I cannot say enough good things about this venue and the staff who make it all come to life. The wedding planners are incredible—they truly bring your vision to life and make the entire process seamless and beautiful. All of our guests had amazing things to say and even noted the little details, like how professional everyone was—from the valets and elevator attendants to the bartenders and servers. You will not be disappointed by this venue!!

From our very first phone call, Chelsey was completely on it. She was beyond responsive, incredibly sweet, and always professional. Throughout the entire planning process, I truly believe no other planner would have prioritized us the way she did. She cares so deeply about her couples and consistently goes above and beyond in every possible way.

Chelsey has an amazing ability to truly understand a couple, who you are, what matters to you, and what you envision and then curate an event that feels so authentically you, even better than you could have ever imagined yourself. Her attention to detail, creativity, and dedication are unmatched.

She is an incredible worker, and the entire team was just as exceptional. Everyone was completely on their game, which meant that on our wedding day, I had zero logistical worries. I was able to be fully present and enjoy every moment, knowing everything was handled flawlessly.

As soon my husband and I toured the Ravel Hotel, the decision was easy. We knew immediately that this was where we wanted to get married. From the very beginning to the final moments of our wedding, the experience was absolutely flawless. I cannot say enough about our coordinator, Chelsey Dever, who truly went above and beyond in every possible way. Chelsey was incredibly accommodating and made every single detail spectacular and breathtaking. Throughout the entire planning process, we had countless phone calls and text messages, and she consistently responded within minutes, no matter the time or question. No request was too big or too small. Her level of dedication, responsiveness, and care is truly unmatched. Chelsey was by my side throughout the entire planning journey and even on the wedding day itself, working closely with my bridal attendant, Jadelyn. Together, they made sure everything ran seamlessly, from ensuring I had everything I needed, to helping me change into my second look, to making sure every moment unfolded perfectly. Chelsey even went above and beyond outside of the wedding day. She and her family worked tirelessly to help us with anything we needed, including visiting the Summer Club, helping us secure a cabana the day after our wedding at the Cityside Pumpkin Patch on the Ravel pool terrace, assisting my parents with hotel room arrangements during our tasting, and even personally picking up my wedding cake. Unprompted, Jadelyn captured beautiful photos / reels throughout the wedding, memories I will cherish forever. The level of coordination was incredible. Chelsey worked effortlessly with all of our vendors, including the DJ – Genesis events, who kept everyone on the dance floor all night, the florist – Fiore Designs, who were incredible at bringing my minimalist candlelit reception to life, the photo/video team – JAYLim, and hairstylist – Andria Tobey, who Chelsey personally connected me with about 2 weeks before the wedding! She ensured everyone was aligned and everything ran smoothly. Truly, there was not a single moment that went wrong. As for the venue itself, the views and backdrop of the Manhattan skyline are absolutely breathtaking and unlike any venue I have ever seen. One of my main priorities was avoiding a typical, outdated, carpeted ballroom, and the Ravel is anything but that. With the ability to utilize multiple distinct spaces throughout the venue for each part of the day, the setting alone makes the Ravel truly unforgettable. The food was unreal. Sushi was a must for my husband and me, and the sushi setup exceeded every expectation and absolutely amazing. We received endless compliments from our guests about how incredible the food was. Additionally, the convenience of being able to stay on-site for the entire wedding weekend was a huge plus and made the experience even more seamless and enjoyable. The entire vibe of the wedding was stunning, modern, elegant, chic, and elevated. It was the most perfect fall day. Our guests were completely wowed, and so many told us it was the best wedding they had ever attended. If you are looking for a modern, elegant, breathtaking venue that is not your typical wedding hall, with amazing food and even better coordinators, choose the Ravel Hotel for your wedding. The staff at Ravel was professional, easy to work with, flexible and understanding from the moment we booked until our wedding was over. They were creative and worked with our vendors to ensure we got everything we wanted for our dream wedding while keeping our budget in mind. We were blown away by the end result and how easy everything was on wedding day. Plus, our guests cannot stop raving about the food and the service. If you want a NYC-feel for your wedding, I cannot recommend Ravel enough.

From start to finish we had an amazing experience with Ravel and our coordinator, Eman. She felt like a friend ive known all my life and that made the planning process so much easier and less stressful for me because i felt comfortable talking to her and reaching out for things when needed. We had an early October wedding and planned for 1.5 years to get married on the Ravel roof and 3 days before the wedding a completely freak random Nor'easter was expected to hit NYC. We had to move the ceremony and cocktail hour inside, which I was extremely upset about, but once I walked into the ceremony and saw how Eman and her team transformed the space, all my fears and sadness about not getting married on the roof were gone. Every guest felt like the ceremony looked like something out of Vogue-- it was timeless, chic and so cool. The food the day of the wedding was even better than our tasting we did months prior. Its been 9 weeks since the wedding and friends and family are still RAVING about the food (and the amazing cocktails). We couldn't have even imagined a wedding so beautiful and so fun.

I couldn't have imagined a more perfect wedding day! I had my reception in the Ravel's beautiful penthouse, which has stunning views of NYC and a retractable roof. Guests are still telling me how unforgettable it was! The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the service was incredible. The event ran seamlessly from beginning to end. I have to give special recognition to our event coordinator, Eman. She was truly a lifesaver throughout the planning process and on the wedding day. Eman handled every detail with professionalism, and was such a reassuring presence. Choosing the Ravel was one of the best decisions my husband and I made! I cannot recommend it enough.

A special thank-you goes to Ann and Joe, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the entire day ran smoothly. Whether it was coordinating timing, helping guests, or managing transitions, they handled everything with professionalism and genuine care. We felt so well taken care of, and our families noticed too.

The venue itself is stunning — from the views, THE VIEWS, to the ambiance to the seamless flow of each part of the celebration. But what truly sets The Ravel apart is its incredible team. They made our wedding not just beautiful, but stress-free and joy-filled. Our guests were talking about our wedding for weeks after. All raving about the views, food, cocktail hour, and the overall incredible time they had.

If you’re considering Ravel for your big day, do it. You’ll be treated like family, your vision will be brought to life, and you’ll walk away with memories that feel nothing short of magical.

I had a unique style wedding at the Ravel. Approx. 250 guests for a cocktail style wedding in the penthouse. Eman and her team were so wonderful and helpful from the minute we had the tour to the even weeks after the event. Eman has such an amazing rapport with so many vendors and everytime i spoke to a vendor their response was with excitement that they would be able to work with Eman again and at the Ravel. So many people after my event have booked the same venue to do how flawless the entire party and day was executed. Every guest raved about the food and flow for months after the event. My answer was always "was it really that fun and good?" and they always answered with "I wouldn't go out of my way to compliment it 2 months after if it wasn't!" And I attribute that to the staff that knows this place best. Was such a special weekend and feel like working with Eman was such a wonderful experience. Wish I could do it 10 more times.

We just held our September wedding at The Ravel Hotel, and it was a marvelous experience! 

From the planning, collaboration and vendor management, with Ravel's Event Management team (shout out Eman, Jadelyn, Anna, Joe, Miranda & the whole team!) to the execution of the day itself, it was a remarkably smooth experience. I must commend the Ravel team for being on top of their game, and for being candid while also trying to make our dreams come true. 

As someone who has never planned a wedding before, the Ravel team were patient and helpful every step of the way. They were able to stay within budget, while also making recommendations on how to optimize within budget. (In full transparency, we got married during peak wedding season in terms of costs, but the Ravel team helped us stay within budget.)

The end result was our truly magical East-meets-West wedding, one that earned top reviews from all my guests - many guests said it was the best wedding they have ever attended! The food also deserves endless praise - it is rare to find a venue that does truly delicious in-house catering. Guests also said it was the best wedding food, and I have to agree - especially the appetizer stations, including the sushi bar! Oh, and the after-dinner dessert parade? Bottle service with dessert? I have never seen that in all the weddings I've been to, and it knocked my socks off!

The views from the rooftop and penthouse were glorious, and captivated both out-of-town guests and seasoned New Yorkers. If you're looking for a memorable and unique NYC wedding experience, highly recommend The Ravel Hotel!

I have no words. I would get married at Ravel over and over and over again. We were engaged for 20 months, so it was a long planning process. Chelsey (our coordinator) didn’t miss a beat. She helped us find vendors within our budget, joined all calls with the vendors to help coordinate logistics, and had periodic check-in meetings to make sure we were on schedule. There were ZERO bumps in the road.

The wedding itself - perfect. Our guests are still raving about the food (get the sushi!), the views, and the entire venue. I am still envisioning our room reveal and how spectacular it was. The staff who helped on the day of, were beyond anything I could have imagined. I seriously did not have to lift a finger.

Compared to other venues I think the cost was beyond reasonable and EVERYTHING is included - food, alcohol, linens, a coordinator, a bridal attendant, etc. There are endless options to upgrade and if you want something they don’t have, they will outsource it for you. I was NEVER told no and they worked with my budget to make my dreams come to life.

It was the PERFECT wedding. Do not hesitate to get married at Ravel, it will be worth it.

We fell in love with Ravel the moment we walked in, and Eman gave us the tour. Getting married in Long Island City was really important to us, and we couldn’t have picked a better location. The views were incredible, and we were so close to so many of our favorite spots in the area.

We worked closely with Eman, and she took our little concept of a dream and turned it into a reality, better than we could have imagined. Working with her and the entire team at Ravel was honestly a dream. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. Communication was easy, and we always felt like we were in great hands.

We had about 200 guests, and there was plenty of room for everything from dancing, dining, and just enjoying the night. Our ceremony was on the rooftop in July, and we lucked out with amazing weather; however, we toured on a rainy day in the fall, and even then, the indoor spaces were just as stunning.

They coordinated seamlessly with all our vendors. We used their bridal suite, which was beautiful with cityscape views and super comfortable. At the end of the event, the team packed everything up for us and made sure it all got where it needed to go.

The day of the wedding went so smoothly, and every space, from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception, looked even better than we imagined once it all came together. Our guests are still raving about how great everything was, especially the food (seriously, the food!).

Planning a big event can definitely feel overwhelming, but this entire experience was such a good one from beginning to end. For everything we got, the value was amazing! We’re so grateful we chose Ravel.

My husband and I got married in May 2025 at the Ravel Hotel and we could not have dreamed of a better experience.

We got engaged in November 2023 and started venue hunting shortly after. Since our relationship began in NYC, we were looking for a venue that felt connected to the city— either located in Manhattan or overlooking / with a city-like aesthetic. We had a few tours lined up and Ravel happened to be the first. By the end of the tour we knew we had found our venue and canceled all the others.

After inquiring about the venue, we were quick to meet Eman, who is the event coordinator, but more importantly as we joked (but is true) a magician, a visionary, a saint, and most importantly a friend.

Throughout the planning process, Eman was incredible. She was always composed and finding solutions. It was never a “no” but always “let’s see what we can do”. She led the design of the ballroom and even though we only came to her with a few scattered ideas, she transformed them into the most stunning aesthetic.

On the wedding day, she was everywhere and everything all at once, quietly handling the details and constantly checking in on us. We were also surrounded by a phenomenal team on the day of (Anna, Miranda, and Jadelyn) who were just as excellent as Eman and always making sure things were going smoothly.

The Ravel Hotel gave us a multi-level experience that made each part of the event feel exciting and new while still logistically simple being that everything was within the same hotel. We held our ceremony on the rooftop overlooking the NYC skyline, had cocktail hour in the penthouse, moved to the ballroom for the reception, and finished the night with an after-party back in the penthouse. Each space felt distinct but flowed together beautifully.

The food was unbelievable — better than the menu tasting. We had sushi amongst other things during cocktail hour which was a huge hit. Everyone commented on how great the food was (and how much of it there was). We were also able to bring in Joe’s Pizza for the afterparty to make it a true NYC weekend.

Many of our guests stayed at the Ravel and had great things to say about the spacious, clean, and modestly priced hotel rooms—a huge plus for the 100 or so guests we had traveling in for the weekend.

We are endlessly grateful to Eman and the entire Ravel team and staff. They made our wedding day more than anything we could have ever imagined. It was perfection. If you’re considering this venue, do it. It was the best decision we have ever made.

We hosted our daughter’s wedding in May, 2025 for 150 people at the Ravel. We had an unbelievable experience. We chose the Ravel for many reasons and here are a few 1) use of the full facility and only one wedding being held (ceremony on the roof, cocktail hour in the penthouse overlooking the city and reception in the ballroom, after party in the penthouse 2) the service providers, specifically Eman Amer (Events) and Julissa Espinal (hotel) 3) the food offered (cocktail hour, reception and brunch the day after. We did not have a wedding planner and I managed everything myself so having one location was critical. I would have another wedding there without hesitation.

Everyone we know keeps telling us it was one of the best weddings they had been to in a long time. All of our friends and family had a blast and were blown away at how awesome the venue was. The view of the Manhattan skyline, the incredible decor for the ceremony and reception, the food, the DJ - everything was incredible. I'm definitely biased after playing countless wedding gigs in NJ over the years, and I thought it was incredible. You are quite gifted at what you do.

We were simply blown away by everything at Ravel. The morning of the wedding we made the decision to hold the ceremony indoors because there was a chance of rain in the afternoon. Our vendors had to pivot and set up the foyer for the ceremony and this was no small task. The foyer looked stunning and our ceremony could not have been more romantic. The ballroom is a blank space to create your dream wedding! Our vision became reality and we were absolutely speechless when we saw the room. We could not have asked for more!! There are so many beautiful places for photos too. The NYC skyline is the perfect backdrop for your special day. Our guests were unbelievably impressed by the delicious food, attentive service, incomparable views and beautiful space. Chelsey was fantastic - nothing was too much for her to handle and she executed the day of perfectly, even with a terrible case of laryngitis. Jadelyn, our bridal attendant, was unreal!! We could not have made it through the day without her. We would HIGHLY recommend Ravel for your wedding. You will not regret it.

Its been 3 weeks since my son's wedding took place in March 2025 and I continue to receive calls from family and friends about the incredible experience they and everyone had! The venue on a clear day with the backdrop of the Queensborough Bridge and Manhattan is breathtaking.
The service from the events team led by Chelsea Dever was simply A+ class. I am very grateful to her and the team for making our 3 day event (Hindu wedding, Christian wedding, Henna party) with numerous vendors involved an absolutely memorable event. I didn't have to lift a finger. I highly recommend this venue and Chelsea's team for your next special occasion.

My husband and I held our wedding reception at Ravel on January 19th 2025. After our first Venue visit with Eman, I knew we had found the perfect place. The penthouse was exactly the vibe I was looking for; the perfect space for my cozy chic winter wedding. We were overjoyed with how everything turned out & could not have asked for a better experience.

Eman was the greatest bonus!! I had no idea what I was doing or where to even start, but she jumped right in to help me. I couldn’t recommend having your wedding at the Ravel enough! From the planning to execution, Eman and team were well prepared. They made the planning process as easy and stress-free as possible. They helped with everything from communicating with vendors, to floral/event design, to coordinating the entire day. It truly helped eliminate so much stress. Amidst all of the changes and craziness, their team was flexible and able to account for basically everything. The food was fantastic so many delicious options to choose from for both cocktail hour and the main dinner. You truly can’t beat the breathtaking views on the rooftop and the penthouse. Our guests still continue to tell us how it was one of the best weddings they’ve been to.

The only negative feedback we have is that the pool club only a couple floors away continued to play loud music during parts of our ceremony.

My wedding was the best day of my life, and it’s all thanks to Ravel Events! The food was seriously excellent, with the Chianti braised short ribs being a massive hit among my guests—definitely something you don’t want to miss. We also opted for custom signature drinks, and they easily accommodated our requests, balancing the flavors perfectly.

we toured a handful of wedding venues throughout NJ and NYC and really wanted something unique and different from a traditional ballroom aesthetic. as soon as i met chelsey and saw the space we knew on the spot this was for us. the entire planning process was so seamless. chelsey took my vision and helped make it come to life with the best vendors. the entire team is A+++. Food, alcohol and music were our main priorities and they knocked it out of the park.

We had our wedding here in September and it was absolutely perfect! We worked with Eman to plan everything -- she was incredibly flexible, was able to accommodate all of our requests, and ensured everything was exactly how we envisioned on the day of. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and their big day.

The venue itself is an amazing value for what you get. We had our reception in the Penthouse space and it was so beautiful with the city lights in the background. The space made it feel like one big celebration from start to finish and the events team really encourages a fun party atmosphere. If you want a place that’s both elegant and knows how to throw a great party, this is the spot! Highly recommend!

We got married at The Ravel on 9/27 and could not have picked a better venue. The venue, views, staff, food, communication - everything over-exceeded me and my guest's expectations. The Ravel was the first wedding venue we checked out and we decided it was the one. We went to one other venue in Brooklyn just to compare, and it was clear that the Ravel was the best for value: no rentals required, 3 separate spaces for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, and they are INCREDIBLE wedding planners.

Our point of contact throughout the wedding process was Chelsey, and the level of service, vision, personalization and professionalism was like a private wedding planner you pay thousands extra for. I gave her a vibe ("secret garden at night"), we wanted it to feel moody and warm, and she put together tables and decor that were honestly beyond my imagination. Chelsey was available all the time, always got back to us, understood our budget and helped us stretch it where it was important, and threw in whatever she could if she could.

We decided to have our ceremony indoors instead of on the rooftop, and we still got the outdoor moment by throwing the cocktail hour in the Penthouse with the roof retracted.

The food was excellent and Chelsey helped us find amazing vendors for everything else we needed (cake was @thesweetpeace, our incredible florist Gus was another referral, and with Chelsey's nudge and vision we also rented chairs to pull the look together).

Thank you Chelsey and the whole Ravel Events team who gave us a fun and beyond beautiful wedding day. 10/10, would 100% do my wedding there again and refer it to anyone who is looking for a special city wedding.

We loved having our wedding at Ravel - highly recommend! The different event spaces gave us tons of flexibility to create a custom event that was truly a reflection of us as a couple! We loved having the cocktail hour in the Penthouse - everyone enjoyed the gorgeous open ceiling and cityscape views. We were super lucky it was a beautiful night! And the ballroom for the reception was just so grand! All of our guests also raved about the food - particularly the cocktail hour! Everyone loved the sushi tower.

The whole team at Ravel is so amazing and attentive! Eman, the event coordinator, has an incredible design eye and transformed the foyer and ballroom into something so special for us. Jadelyn, the bridal assistant, was so calm and helpful the day of the wedding - she couldn’t do enough for us and it was truly so appreciated. And lastly Julissa, the hotel lead, went above and beyond to get all of our wedding guests rooms in the hotel. She was very responsive via email and phone for not just us, but our guests as well.

Our wedding was beyond our inspiration and expectations. Eman was so easy to work with. She was so welcoming and warm during this important time in our life. Even when the event was months away, she answered our questions with thoughtful and detailed responses. This event space not only has an amazing event planning team - it also includes catering, bartending, and day-of-staff. We could not have gotten through the day and night without the event managers, bridal attendant, and other staff. We still cannot believe how flawless the day was, but we know it was because of everyone working behind the scenes. We would recommend this venue to anyone who wants their wedding in NYC as the view is breathtaking of the 59th Street Bridge and NYC skyline. Even on one of the rainiest days in March, we had the most amazing pictures and memories made.

We just got married at the Ravel Hotel last Sunday and I am still not over it. I have been looking at pictures and videos obsessively for over a week now. I can not wait for the professional photos. It was truly my dream wedding. The most gorgeous and unique venue overlooking the bridge and the NYC skyline. We had our cocktail hour in the penthouse which offered surreal views. The food was exceptional. My husband and I are major foodies and we have been to a million weddings and have never liked the food. Our foot was really delicious from cocktail hour to the main course and dessert- our guests still raving about it! We worked with Eman who is insanely good at what she does. We knew from the moment we met her that this was our venue and she was who we wanted to work with. She was extremely responsive and helpful through the whole process and I was able to trust her guidance on everything. She killed it!!!! Thank you so much to rockstar Eman and all of the staff at Ravel! It was THE BEST DAY of our lives!!!!

My husband and I had the most wonderful experience with Ravel Events! Our event coordinators, Eman and Chelsey, were so helpful from the very start and really made the entire wedding planning process so much less stressful. The venue is also beautiful - we had our reception in the Penthouse, and we were so wowed by the amazing view of Manhattan. The food was also amazing; we got so many compliments from our guests on how amazing the food was. And on top of everything else, the staff were fantastic! My husband and I are so indebted to our wonderful bridal attendant for looking after us and making sure we were actually able to enjoy our own wedding. From our first tour of the Ravel we knew it was the perfect venue for our celebration and we couldn't be happier with our decision to get married there. Having one venue for the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and a hotel for all our guests made planning substantially easier and the night so much more enjoyable for everyone. The entire staff of the Ravel are incredibly professional, going above and beyond in every aspect of the planning and execution, making this such a special event. Eman surpassed all of our expectations and coordinated every single detail perfectly to ensure a flawless day we'll never forget. She was such integral part of all planning & decisions; she helped guide us along every step of lighting, florals, food, décor, etc.

The day of, our bridal attendant, Jadelyn, was a lovely calming presence that every bride needs on her wedding day. She anticipated every one of our needs, making sure we were fed, happy and knew exactly when to take a breath and appreciate the day.

Our guests raved about everything. The views of the Manhattan skyline during cocktail hour, the food being without question the best they've ever had at a wedding, and the stunning ballroom decorated immaculately to our vision. So many of our guests commented that it was the most spectacular wedding they had ever attended. The rooms at the Ravel were also perfect, especially the bridal suite, where we got some of the best pictures on the balconies overlooking the skyline. It was truly the best day of our lives, and we cannot thank everyone at the Ravel for making our dreams come true!

My experience with Ravel was amazing. Eman was very helpful and friendly. She made it easier to plan my wedding; she recommended vendors for the decor and cake, she even shared places for dresses. She helped accommodate with my budget and we were able to plan my wedding in less than 2 months. My wedding day was more than I expected. Everything was organized and so beautiful. I definitely recommend Ravel and working with Eman.

My fiancée and I were looking for locations that captured the NYC skyline. We took a tour of the event space with Chelsey and knew we had found our venue. Chelsey was such an AMAZING planner. She executed our vision exactly the way we wanted it. An intimate celebration of love. Our guest were in AWE from the moment they walked in. The food, The food, The food!!! Guest are still reaching out about how amazing the food was.
I was so at ease with whole day. My bridal attendant was FABOULOUS. She kept me laughing and fed all day. Chelsey and the RAVEL team are unmatched. The views, food, drinks, and decor made for such a magical night. I'm forever grateful to Chelsey, she gave us the wedding of lifetime.

My partner and I were absolutely amazed with our wedding. We spent the honeymoon discussing all the things we thought went right or what we would do differently, and the venue and Ravel team was 100% in the what went right column.

Eman was our great wedding coordinator and was there through the whole process as well as on-site the day of the wedding.

The team: Eman, Tracy, Jadelyn, Betsy, and the whole team were great to work with, flexible up until the day of and very helpful on calls with our vendors, many of whom had not worked at the venue before. Once the day was in motion everything was seamless - the team was continuously calm, professional, and helpful.

Venue: We visited 9 venues before choosing this one. The site was beautiful on a summer evening with a sweeping view of the Manhattan night. Three distinct spaces (for us the rooftop, observation deck, and penthouse) for ceremony, cocktail, and reception allowed the guests to flow through and experience the wedding. The team of course is very experienced with the space and had plans for city sound, wind, summer heat, and inclement weather backups.

Organization: Ravel has the timing of their weddings down - they recommended us taking photos before the wedding itself, allowing us to spend almost all the time with our guests instead of being caught up with portraits. The team worked with us to accommodate our flow of the ceremony and reception.

The food: the food the night of was even better than the tasting, and we heard many good things from our guests, including “best wedding food I’ve had” and “better than [famous NY steakhouse which will not be named]”. The team worked with us to select personalized cocktails which fit our styles and were flexible in meeting the drink requests of our guests.

Notes: Some things to consider when picking this venue:
The florals don’t have to be 8ft high and covering the space. We went with a simpler look which we thought worked best for us.

Our wedding at the Ravel Hotel was everything we wanted and more! The staff was so attentive and professional the day of our wedding, it felt so calm and organized. They really brought our vision to life! The views from the Rooftop and Penthouse are truly incredible, and our guests are still talking about “the best food they have ever had at a wedding!” We wish we would do it all again!

Before getting married at the Ravel, my husband planned the most perfect engagement on the roof of the venue with the help of Eman. We loved the venue and working with Eman so much that we decided to book our wedding there as well in September of 2023. Words cannot even begin to explain how happy we are with this decision.
Because of Eman, Jadelyn and the amazing team at the Ravel, our wedding was truly the best day of our lives. The team executed perfectly on turning our vision into a reality and we were absolutely blown away by how smoothly everything ran on the day of. We had always planned to get married on the roof because of the spectacular views that it offers, but due to some rain in the forecast, we ultimately decided to get married in the foyer. While this was not part of our initial plan, the foyer helped promote an intimate setting that created a beautiful ceremony. Following the ceremony, our guests were seamlessly transported up to the penthouse for the cocktail hour where they were greeted with stunning views of the Queensboro bridge and Manhattan landscape. It was truly a dream come true. To this day, our guests cannot stop raving about how GREAT the food was – especially the sushi bar! Multiple stations offered a wide variety of options and the staff worked extremely efficiently to minimize wait times. Following the cocktail hour, guests were again seamlessly transported back down to the ballroom for the reception. The ballroom would not have looked the way it did without the help of Eman throughout the entire process. She provided us with trustworthy vendors to make sure that our vision came to life, and everything was executed perfectly. From the florals to the table layouts and the placement of the dance floor we were able to easily fit our 225 guests. We could not have planned this night without the help of Eman and the entire team at the Ravel. Jadelyn, our bridal attendant, went above and beyond to make sure everything was running on time and that all of our needs were met throughout the day and night.
While this review is long, it doesn’t even begin to describe how grateful we are for the team at the Ravel. We cannot recommend the venue enough and we are hoping that one of our friends books their wedding here so that we can attend another one (as a guest this time!). Thanks again to Eman and the team!!

We had the most amazing wedding experience at Ravel. The venue is beautiful. We had our ceremony in the ballroom, cocktail hour in the Foyer, and reception in the Penthouse. The view from the Penthouse with the sunroof open, sun setting, and candles glowing was magical. We could not imagine a better place to have the true NYC wedding we had hoped for. The food and drinks were impressive and the staff was phenomenal.

Eman is fantastic. She guided us through the complicated process of planning a wedding, worked with us for months to define a vision, helped us find great vendors and secure a rehearsal dinner spot, developed a detailed schedule…she helped so much with absolutely every detail. We’re also so thankful to the bartenders, servers, and other staff for making the entire day so special and seamless for ourselves, our family, and our friends.

There isn’t enough stars in this review that could express how happy we are that we picked Ravel. Choosing Ravel as our wedding venue was the best decision we could have ever made. Starting from the venue itself, location, food, entire staff (Eman, Jadelyn, Steven, Betsy) and just overall coordination. It was pure perfection. We could not be happier with the outcome. Our wedding was more than what we could have ever imagined and it’s all thanks to the incredible team at Ravel. All of our guests were raving about the venue and said it was the nicest venue they have ever seen. They were also blown away by the food and just overall flow of the event. The ceremony, reception and cocktail hour was absolutely incredible and we wouldn’t change a thing.

We also wanted to specifically shout out Eman because without her our wedding would not have turned out as perfect as it was. We met Eman during our venue search and she helped us throughout the decision making process and once we signed on she was part of every important decision - whether it was picking a vendor or how we should structure our florals and decor or just overall flow of the event. If you are looking for the perfect NYC wedding location - Ravel is the absolute best there is!

While gathering my thoughts in preparation to write this review, I thought to myself how will I possibly include everything I want to say and will my words be enough to express my true feelings. From the beginning, my now husband, and I knew that we were destined to have our wedding at The Ravel. We looked at one other venue and that night we chucked the pamphlet straight into the garbage. We knew we didn’t need to look anywhere else and our decision was solidified this past weekend when we had the wedding of our dreams. From the views, to the staff, to the vendors, and everything in between I would have not changed a single thing. Chelsey our event planner, who now feels like a close friend, quite literally went above and beyond. There is nothing she is not capable of doing and I feel honored that I was given the privilege of working with her throughout the wedding planning process as well as on the big day. Jadelyn was my bridal assistant and she truly was more than what her title states. She was there for me every step of the way and I was never in need of anything while having her by my side. Stephen the events operating manager was someone we met at our tasting back in February and from our first encounter we knew we were in good hands. The way he manages his staff and makes a wedding of 160 people seem like a breeze is something that should not go unnoticed. Julissa and all of the staff on the hotel side dealt with every question, change, and concern with ease and made our stay and wedding weekend a seamless process. While it might sound cliche I could continue to express my gratitude, appreciation, and overall love for The Ravel and more importantly the staff that come with it. My husband and I feel as though we made relationships with the staff that will last a lifetime and we are truly saddened that our event is over. We hope someone has their wedding here soon so that we can come back and experience the greatness all over again. If you are looking for a wedding venue, look no further and you will thank us later!

The Ravel Hotel was the absolute perfect venue for our daughter’s wedding on 5/13/2023. You will not find a better place to have an event, because nothing compares. We had the ceremony on the roof which gave a backdrop of the most breathtaking views of NYC. Next the cocktail hour took place in the Penthouse with the roof open, with more amazing views and food that was plentiful, delicious, and unique. Lastly, we had the reception in the Ballroom. The room was beautifully decorated, and we were served even more outstanding food and given impeccable service.
From the minute you book the venue you are given an event manager to handle your affair from beginning to end. Lucky for us we had the opportunity to work with Chelsey. She is undeniable the best there is. She makes herself available to you 24 hours a day 7 days a week. She makes your vision come alive even when you don’t know what you want, which was the case for our daughter. She stepped in and helped with the flowers, menus, table numbers, and seating charts. She didn’t miss a detail.
The entire team was exceptional. Jadelyn was my daughter’s bridal attendant. She never left her side. Stephen provided top notch service throughout the day with the food and service. We did not have to want for anything. They took care of it all without having to ask.
We had a room block at the hotel which Julissa handled. We had numerous changes and additions which she handled with ease. She stayed on top of everything. Our guests could not say enough about the front desk being so friendly and accommodating and the rooms being beautiful.
We had the Estate Suite for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready in and have their hair and makeup done. It was perfect. There was plenty of room and it made for some great pictures.
Our guests could not say enough about the food, service, and atmosphere. We continue to get calls raving about the wedding. People have said it is the best wedding they have been to.
Having a wedding at the Ravel will surpass your expectations. It will be the perfect day. Our advice is don’t look anywhere else!

When people say, where do I even begin, my parents, my husband and myself truly mean this. We started working with Eman in April of 2022 and after our site visit and meeting Eman in person, we knew this was the space, the venue, and the team we wanted behind us on our special day. 

The Venue: 
The venue itself is absolutely stunning, it has this industrial chic feel to it and is a palette that any style will take to. The Penthouse is really the hook - the day we visited, it was a rare 70 degree day, the roof was open and we were overlooking the entire city skyline and the bridge. This space alone was when we knew this is where we’d have our wedding. The views from the Penthouse are incredible and your guests will love it - both day and night and highly recommend hosting your after party here. The pictures we have together as bride and groom from here are just breath taking. We also stayed onsite for our wedding weekend which I highly recommend. As the bride, I booked the Estate Suite - which if you’re getting ready for hair and make up, looking to host friends, this is the spot to be! The room is massive, includes a kitchen area, plenty of seating and a wrap around balcony for you to enjoy views of Queens and Manhattan. 

The Food & Service: 
I can promise you will absolutely find time to eat if you host your wedding at Ravel. The food is delicious and creative. When we went for our tasting, we truly didn’t want the meal to end. Our guests raved about every bite of food they had throughout the night! For the reception meals, we had a few vegans which was totally a non issue for the Ravel catering team and servers. The cocktail hour, dinner service and bartenders were also just fabulous and professional. We were only a wedding of roughly 115 but there was never a wait at the bar - very important! 

The Team: 
This is the MOST important piece I want to highlight, Eman and the Ravel Team. They truly went above and beyond. Eman from day one was extremely responsive, answered every single last question we had - always putting us at ease and making us feel even more confident in the decision to host our wedding at Ravel. Eman throughout the entire planning process introduced us to a handful of vendors and was how we found our photography and officiant! She continually offered to take things off my plate and was quick to partner with my other vendors as she wanted to ensure it was smooth sailing leading up to the big day. It was truly a pleasure working with Eman, she went above and beyond, we are so grateful and appreciative of her!
The entire team, Chelsea, Stephen, Julissa, Betsy, and Miranda - provided top notch service. They ensure you truly have the best day from start to finish. You can feel the passion from this team and their internal communication is seamless. Put your trust in this group because they will make your dream day come to life! Thank you again!!

We had our wedding at Ravel March 2023 and cannot speak more highly of our experience. Ravel superseded our expectations, our wedding was absolutely incredible, and a night to remember for all!

The spaces speak for themselves, making it a memorable and unique venue for our guests! The food was plentiful and delicious, with so much variety to choose from for both the cocktail hour and main party menus. We and our guests were very impressed with how amazing the food all tasted, not like your typical wedding venue.

You also cannot beat the convenience of having the hotel at the venue, getting ready in the beautiful bridal suites just steps away made everything so easy. Julissa and her hotel staff were extremely accommodating to our requests for the hotel block and wedding weekend events, making it a truly unforgettable weekend.

We also have to thank Eman and her team for ALL of their help! For over a year we were in contact with Eman, who was with us every step of the way. She helped us plan the wedding of our dreams, providing guidance of how to pull together our vision. We relied on her for hiring some of our vendors and creative advice while attacking each task with ease. She went out of her way to participate in calls and attend florist visits with us, which was invaluable. She kept up with our demands (which were many) and gave us plenty of communication time - arranging multiple evening visits and calls throughout the planning process. On Saturday March 18,2023 we celebrated my son and daughter in law’s wedding at the Ravel hotel venue. Even before we booked the date, Eman was hands on, easily approachable and available for us through open communication lines in a most professional manner.
We could not be more thrilled to have chosen The Ravel for our son’s wedding! The hotel itself (located across a covered parking garage from the event spaces) is so cozy yet super trendy and stylish with its beautifully appointed hotel rooms and gorgeous NY views. The events sales manager Julissa took extra special care of our guest room block, giving personal attention to our friends and family throughout the weekend. The bride and groom were lucky enough to stay at the Grand Estates Suite which is a very large suite with a full kitchen; Everything a bride could wish for on her wedding day, in a space to get ready with her brides maids.
On Friday evening we hosted a welcome cocktail reception in the Foyer, coordinated by Eman and Betsey and their team. The food stations were not only decadent, but a sight to behold! It was incredible!
On the day of the wedding, once again Eman was instrumental in making sure every detail was perfectly executed; from the florist, to meeting with the band, reconfiguring the ceremony space, and even pinning the boutonnière on our little ring bearer’s tiny tux.
As the groom’s mother (and a very nitpicky person) I knew this place was unique but .. The wedding itself was above and beyond my expectations, everything from the spacious spaces, to the ridiculously delicious food, the service .. everything was so elevated, so elegant!!

We had a fantastic experience getting married at Ravel. I wasn't totally sure what I wanted my wedding to look like, but Eman helped us figure out the execution and connected us with fantastic vendors. The ballroom view is gorgeous and a week later, our friends are still raving about the hors d'oeuvres and the event space. My parents, and many of our guests, traveled and stayed overnight at the Ravel for the wedding. The hotel rooms were spacious and the staff (front desk to house keeping) went above beyond in providing excellent service! We're so happy we chose them.

MJ and I had an awesome time during this whole wedding process! From worrying how everything would turn out to actually living our wedding fantasy! Eman and her team made this all possible because of their professionalism, promptness and just caring to all our needs! It was definitely worth the price and a once in a lifetime experience! The skyline view at night was just to die for! The whole team including the bartenders, servers, maitre D, bridal attendant, valet, etc were all on point! Thank you all again and especially to Eman!! She was very patient, courteous and just so easy to work with throughout this whole process! STOP WORRYING, TRUST THE PROCESS and JUST DO IT! =)

We didn't know what we wanted for the wedding. We didn't really have a "vision." That was until Eman showed us the Penthouse. We knew this was the right place and Eman was the right person. Essentially, our "vision" started at the Penthouse visit.
The Penthouse speaks for itself. It has this sophisticated abandoned warehouse feel to it. The city skyline went from romantic at sunset to this chic at night. (we didn't even need wedding decor beyond the view)

Just had my son's wedding at The Ravel Hotel. Eman, the events manager is exemplary when it comes to customer service, making sure all of our needs were met. She made sure everything went smoothly and that we were able to create the wedding that matched my son and daughter-in-law's personalities. She had a can-do attitude about every request.
The room and decorations at the rooftop for the ceremony created by Pejy were breathtaking and spectacular! He brought the vision of iridescent pastels, in the invitation my son designed, to life - in clouds of lilac and blue flowers. All of our guests raved about the food! The service from the hotel staff, the bartenders and waitstaff was the highest level any of us have experienced. My friends even said the valet staff were patient and helpful.

Ravel is such a gorgeous venue and we had a very positive experience having our wedding there. It was the perfect choice! First off, Chelsey is incredible. She is so hardworking and leaves no detail left behind. Chelsey has such a great eye and I was so in awe of everything she did to help us for the big day. Our wedding at The Ravel Hotel was amazing. The venue is beautiful, and the staff is also amazing. Eman the onsite event director helped coordinate may aspects of our wedding. We even hosted a non-traditional rehearsal lunch pool party the day before our wedding. It was amazing.

My (now) husband and I had already toured MANY wedding venues in Manhattan (one of which we had just received a contract for) when we stumbled upon Ravel Events at Ravel Hotel online. We are the type of people who say we need to get a visa just to leave Manhattan so when we decided to take a “trip”’ to Ravel Hotel, we joked about having a “destination” wedding. Upon arrival, we were impressed with the views but were concerned about being able to utilize/afford different locations within the hotel. Also, we read multiple mixed reviews about the property overall. As we were discussing this with the representative giving us the tour, Frank (co-owner and manager of Ravel Events) just happened to be in the foyer area. He came over and sat down to address our concerns. Frank was so candid about the history of Ravel, the restaurant, the club and more (they were in the midst of renovations and re-launching “Ravel Events”). Frank quickly earned our trust in such an unexpected way. Not only personable, he knew how to ease any/all of our hesitations and appeared genuinely ready to work with us to create a truly special event. Somehow, we were already in negotiations with respect to which areas of the Ravel we might be able to use (some not yet available) along with different scenarios of how everything might unfold from the ceremony in the Grand Ballroom to the possible cocktail hour on Ten Rooftop and then our reception in Penthouse 808. Unique ideas grew from this serendipitous meeting and changed the trajectory of our entire Memorial Day Weekend wedding plans. Needless to say, after speaking and brainstorming with Frank, we discarded the other venue’s contract and looked no further. The unbelievable three days of wedding events/parties that followed just 4.5 months later were OVER THE TOP SPECTACULAR!!

The process leading up to the big day was one of collaboration and team effort across Frank's and Seth's (aka Chef Extraordinaire!) teams including Betsy, Angel, Julissa and Melissa. One example includes my fiancé and I thinking we wanted a sit down multiple “courses” dinner. After being provided with different options and suggestions, we realized, Penthouse 808 is the type of venue where you want people to be able to feel like they’re truly at one big party. Rather than keeping people limited to their seats and standard course options, we elected to do “stations.” FYI - this is NOT a “buffet” offering rather, high end manned food destinations. This was one of the best decisions and revisions to our initial plans that we made. Not only did it keep people moving, the variety, volume and quality of food went above and beyond our expectations. We had 5x stations including Carving Station, Pescado Station, BBQ Station, Pasta Station, and TWO SUCKLING PIGS (we expected 1x but they surprised us with the 2nd one because it added to the “WOW” factor)! Not to mention, when I shared the types of food that our families prefer in advance, they custom prepared traditional dishes for us including arroz con gandules and platanos to complement the pork perfectly! This is just one example of many illustrating how Ravel Events proactively invested additional effort into making our special day/weekend so unique and memorable. The Dessert Parade with staff dancing out with desserts while mini fireworks flashed everywhere was SO FUN! Happiness permeated everywhere and people couldn’t stop raving across the board!! BRAVO Seth and team!!!

As we got closer to our date, Betsy and Frank were very accessible and beyond accommodating based on feedback, quick planning and a growing guest list. They also recommended vendors who had great reputations and were willing to be flexible within our price parameters. Big SHOUT OUT to DJ Bryan from White Isle Events who was so wonderfully easy to work with and created the exact vibe we wanted. Our beautiful and grand ostrich feather centerpieces were provided by Matt at Super Sweet Sixteens. So many big hits and highlights!

Our weekend of events grew to include a Friday night Grand Ballroom ceremony rehearsal followed by private welcome "Cocktails & Bites" soiree including artisanal flatbreads and delicious kale caesar salads in the foyer outside of the Grand Ballroom. Candles, signature cocktails and an attentive staff completed the first weekend party kick-off for our guests.

Saturday began with our ceremony in the Grand Ballroom followed by our cocktail hour on Ten Rooftop then, our fabulous reception in Penthouse 808. Our guests were floored with the stunning views and different locations…one more impressive than the next. During each event, Melissa (my bridal attendant) was by my side every step of the way from making sure I had my back up shoes to helping fix my bustle while constantly tracking where we last left our Tiffany champagne glasses during the fun without us even noticing. She made sure she was on top of all details - not only that, she was lovely company.

On Sunday, we threw a BBQ brunch at the Garden & Grille that included Garden Games and a Pool Party at Profundo. We enjoyed a private VIP area for just our guests which included over-sized games and beach lounge beds & swing chairs. General Profundo pool guests were asking how to get into our awesome VIP area! What a way to close out a BEAUTIFUL weekend had by all. Our guests repeatedly told us that this was by far, the BEST wedding they had every attended.

Because of the detailed care and focused efforts provided by Ravel Events, our weekend actually evolved into a true “destination” wedding. While guests traveled from both many states and abroad, even friends who live in Manhattan stayed at the hotel all weekend to attend our multiple parties. Hearing people say they had an amazing mini-vacation with us was a gift in itself! This is as close as one could ever hope for when thinking about the PERFECT wedding weekend. Note, if you can score the Empire Suite, DO IT! It was like having our very own palace with unparalleled views 24/7 to enjoy with friends and family. It served as yet another "destination" to appreciate over the weekend.

In sum, we challenge you to find another remotely comparable sleek venue in NYC with so many distinguished and attractive party destinations under one roof. Partnering with Ravel Events allowed us to throw the ultimate celebration of our new life together. Our guests were (and still are) non-stop boasting at how absolutely OUTSTANDING the entire weekend was! It’s been 3 weeks now and we are still smiling from ear to ear.

We can’t thank Betsy enough for all of her patience/hand holding, diligence, and delightful demeanor. As for Frank and his sincerity from day one, what more can we say? He and his team delivered what will now always be remembered as the most magical wedding weekend we could have ever imagined. For this, we will be forever grateful. #ravelevents

AMAZING - the food and staff were outstanding! The food alone will leave your guests impressed and it was more than we expected. The view is breathe-taking and will blow your guests away. Our cocktail hour took place on the rooftop and our reception was in the new beautiful Grand Ballroom with almost 350 guests. They were flexible and we had everything we asked for - ice luge, pig roast, photo booth, cigar table, bag pipers, money guns and more. We also worked through the hotel to provide our guests with transportation to and from Ravel Hotel to our ceremony at St. Patrick's Cathedral in NYC. The hotel made an extra step to accommodate our guests by allowing an early check-in and upgrading our guests with a beautiful view from their rooms. When the reception ended the celebration continued on the rooftop at the Penthouse and we were provided great service and danced the night away....Everything went off without a hitch!

My wedding was wonderful. The staff, food and space were just what we excepted.

My husband and I were married here back in August 2017, but we booked our wedding at Penthouse 808 way before the ballroom was even complete! We could not have been happier with the final product. Our ceremony and rehearsal dinner were up on the rooftop - the most beautiful views! Our guests were gushing about them! Our very large wedding reception was in the brand new ballroom, which is absolutely stunning, and super modern. While I can go on and on about the beautiful space and even more amazing food (AMAZING food), I have to say Elyse and Dolores were the absolute best. Elyse was with us the entire ride, answering questions and updating us along the way. She was beyond professional, helpful, and quick to respond. We had started looking at the venue about 2 years before our wedding actually happened, so by the time it ended it felt as if we were old friends! The weekend of our wedding (we also had our rehearsal dinner at the venue) Elyse and Dolores treated us like royalty and made sure we had everything we needed at every moment. I cannot recommend Penthouse 808 enough!!! We love you Elyse & Dolores!!

The team at the Ravel Hotel/Penthouse 808 made planning our wedding as easy as can be. We had both our ceremony and reception in the Penthouse 808 space and you would have thought we spent far more than we did. We, along with our guests, were beyond impressed with the venue, the food, and the décor. Everyone had a blast celebrating our big day.

Betsy and Delores were attentive, accommodating, creative, and beyond helpful in the weeks and months leading up to our wedding day. The team worked seamlessly with us (the grooms) and our wedding coordinator, Melinda—who happened to be LA-based—to ensure a wedding to remember. The same can be said for their coordination and collaboration with our photographers, DJ, and photo booth vendors.

The day of our ceremony and reception went off without a flaw. The team worked hand-in-hand with our wedding coordinator to make sure everything thing was buttoned up—timeline, vendor arrivals and setup, and the flow from ceremony, to cocktail hour, to dinner and dancing.

The view of the east side of Manhattan was the perfect backdrop for the evening. The Penthouse space is larger than it seems and accommodated our ceremony and reception perfectly. When guests returned to the main space from cocktail hour (hosted on the upper level) they were stunned with the elegant transformation of the room.

Lastly, it is important to note that as a gay couple we felt 100% comfortable with the entire Ravel team—from management, the events team, wait staff, and hotel staff. They “get it” and made us feel not only welcomed, but that we belonged.

For context it is important to note that we got married on October 14, 2016 (a sunny and average autumn Friday with highs in the mid-60s, lows in the mid-50s) and our guest count was 160 (the space would have fit comfortably 200).

At first I admit I was a bit skeptical of Penthouse808 based on reviews I had read, but I am so glad I took a chance. I was searching for a place (and we visited A LOT of venues) where we could host a true "New York City" wedding and the Ravel Hotel's rooftop with its breath-taking views could not have been more perfect. Penthouse808 has the full package - amazing food, an accommodating wedding coordinator (although there were a few unforeseen bumps in the road, Karina was great and helped us through it all) and an in-house DJ who crafted the perfect playlist to keep the party going all night long. We had our ceremony there, followed by cocktail hour, reception and after-party (on weekends the venue turns into a club at 11:30). Our guests took countless photos of the NYC skyline and gushed over the food all night. Our cocktail hour consisted of passed appetizers (meatballs, risotto balls, lobster rolls, chicken & waffles, and spicy tuna, to name a few) and 3 stations (Mediterranean, Pasta and Flatbread), which we paid a little extra for but was so worth it. Even my food-obsessed Italian-American family was impressed! Then we kicked the night off with a tomato watermelon salad and choice of entree (short rib, salmon and mushroom risotto). The wedding ended with coffee and lots of dessert (our wedding cake, a cheesecake and berries & whip were passed). Everything was set up according to plan, the timeline was followed to a tee and everyone had a blast. Thank you Karina, Elyse, Benny, DJ Rolo and the rest of the Penthouse808 staff for making our special day absolutely perfect.
One other benefit to note: since the venue is at the rooftop of a hotel, they offer accommodations for guests and you can stay in a suite after a long night of partying! Karina also set aside space at their quaint bar downstairs (The Yard) for guests who arrived early. If you don't end up choosing Penthouse808, I definitely recommend going there for dinner! It's an amazing experience.

Penthouse 808 saved the day for us!
After 6+months of unprofessional and terrible communication with our planned rehearsal dinner venue we canceled and booked with Penthouse about a week before our date. They were incredibly kind and helpful, and their package was such a better value too! Our guests got so much food and everything was delicious. Benny and his staff were also amazing at helping us dodge and stay comfortable/dry during a hurricane rolling through their open air lounge.
We had been to the restaurant several times last year and were confident our guests would enjoy their unique cuisine and amazing atmosphere and city views. We are so happy we switched and can't wait to go back soon!

This place was the perfect venue for a late summer, early fall wedding. A delicious rooftop restaurant atop a fabulous hotel- not only was the food tasty, but out of town guests had the option of lodging there if they desired. The location was conveniently located between Manhattan and Queens, and there are many parks, museums and other landmarks that would make great wedding photos. The staff was very flexible, and accommodated all of our wishes. They worked around our budget. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would , and always do recommend this venue and to all brides in the NYC area!

I had the most amazing wedding ever! Everything was perfect. Natassa made me feel so at ease and really went the extra mile. One of my bridesmaids dress broke and Natassa even had someone take it to the cleaners near by to get fixed. I highly recommend your venue, it was beautiful. The food stations were also amaze, my family and friends still talk about the Mashed potatoe martinins.

I couldn't ask for a better wedding. The venue was amazing, the view was amazing and the staff was amazing too. Our wedding coordinator Natassa helped us through every thing step by step and we felt at home whenever we had a meeting. We were at the end of our rope looking for a venue in or around NYC that was amazing and fit our budget.... I began the search ALL over again after being completely disappointed with other venues.

We went to Penthouse808 and met with Natassa. She was SO accommodating and positive from the beginning. She is high energy and thinks outside of the box to make EVERYTHING work.

The communication is so quick and we booked the venue within a week or so, had an AMAZING tasting and they NAILED the food. My husband and I are both foodies so the menu was VERY important.
They worked with us to shift things around and make even the menu personal.

We went to the venue 3 or 4 times, with siblings, parents, and to do walk throughs of the timeline. Natassa, Meagan and Katrina are all SO responsive and professional. Not to mention amazing ladies that we will continue to hang out with even though the wedding is over!

Did we mention the view??? We had an amazing evening wedding with perfect weather (even if not, we had a game plan) Our guests were all blown away with the city skyline, the bridge, the lights...

Our friends and family are still talking about it!

Penthouse 808 at The Ravel Hotel was amazing on every level. As soon as we walked into the hotel and saw the rooftop we loved it! It was just what we were looking for. We didn't want your average wedding reception hall. We wanted something that was different and reflected who we were. The view of the city is awesome and the space is PERFECT! Once we both decided this is a place we would like to have our wedding, we waited to speak to their event coordinator Natassa. Once we met her, we knew this was the place we wanted to get married 100%! Natassa is the nicest person and I got the best feeling from her. She made the whole process so great from beginning to end. She is AWESOME! She is a genuinely nice person, who happens to be amazing at what she does! Any questions I had, she was there to answer and help me, along with her awesome assistant Meagan, who is also so nice.

The food is phenomenal! We had a number of food tastings because we couldn't decide what food to choose! Every one of my guests told us how amazing the food was- they all said the best wedding food they have had!
The view of the city at night is beautiful and all of our guests were so thrilled to be dancing the night away with those views!
We really feel so lucky to have found Penthouse 808 and to have had Natassa and Meagan help plan our amazing day!

Absolutely incredible. Better than we even hoped for

This is not one of those I'm gonna give 5 stars to be nice type reviews. This place knocked it out of the park and then some. You name it, they nailed it. Natassa is the best, the food is fantastic and the view alone is worth the price of admission. We had a slew of people over the last month tell us it was the best wedding they had ever been to!

Choosing Penthouse 808 for our wedding venue was one of the best decisions my husband and I have made together! During the wedding planning process, my husband (fiance, at the time) and I checked out a dozen different venues in and around New York City. We didn't want a "wedding mill", nor did we want something "stuffy" and outrageously expensive. When our wedding planner (a good friend) took us to visit Penthouse 808, we knew we had found the one! The view of the Queensboro bridge and the Manhattan skyline is breathtaking and stunning at night. We couldn't have asked for better decor than the twinkle lights of the bridge and the city enveloping our guests (many of which were out-of-towners and could NOT get over the fact that they were in NEW YORK).

We worked with Natassa and Meaghan throughout the process. Natassa is wonderful - she is enthusiastic, professional and attentive. That said, the entire Penthouse 808 team took care of us, and we felt like our presence was really valued and welcomed there. The wedding reception were equal parts gorgeous, fun and elegant. Natassa and Meaghan worked with us to create the beautiful city/country theme we envisioned and the dancing after dinner was one of the best!

DJ Rolo, another Penthouse 808 staple, was our emcee for the evening. He has a great balance of being fun without being obtrusive. Countless guests mentioned to us that our DJ has great taste in music and the fact that our dance floor was constantly busy proved that to be true!

We are so thrilled that we chose Penthouse 808 for our wedding. The team there put us at ease and were flexible. We took advantage of their passed appetizers and buffet dinner, but also brought in another vendor for the cocktail hour. The process in bringing in a new vendor was easy and went without a hitch. We can't thank Natassa and her team enough for this memorable day.

Natassa is heaven sent!! Nothing short of perfection! If I could have had her be apart of my wedding, i would have!! From meeting her day 1, she made me feel 1000% confident with my choice! I am so glad we chose Penthouse 808 for our wedding! The venue is gorgeous, the food was amazing, and the convenience of being able to do the ceremony, reception, AND have a hotel for guests to stay was so convenient. I thought the value we got for the prices Penthouse 808 offered was phenomenal, and working with Natassa and Meaghan was a delight! I planned most of the wedding from across the country and my guests said they would never have been able to tell since the staff was able to pull everything together as if I had orchestrated the whole thing from right there in NYC. I recommend this venue if you want a beautiful wedding but with a different feel than the normal reception hall feel, with great packages for reasonable (as far as weddings go...) prices.

Penthouse 808 is a dream come true! Born and raised in Queens, New York, and always being against the “traditional” wedding, I knew I always wanted my wedding to be something like the ultimate party of a lifetime - modern, sexy and totally rockin', but encompassing all I loved about New York City. So, when my husband finally popped the question in February 2012, we knew exactly what encompassed all of those things - Penthouse 808 at the Ravel Hotel. Having partied and eaten there a bunch of times, I knew that the food and the view were incomparable to anything else NYC, so it was just a matter of contacting them. What was the most incredible surprise though was not only how accommodating and eager they were to make our dreams a reality, but it was the affordability of it all! Words can’t even describe how incredible Natassa, the Director of Events, and her assistant Annie were to work with. Natassa is truly passionate about her job and it shows, and from the moment we met her, we knew that we were in great hands. They worked so hard and provided so many incredible ideas to make our wedding simply phenomenal. In terms of the wedding itself, we knew we didn’t want a formal sit down dinner, just heavy hors d’ouevres, stations, and a premium open bar. Well, talk about a phenomenal selection! Jeff, their amazing executive chef, has made such a tantalizing catering menu for events there, it was definitely hard to choose! Knowing that we also wanted to incorporate foods from our cultures, he even worked with us on special items – it was a spectacular! Fast forwarding to the big event in August 2012, everything went seamlessly and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Natassa and her team were always around to take care of anything and everything, including the incredible wait and bar staff. The view completely speaks for itself at this rooftop venue, but what was even more amazing was the service. Natassa completely gets what it means to make a soon-to-be bride feel special at her Engagement Party. She was open to our ideas, checked up on our needs and made us feel like we were truly important. I want to have every party there now! My guests had such a great time that several of them have booked events there themselves since mine. When they got off the elevator the look on everyone's face was priceless...cameras came out and pictures of the NY skyline were all over everyone's facebook! I could not say enough good things about this place. The weather was great that day, but since they can cover the rooftop we didnt have a single worry about the weather. Overall a wonderful experience and I look forward to working with them again. For any bride thinking about a unique venue, this is really an awesome place.

We had our wedding at Penthouse 808 in the summer of 2012. In deciding upon a location, we focused upon a few things:

- View
- Food
- Ease of execution
- Cost

At the end of the day, Penthouse 808 and its staff proved to be the right decision across the board. Everyone we worked with was the right combination of helpful and flexible. They were great about letting us provide the pieces we wanted to provide and making sure the things we asked of them were executed professionally and with a sense that they really wanted the event to be special. We agreed on a price at the start and as things changed leading up to the date, everyone was great about focusing upon the end result as opposed to looking for ways to charge here and there. Annie and Natassa operated in a way made us feel like the event mattered as more than a transaction to them.

We got a great day and I’d have a hard time naming a better view in the area. The space is very customizable. With our own flowers and tablecloths, the venue looked more refined than you’d expect a place that doubles as a nightclub to be.

That leads to one of common complaints I’ve seen (and made me nervous before the event-) the club. After our party, they opened up the club to the public (around 11 or 12.) While I would have rather kept our DJ, everyone that had planned to head somewhere else stuck around. The place got packed fairly quickly, but we had no problem getting some space, the staff made sure we were taken care of and everyone continued to have a good time.

Overall, we were extremely happy with the venue and the people from Penthouse 808.

Our wedding day was going to be oct 2012 and because we didnt want to wait we moved it up to march 2012 with no problem Natassa help us all the way giving us ideas and supporting our plans.

We come from a family that is all about the food, to us it was very important that our Dominican relatives had a GOOD meal. We told this to Natassa and she made it possible to cater all of our demand with the help of their amazing chef. Is going to be six month since we got married and out family and friends are still saying how great the food was from the churrasco to the salmon, and the crab cakes.

I can really say that Annie was great as well I meet her once and she was very sweet and help me when Natassa was not around from the seating charts and arranging the tables exactly how I drew them.
My husband and I stayed at the hotel for two night before going to our honeymoon and the way they took care of us was amazing. we ask if they can bring us a plate of our cake that was left over and the came right away to the room. one thing that i was concern about my caketopper they took such great care of it, saved it and gave it to me the next day.

Honestly everyday i think about it im more happy to have picked the ravel for my wedding, it was the first venue we saw and didn't have to shop around thank you Natassa and Annie for been amazing to us

I first came across penthouse 808 with a friend, we went to their Latin night in Wednesdays and had dinner and cocktails. I loved the view and the experience, and thought - what a great date spot & what a nice place for a wedding. Just so happens A few months later I got engaged and started looking at wedding locations. I talked to quite a few venues in the NYC area, some in Manhattan, some in LIC and surrounding areas. I believe strongly in first impressions, and my first conversation with Natassa (the GM) was informative and very helpful and very friendly. My first meeting with her seemed too good to be true. She talked about all of the possibilities and was open to just about anything I suggested or asked. This was different from just about any place I had talked to at this point, as most are very structured, in that they don't allow any elements outside of their cookie cutter format. Once we realized what the competition was (or wasn't) offering, we quickly decided to book with the Ravel, Penthouse 808. We wanted a NYC, non-traditional, fun wedding... And this seemed to be the place for it.
I will also say I come from a family who is in the food business, so food quality and service is very important. Once we had a tasting, I realized the food quality was up to par! The menu was very diverse and interesting, and they even said that we can have the chef make additional dishes that aren’t on the menu, if we want.
Natassa and Annie (Natassa's assistant) were nothing but overly helpful throughout the entire process, and were always super friendly. They made recommendations for vendors, menu, layout.... Anything I needed. All with a smile. They honestly honored every request I made and seemed to have fun doing it, which is important. As there is a big difference in how someone does their job when they enjoy it. They are both amazing at their jobs! They helped me tremendously through the whole planning process, which meant more then they could know, considering my mom doesn't live nearby, and I was pretty much planning on my own. I really can't say enough about them and the entire staff.

During the week surrounding the wedding, they even helped with suggestions for rehearsal dinner and other entertainment for our out-of-town guests, which was extremely helpful.

Our wedding was absolutely amazing!!!! Ceremony was perfect!! Everything looked great and it was everything we hoped for. IT was magical! The cocktail hour and reception was AMAZING!!!! Natassa and Annie worked with the vendors and made sure everything went without a hitch, and it surely did! The food was just as great as it was at the tasting & the drinks were tasty and plentiful ... And everyone was treated like gold. Our wedding ended at 11pm, but a group of us stayed and partied until 2:30/3:00 am, and had the time of our life! My guests have still continued to comment that it was the best wedding they have ever been to, they loved the setting and have also commented on the amazing staff. It really made me feel good that not only did I have a great experience, but so did my guests! It was the most amazing day of our lives… and we honestly couldn’t have done it without Natassa and Annie!
I will close by saying, it is the perfect place for a small- medium size wedding, if you want am interesting setting, great view, great party, great service, great food and drinks!

Penthouse 808 was the PERFECT place for us to have our wedding reception. We trusted Natassa and Annie, who helped us out with all the planning and coordination, they took all our stress away! And they sure delivered. Everything ran smoothy and we were more than happy with everything. The food was delicious, we had so many compliments and were told numerous times that it didn't taste like "typical boring wedding food". They kept the flow of the night moving so we didn't have to worry about anything. The DJ they recommended was awesome, friends are still talking about the music! The venue itself is unique with amazing views. A lot of our New York friends had never been there and were completely impressed. The staff are on top of things and none of our guests were ever kept waiting. We couldn't have found a better place with better people like Natassa and Annie. They spoiled us, understood our needs, and their professionalism allowed us to enjoy our wedding day with zero stress.

Coordinating a wedding from three states was certainly complex but Annie’s responsiveness, professionalism and experience was extremely helpful! At each step of the various decisions she ensured we had all the pertinent information and during our pre-visits to the hotel we were always given first class service both in the hotel and the restaurant! In the end, everything that was discussed came through perfectly. The menu was FANTASTIC and the food was delish. Chic and different, fusion! It really stands out from the same old wedding menu of salmon, chicken and steak!
Penthouse 808 staff were always one step ahead of everything on our wedding day, making sure the flow of everything (cocktail hour, ceremony, dance, food, cake) was concise and enjoyable for everyone. We really had nothing to worry about, which enabled us to focus on our special day and guests – and have a good time. The venue itself is just beautiful and fantastic -with breathtaking views of Manhattan and the 59th street Bridge. We got married in the afternoon and its wonderful there at ANY hour and in ANY weather. We were there once before the wedding and had awesome views of an approaching thunder storm over the city!
On the day itself we had many guests comment on the politeness and attentiveness of the team at Ravel. We are still hearing from family/friends almost a year later how wonderful everything was. On our wedding day we had the largest snowstorm in the month of October in over 50 years – so to deal with a weather event and yet not miss a single step – and always remaining calm and with a smile in all of the activities is truly uncommon! Annie and her team did a great job, right down to the hotel shuttle bus taking my family around LIC in the snow the night before of the wedding.
We had many guests came from other states, so being able to spend a beautiful afternoon with great food and beautiful views of the skyline was a memorable one. Booking a block of hotel rooms was easy and at a discounted rate, and everyone enjoyed the modern rooms with very comfortable beds and easy access to the city.
In a fast-paced world we felt like we stepped back in time and received service, courtesy, and manners that are hard to find.

After touring multiple venues, my gut told me Ravel was the one and it was right. I had the wedding of my dreams at Ravel in February 2025. All of our guests raved about the food, especially during cocktail hour, raved about the service and how organized everything was. The space, especially the rooftop, was also perfect for our romantic dinner vibes. It’s stunning on its own and with decor, magical. I was worried that the rooftop might be too cold on a winter night, but the heat works very well and that wasn’t an issue at all. Furthermore, Ravel’s staff is incredible! Eman was great to work with throughout the process and the day before and day of our wedding, she really guided her team make things as easy and smooth as possible for our planner and vendor team. Additionally, my bridal attendant Jay was like my best friend that day. So wonderful to have her with me! My husband and I could go on and on about our experience at Ravel. If you’re considering having a wedding or event there, you won’t be disappointed!

We planned our wedding in under 5 months and was looking for a venue that had everything we were looking for (modern, great food, not a typical catering hall, exceptional professionalism) and we really got all of that at Ravel! Chelsey and Eman were so easy to work with. They were so helpful and on top of everything. They were always on call for anything and were super responsive no matter what time or day. They made what could’ve been a very stressful planning situation so seamless. We had no hiccups or things that went wrong. Ravel also had so many venue spaces to choose from and were flexible in using any space we wanted. Our guests are still raving about how unique our wedding was and how much they loved the food. It really was a perfect day!

We absolutely loved our experience getting married at the Ravel Hotel. The venue itself is one-of-a-kind between the NYC views and a ballroom that allows you to bring your vision, whatever it may be to life. Eman was fantastic and flexible and provided great support from both a planning and execution standpoint. I truly didn't have a worry the day of the wedding, I was confident that everything was taken care of, and it was! Jadelyn was an AMAZING bridal attendant and was there every step of the way making sure that I was taken care of for whatever popped up. The bridal suite was perfect and spacious for getting ready (and also had great natural light). Our original plan was to have our ceremony on the roof and we had to pivot to an indoor location because of weather and the ceremony in the lobby area of the ballroom turned out beautifully. I (the bride) walked down the staircase to head down the aisle, and it was a moment for sure! Our guests raved about our cocktail hour food stations, the sushi station is a can't miss! I don't think you can find a better value in NYC than the Ravel!

We were pleasantly surprised with this venue for our wedding day, our wedding coordinator Eman was helpful in every step and went above and beyond our expectations. The venue is stunning at sunset, and all our guests were blown away by the views, food and decor. It was so convenient to have them be able to stay at the hotel and party with us downstairs on the sky deck. There’s also a pool club for more partying. Truly a magical day!
