Ravel Hotel is a luxurious rooftop wedding venue in Long Island City, New York. This sleek and modern venue boasts a sense of elegance that couples and their guests will appreciate. Facilities and Capacity
Ravel Hotel comprises 10 floors, holding both luxurious rooms and indoor and outdoor event spaces, leading up the breathtaking rooftop setting. Located on the first floor is The Grand Ballroom, which boasts a sophisticated, modern aesthetic throughout the area. With over 8,500 square feet of space, up to 350 guests can be seated around the spacious dance floor. Also present is an open-air outdoor terrace, with an open bar and gas fire pits for guests to enjoy the stars in comfort. Also present on the first floor is The Foyer, which is available for cocktail hours, pre-function events, and even intimate ceremonies. Up to 250 guests can stand and mingle in the space, and enjoy the 20-foot-high, floor-to-ceiling windows for an open atmosphere. On the hotel’s sixth floor, couples can exchange their vows in the uniquely designed penthouse venue, The Ravel Rooftop. This restaurant and lounge has a retractable rooftop, glass-constructed indoor area, and a glorious view of the Manhattan skyline as backdrop to your altar. For a panoramic experience, the Ten Rooftop sits on the highest point of the hotel, making an ideal location for sunset celebrations. Couples can exchange their vows beside the private rooftop pool, with views of the cityscape adding to the experience. In addition, you and your loved ones will have a choice of 113 rooms and 10 luxurious suites for a relaxing wedding weekend.

Our wedding weekend and reception at the Ravel Penthouse was magical and couldn't have been as perfect and smoothly run without Ravel Events! My husband and I live out of town and many of our guests and family were also traveling and staying at Ravel. We didn't have a wedding party and wanted a "chill and spontaneous" (how our wedding photographer described us) vibe for our wedding. We looked for a venue that included event planning, meals and day of operations taken care of for us, especially since we lived out of town. Chelsey was our event planner extraordinaire and we completely trusted her to take care of all of the details and planning of the day to the minute! Jadelyn was my bridal attendant and her positive energy and can do spirit really put me at ease - and she's an expert veil pinner! Julissa handled our hotel room block with the responsiveness and flexiblity you'd want for your guests. Our guests raved about the food, especially the sushi and lamb chops, and our fantastic bartenders who executed our signature cocktails with aplomb! On St Patty's day eve, we lucked out with picture perfect spring weather and the NYC skyline views really shone through. I'm obviously still basking in the glow of post-wedding bliss and figured this shout out to Ravel was 100% well deserved. Thank you, Ravel!

Wedding of our dreams!
Eman and the Ravel Team truly made our wedding day a dream come true! From the very first meeting, she understood our vision and worked tirelessly to bring it to life. Overlooking the stunning New York City skyline, the venue was nothing short of magical, and Eman's attention to detail was evident at every turn.
She coordinated everything seamlessly, from the beautiful floral arrangements to the perfect lighting that enhanced the breathtaking views. Eman was always just a call or text away, addressing any concerns we had and providing reassurance throughout the planning process. Her expertise and creativity shone through, making our wedding not only elegant but also uniquely personal.
The day of the wedding, Eman was a calming presence, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Guests were raving about the flow of the event, the delicious catering, and the ambiance she curated. We could truly enjoy our special day without a worry, thanks to Eman's meticulous planning and execution.

Best wedding venue. Ever.
The Ravel was the first wedding venue we checked out and we decided it was the one. We went to one other venue in Brooklyn just to compare, and it was clear that the Ravel was the best for value: no rentals required, 3 separate spaces for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, and they are INCREDIBLE wedding planners.
Our point of contact throughout the wedding process was Chelsey, and the level of service, vision, personalization and professionalism was like a private wedding planner you pay thousands extra for. I gave her a vibe ("secret garden at night"), we wanted it to feel moody and warm, and she put together tables and decor that were honestly beyond my imagination. Chelsey was available all the time, always got back to us, understood our budget and helped us stretch it where it was important, and threw in whatever she could if she could.
We decided to have our ceremony indoors instead of on the rooftop, and we still got the outdoor moment by throwing the cocktail hour in the Penthouse with the roof retracted.
The food was excellent and Chelsey helped us find amazing vendors for everything else we needed (cake was @thesweetpeace, our incredible florist Gus was another referral, and with Chelsey's nudge and vision we also rented chairs to pull the look together).
Thank you Chelsey and the whole Ravel Events team who gave us a fun and beyond beautiful wedding day. 10/10, would 100% do my wedding there again and refer it to anyone who is looking for a special city wedding.
