too crazy, and they were super fun to work with.
In the end, our wedding day went beyond our vision and exceeded expectations (something that rarely happens for a dreamer like me). The floral design they provided was stunning. They made the day flow seamlessly, provided a calm and supportive energy, and are just really great people all around.
I appreciated their availability and positive attitude they demonstrated through all of our last minute questions (coming from both me and my dad), and instead of feeling like I was pestering them, it felt like I was communicating with a friend who shared in the excitement of our day. -

Perfect Storm moments are an amazing team! 2020 the year of COVID provided many challenges for planning a wedding and Perfect Storm Moments helps us navigate the challenges flawlessly. We could not have asked for a more perfect duo. Over 50 combined years of experience with hospitality, weddings and events, these two helped us through the thick of it during COVID-19, and we knew we were in good hands. Both Amy and Aaron were very responsive, professional and FUN. They know the city very well, and have a huge network of industry connections. Having them on your team is worth every penny!! -

Aaron and Amy were a dream come true to our Dream Wedding! We owe the most memorable day of our lives together to them both! They are truly TOP-NOTCH professionals in their industry. Having a husband-wife team was the perfect choice for us. Not only did I have superior personal support from Amy, but my husband also had Aaron to lean on for his tremendous support. I wanted as stress-free as possible, elegant, outdoor wedding and I just didn’t have the time and didn’t have a clue where to begin and only had 5 months to plan it. We gave them very little to go with, Rustic, Elegant, the color of bridesmaids’ dresses and the layout of our property. I put all my trust in them and let them take the wheel to do the rest. From the invitation to the decorations, flowers, cake, caterers, DJ they put together the most AMAZING Wedding day for us. It was perfect in every way. Our guests could not stop talking about it, they said it was the most beautiful, well put together wedding they had ever attended. We highly recommend Perfect Storm and look forward to more family events in the future to have Aaron and Amy be a part of.

Having Amy and Aaron of Perfect Storm Moments as our wedding coordinators was the smartest (and most economical!) hiring decision we could have made during our planning, and we would absolutely recommend them to friends and family in a heartbeat! As a couple who felt overwhelmed by the prospect of all the details involved in a 100+ person wedding in West Seattle (with mostly out-of-town guests), Amy and Aaron put us at ease right away and knew we had found the best match for what we were looking for.
They were incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and got results right away in areas that we were struggling or unfamiliar with (chair rentals, transportation, design, etc.) Their connections in the wedding and event industry cannot be understated and have been doing this for years, which allowed them to find vendors right away!
Our wedding day went flawlessly thanks to Amy and Aaron's day-of magic by taking care of all the details and guiding us through the timeline. Such great memories as a result of their help and dedication.
